- Srimanth Reddy (7/5): It was mixed experience with our stay - Room was spacious for sure. And the cots everything were all enough to sleep a 4 member family. However, bunker beds are not comfortable for kids. Beds were not comfy, bunker cots were moving making sound, and the top bed is almost attached to ceiling. And the couch at the center was broken and it was patched by hitting nails into it. Those nails stuck to my shirt and tore my shirt on the first day itself. Very bad experience. I don't understand why would they keep such harmful stuff in such expensive rooms. Room service was not proper. He didn't refill the brushes, he didn't mop the floor properly. Stickers and papers that fell off on the floor were still there after we return. Overall quality of the stay is just ok. Not exceptional for a hotel that's expensive.

- Adam (10/5): - Super hotel z pięknym widokiem na Bangkok. Pokoje bardzo czyste i zadbane, naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Obsługa przesympatyczna i pomocna w każdym przypadku. Blisko do metra i 7 Eleven za rogiem. Jesli będę ponownie w Bangkoku to z pewnością tu wrócę. Bardzo polecam. Uwagę na kierowcę oszusta który stoi przed hotelem i łapie klientów na swoją wycieczkę po Floating market kłamiąc i twierdząc że wszystkie inne atrakcje są zamknięte. Nie jest to sprawa związana bezpośrednio z hotelem lecz jednak warto by było żeby ktoś się tym zajął.

- Marcel (8/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage für Stadterkundung auch, man kann mit dem kostenfreien Shuttle direkt zur Asok Station fahren und von dort in die Stadt eintauchen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer muss dringend verbessert werden!

- Satchapong Herbert (10/5): 2. Besuch immer noch so gut wie der 1. - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich insbesondere Miss Tar, sie ist selbst hochgekommen um meine Taschen runterzubringen. Sehr freundlich und nett hilfsbereit in allen Sachen, sie hat mir geholfen meine Wäsche zu waschen, als es nicht mehr möglich war im Hotel da hat sie die Kleider nach draußen gebracht um dort sie noch rechtzeitig Waschen zu können. Persönlich ist leider der 7/11 etwas zu weit weg was natürlich das Hotel nix kann

- N.D. (8/5): Peaceful stay - Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing towel and a cold drink. We were able to check in early, which was especially convenient with children. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view over the city. The in-room amenities were complete and well thought out. What stood out most was the personal and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive and varied, served from 06:00 to 10:30, which are very convenient hours, especially when travelling with children or planning early activities. A big plus is the hotel shuttle service to the main road, which makes getting around very easy. The location is also convenient, close to Terminal 21 and Emsphere. We only stayed for two nights, but we would have happily stayed longer if possible. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to come back here! -

- Gilbert (10/5): Super hotel - Tout l hotel est top bien placé proche du métro asok et sukhumvit bts et mrt, donc pour aller vers les lieux touristiques c est tres simple en plus il y a le terminal 21 et d autres centres commerciaux que je n ai pas encore pris le temps de faire, ils ont aussi un espèce de grand touk touk pour vous déposez en haut de la rue ce qui fait gagner du temps.Sinon le personnel est tres gentil et serviable,le petit déjeuner est top il y a certains plats qui sont changer tous les jours enfin bref super hotel j ai hâte d y retourner dans cinq jours pour la fin de mon voyage en thailande. Ras tout est très bien

- Sandra (7/5): Esperava um pouco mais qualidade - Funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. O bar é muito bom. Serviço gratuito de tuktuk para o metrô excelente. Café da manhã dentro da média. Cama boa. Excelente serviço de guarda de bagagem enquanto íamos a outras cidades. A manutenção/conservação do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Mobiliário deteriorado, carpete sujo nos corredores. A suíte executiva foi uma decepção… chuveiro inunda o banheiro, literalmente. Conservação muito ruim, precisa de reforma urgente!

La chambre était très propre L'évacuation de la douche était bouchée, et il y avait une porte communiquant avec la chambre à côté pas suffisamment insonorisées pour ne pas entendre le voisin tousser et regarder sa télé. Dommage pour le reste tout était bien

- Lyberinth (10/5): THIS WAS SOOOO GOOD. - This hotel blew away my expectations. We had a great view of the city and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very good, and the location was good and only a few mins walk away was a mall (Emsphere), a bit of a walk to the station BUT there was a complimentary shuttle to take you to the train station was very helpful especially when it's a very hot day. Insanely good stay for the price, I highly reccommend. The cafe across the road was lit so you should go there but it was lowkey expenny compared to usual food prices in Thailand. The bathtub was slippery and sort of hard for me to get in and out of because I am only 5'2. My 6'0 bf had no troubles so probably more a me issue but still good to keep in mind. They did leave some grippy mats so could be helpful.
- Juan (7/5): Good but not enough - The workers really make an effort for the hotel, reception and housekeeping are working well to give a good service. I'm manager in a 5 stars in Europe. The hotel is advertised as new when it is not, it's pretty old. More like a family middle/down hotel. A poor hotel with an amazing service. I think for the same money or just a little bit more someone could find something with a better location and more modern. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff (reception/housekeeping).

- Phanuwat (8/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. - Frühstück war gut, sehr viel Auswahl an Essen. Gute Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls gut. die Möbeln sind bisschen abgenutzt und die Toilettentür klemmt. Bei der Waschmaschine funktioniert der Trockner-Funktion nicht. Es war bisschen staubig im Zimmer, aber nachdem wir das am Empfang gesagt haben, wurde gründlich gereinigt.

- isabelle (7/5): Hôtel avec piscine , chambre spacieuse - La piscine au 4eme étage avec douche et serviette fournie, la chambre, lits confortables. Centre commercial Emsphere à proximité , beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques à proximité. Un peu loin du métro et Bts , (un peu plus 10 minutes a pied) pour visiter les sites emblématiques mais cela se fait facilement.
