Daniel and Antonio are absolutely wonderful. They’ve made our stay happy and perfect. It’s a bit far away from downtown… but honestly, it’s 10 blocks away. I’m complaining because I can. It’s not even a thing.

Beyond helpful, accommodating and truly available and helpful. I can’t say enough Ugg about the entire staff reception and kitchen. The only thing wasn’t great was the internet service. It was very slow and inconsistent.

• Daniela (2/5): Pésima la relacion precio- calidad - La Vista hay que destacarla. Y la persona que estaba acargo del desayuno junto con el chico en la recepcion en la mañana fueron muy amables. El recibimiento de la chica delentes fue muy frio. Ycaundo llego a la habitacion, nos percatamos que la cama tenia jna manche enorme. Llamé a la recepcion y la chica me dice que no hay nadie de HK pero que intentará ayudar, trajo una vez un plomon que era twin, mi cama era king, luego trajo el tamaño correcto pero sin la cubierta del plumon(el duvet) y me hacia creer que ero era asi. Le dije que no que faltaba el cobertor, al menos le dije que trajera una sabana, y volvió por tercera vez trayendo un cobertor twin que tenia que ponerlo yo. La verdad quenteniamos pensado pasar 4 noches en ese hotel, menos mal solo reservamos la primera noche. Pesima atención, se se tia polvo en el aire, me imagino que de la alfombra que no se ha lavado. Mis expectativas eran otras, sin duda no volveré

• Krystyna (8/5): - Bardzo przyjazny personel, szczególne podziękowania dla personelu kuchennego. Śniadania dobre, dania uzupełniane z dbałoscią o wygodę gości. Widok z pokoju na Lago Argentino. Hotel połozony ok.2 km od centrum Calafate, w dodatku ze żmudnym , stromym podejściem szutrową drogą.
• Maureen (6/5): - המלון יפה והחדר ומיטה נוחים מאד המיקום היה גרוע ובגלל זה, לא נחזור לשם ללא אוטו. המלון ממוקם כחצי שעה הליכה מהעיר ולקראת המלון יש עליה קשה של בערך 300 מטר על כביש לא סלול. ממש לא מתאים לאדם בלי אוטו.
• Ana Cristina Ortiz (10/5): Un lugar precioso! - La atención del personal fue excelente, la vista es preciosa, la comida es muy rica, si no tienes planes o tienes dudas con algo, te ayudan a resolverlo y te dan muchas recomendaciones. Nosotros caminamos hasta el centro, nos demoramos 25 mins, (sabiamos que no estaba tan cerca cuando reservamos) pero la vista fue lo que nos convenció, la caminata es muy fácil y puedes ir viendo el paisaje y visitando tiendas. No era obligación pero nos avisaban cuando algo lindo pasaba, amaneceres preciosos, arcoiris lindos que jamás había visto tan completos.

• Florencia (9/5): Excelente. - El trato de todo el personal fue perfecto, súper destacable la atención a los detalles, en particular de Romina en el area de restaurante y cocina. Entre los viajeros dos tenemos problemas diversos con el consumo de gluten y, en cuanto tuvieron conocimiento de ello (porque fuimos a consultar por algunos platos de la carta de restaurante que no tenían el logo de apto a pesar de que entendíamos que podrían serlo), no solo nos sacaron todas las dudas sino que también tuvieron el detalle de siempre tener pan apto en la mesa de la cena y estar atentos a si queríamos algo más durante los desayunos. Si tuvimos lamentablemente una situación un día que debíamos arrancar muy temprano (nos buscaban 6:30 am para una excursión) y el desayuno, que debía servirse a las 6:15, no estuvo disponible a horario. Nosotros habíamos previsto que quizás no llegábamos a consumir todo, por lo que habíamos comprado algunas provisiones, pero al ser de los hoteles que no brindan el servicio de pava y sobres de té o café en la habitación, es algo a lo que pondría atención a la hora de organizar las excursiones si lo hiciera nuevamente.

La vista desde la habitación es muy buena El desayuno es de calidad mediocre. La musica que ponen en el desayuno es realmente molesta. La TV funciona mal. Si contratas masajes, no tienen donde hacerlos , por lo que los hacen en la cama se tu habitación.

They provided me a map to the town and gave me their whatsapp just in case I need their help w/ taxi or questions. Knowing our seniors need hot drinking water, they let us borrow their vacuum flask over the night. Very friendly people in El Calafate. Will book again. The location was off the central and the road to the hotel was very bumpy. Not a big deal since we had the car.

• Maria (6/5): - отель нормальный но важно знать что он на высоте, и приходя после ужина, нужно очень постараться туда подняться ресепшен :((( они работают с 7 утра до ..., мне нужна была помощь в заказе такси на утро, на 7-30 к автобусной станции, и девушка на ресепшен обещала помочь с вечера, но не пришла утром на работу, по экстренному номеру отеля для связи меня просто проигнорировали. огромное спасибо девушке на кухне, которая готовила завтрак, она вызвала такси, и спасла мой оплаченный билет в Чалтен. к сожалению, в городе не работают Uber и другие, только локальные сети. это был большой стресс для меня.

• Anabela (9/5): - I loved the stay and I really recommend it. The staff was next level. Daniel, Tony, and also the waiter at the restaurant were super nice, kind, and helpful. The view both from the bedroom and the common areas was stunning. The breakfast was quite complete, and the pastries were very good. The water was a bit cold one day. The receptionist tried to heat up the water heater, but it did not work. The drive-in area (and also the street to get to the hotel) needs some work, as taxis would make an extra detour to avoid it or drop us off earlier due to the difficult conditions.

• Matias (4/5): A nice view of El Calafate, but I would not stay here again. - The view from the room is nice, the location is good if you have a car. The WIFI is unusable, if you need to work from the hotel this one is not for you. The food is really bad, we ate once and didnt repeat because it was not good at all, also expensive for what it is (they even charge you a service fee for just eating at the restaurant). The cleaning is also bad, whole room smelled like cheap desinfectant. From 5 used towels they would just replace 1 or 2 at a time. The bathroom would smell really bad, showerhead was leaking at all times. There was no trash can in the room, we used a plastic bag and they would not empty it or throw it away daily. The bed and pillows were horrible, one of the worst sleep in my life, super hard matress and pillows as thin as tissues.
