- Teresa (6/5): In Ordnung, aber mit Mängeln - Gute Lage an der U3, bequemes Bett, freundliches Personal Wlan ging nicht in unserem Stockwerk, auf Nachfrage hieß es zwar, es wird jemand gerufen, aber leider hatten wir die ganze Woche über kein Wlan. Auch die Klimaanlage ging im ganzen Stockwerk nicht. Mit geöffnetem Fenster konnte man die Temperatur noch ganz gut regulieren, trotzdem war es für Anfang Mai sehr warm im Zimmer. An einem Abend hatte ich kleine Ameisen im Bad, diese verschwanden aber von selbst wieder. Das Hotel gibt an, dass man sein Gepäck unterstellen kann. Als ich das tun wollte, hieß es, das sei nur bis 12:00 möglich, was einem nichts bringt, wenn man den Tag noch in Wien verbringen möchte. Die einzelnen Punkte sind jeweils nicht sehr schlimm, aber die Summe war dann schon nervig. Das Hotel wirkte nicht wirklich gepflegt. Für den Preis hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet.
- Jan (5/5): Convenient for One Night, but Dated and Uncomfortable - The hotel has a very convenient location in the heart of Simmering, and the on-site parking garage is a major advantage. It is a suitable option for a short overnight stay, especially if you need to be in this area. The hotel and its amenities feel quite dated. The room was uncomfortably warm despite having air conditioning, which seemed to work only minimally, and this was not even during the summer season. The layout of the room was also rather unusual, with the shower facing the window. The bed was not very comfortable, although it was acceptable for a one-night stay.

Hotel 3 gwiazdki, a brak kogokolwiek w recepcji, brak czajnika, wody butelkowanej do picia, saszetek z herbatą lub kawą, szklanek do napojów (są jedynie malutkie do płukania zębów). Prysznic, toaleta i umywalka wychodzą na pokój. W pokoju pojawiły się mrówki. "Dumnie" nazywa się hotelem, a kompletnie nie trzyma standardu nawet 2 gwiazdek. Pracownik techniczny, który zjawił się w końcu po kilku próbach rozmów telefonicznych z kimkolwiek z hotelu, był chamski i odnosił się z wyższością, wciąż pytając o narodowość! Mają święto, to nie pracują, tak usłyszałam przez telefon! W hotelu! Łaskawie przynieśli czajnik, bo nawet bar był zamknięty na kłódkę. Nigdy nie spotkałam tak słabej obsługi i standardu w hotelu 3, nawet 2 gwiazdkowym, a ten powinien mieć maksimum dwie gwiazdki, za czystość i panią w recepcji następnego dnia, która zachowywała spokój i cierpliwość. Jak wam nie zależy na standardzie, to śmiało, pokoje są czyste i schludne. Ale pewne braki psują humor, zwłaszcza, gdy wszystko jest zamknięte, "bo mają święto".

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, közel van a metró-, villamos-, vonatállomás, bevásárlási lehetőség. Kényelmes szoba. Kicsit bonyolult a parkolóból a ki-be jutás, kicsit fura a nyitott fürdőszoba, reggelre a hangyák megtámadták a zárt dobozban lévő hazai sütinket.

- Petra (10/5): - We went to a concert at Simm City, so we were looking for accommodation close to the venue. We couldn't have found a better spot; it was only about a 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean. I had requested a room with a closed bathroom, but we initially received one with an open-plan layout. However, I went back to the reception, and they immediately gave us another room. We were even able to check in as early as noon. If there’s another concert at this venue in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The wall was a bit dirty, but that is the only downside.

- Uta (9/5): Alles in Ordnung - Die Lage zum SimmCity (wenn man dort eine Veranstaltung besucht) ist unschlagbar. Man kommt auch schnell und problemlos vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktionabel. Im dritten Stock gab es eine Art kleine Terrasse (wahrscheinlich für Raucher interessant), große Fenster und ein schönes Bad. Das Personal war freundlich. Mir gefällt auch die ruhige Lage. Es hat eigentlich nur an Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, zum Beispiel Kosmetiktücher oder etwas, um sich schnell einen Tee/Kaffee zu machen o.a. Auch war das Frühstück für 14 EUR etwas rustikal. Bzw. bei mir zum Beispiel war genau ein einzelnes gekochtes Ei da und der Kaffee hat auch gerade so für 2 kleine Tassen gereicht. Nur eine Sorte Semmeln. Eben Kleinigkeiten, aber ich komme trotzdem gerne wieder.

- SAMANTA SARA (7/5): carino e pulito - la colazione non l'abbiamo fatta li perchè giudicata troppo costosa, posizione comoda dai mezzi ed altro ma un pò distante dal centro, circa mezz'ora di mezzi, letto non molto confortevole posizione non propriamente vicina al centro, il materasso e il cuscino erano troppo molli, a dormirci a lungo tempo si ha un mal di schiena assicurato, pulizia buona, cordialità del personale buona

- Miklós (6/5): - A reggeli nagyon finom volt és bőséges választék volt amit újra töltöttek. a kiírás szerint hétfőtől péntekig 7.00 órától van reggeli, ehhez képest közölte a recepciós, hogy reggel 8.00-tól lesz. Továbbá a beléptető rendszer bonyolult, szerintem jobb lenne ha hétvégén is tovább lenne recepció, vagy legalábbis egyszerűbb beléptetést találnának ki.

- Hildegard (9/5): - Die Dame an der Rezeption war extrem freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber, schön und ausreichend ausgestattet für ein paar Nächte. Es hätte die ganze Punktezahl gegeben, wenn das Frühstück ausreichend nachgefüllt worden wäre. Wir wussten sie aufmerksam machen, dass kein Kaffee, kein Brot und keine Eier mehr da waren. Und das an beiden Morgens um 8.00 Uhr. Es waren in der Zeit nicht viele Leute beim Frühstücken. Also hätte das nicht passieren dürfen.
