• Monika (7/5): - Lokalizacja. Była winda. Bezproblemowy dostęp - brak klucza,którego trzeba pilnować. Bardzo fajny styl. Nie było balkonu! Na zdjęciach ten niby "balkon" - 10 cm betonu,bez stolika i krzeseł. Apartament reklamuje się z balkonem,zapłaciłam za balkon (bardzo mi na tym zależało),a go nie było. Jeszcze obsługa bardzo długo pisała,że "nie wszystkie apartamenty mają balkon,właściwie to tylko ten u góry,mogłam napisać,że chcę balkon. Rozumieją,że jestem rozczarowana,ale mieszkania nie mają balkonu". Załączam też zdjęcie budynku. Tylko 1 piętro nie ma balkonu. W ofercie był balkon. Po długiej wymianie zdań dostałam rekompensatę, ale chcieli mi wcisnąć kit, że nie musiałam mieć balkonu, że w budynku prawie nie ma balkonu,a na wszystkich zdjęciach pokoi są balkony + opis,że balkon jest. Także UWAŻAJCIE!! TOALETA - mam 1,7 m a muszla klozetowa sięgała mi do połowy uda! Naprawdę ciężko użyć takiej toalety. Kto to wykonał!!! Prysznic rzeczywiście przeciekał,ale mogło by być gorzej. MIELIŚMY DWA OSOBNE ŁÓŻKA - nie dało się ich przysunąć,bo się rozjeżdżały. MASAKRA!! Nie wygodne materace - miękkie.

• Lilja Birgitta (2/5): Leiligheten anbefales ikke. - Beliggenheten og at leiligheten var ren. Mye: 1- bildene av leilighetene viste falsk informasjon. På 4 bilder er det to stoler+ bord. Dette stemte ikke for oss, det var to stoler, men nesten ikke mulighet til å sitte. Det var ikke plass!!! Vi vil søke erstatning. 2- vi informerte tidlig om check- in tid, checket inn og betalte skatt. Oppnådde IKKE kontakt med verten. Ringte, sendte meldinger, en spansk butikkansatt hjelp med å ringe. Etter 45-60 minutter svarte verten. Oppga inngangskode som ikke funket. Nye ringerunder også med nødtelefonen. Måtte så bruke en link for å komme inn. Unnskyldning til verten var at kontoret stengte kl 19! 3- lite innholdsrik leilighet; kun ett sett med håndklær på 7 dager. Ingen kjøkkenhåndkle. 4- drysset masse maling fra tak og vegg, slik at en ikke kunne ha vannglass på nattbordet. Stedet anbefales ikke.

• Duygu (8/5): Konum çok iyi bir çok merkezi noktaya (Catalunya meydanı, La Rambla, Barcelonata) yürüme uzaklığında. İyileştirilmesi iç - Konumu çok merkezi. Kaldığımız süre içinde odayı temizleyebileceğimiz ekipmanlar mevcut değildi, yedek çöp poşeti yoktu. Dairede kalan misafirlerin odayı temiz tutmak için kullanacağı ekipman ve malzemeleri bulundurmaları iyi olacaktır. Oda girişleri sadece check-in ve check-out saatlerinde yetkilendirildiğimiz dijital anahtar ile mümkün, şarjınız biterse kapıda kalma ihtimaliniz var bu duruma bir alternatif çözüm bulunmalı. Ayrıca uygulamada ulaşılması için verilen telefon numarası ile kimseye ulaşamadık. Hızlı bir şekilde muhatap bulmanız gerekirse mesajınıza dönüş yapılmasını beklemeniz gerekiyor.

• Roberta Formicola (8/5): Un gioiellino nel quartiere Gotico di Barcellona - Struttura centralissima, situata nel quartiere Gotico a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale e molto vicina alla stazione della metropolitana Jaume I. Appartamento delizioso, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Per nulla rumoroso nonostante in centro. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono parecchi bar, ristoranti e negozi di vario tipo. Non c'è una reception ma il check in e il check out si posso fare in autonomia tramite codici che vengono forniti dalla struttura pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo. Per qualsiasi bisogno c'è comunque un numero di emergenza al quale rispondono prontamente e in maniera molto gentile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando la media a Barcellona! Lo consiglio vivamente. Unica pecca il letto: un pochino stretto e soprattutto corto, non adatto a persone alte. Neanche particolarmente comodo a dire il vero.

• Killian (6/5): Het was oke. - Het balkon en de ligging Slechte communicatie en een parkeerplaats geregeld door de beheerder in een erg onveilige wijk waar je in de avond beroofd of bedreigd kan worden. We voelden ons niet veilig om van de parkeerplaats op zo’n 20 min afstand naar onze kamer te lopen. De ramblas is in de avond geen fijne plek! Ook was het erg lastig om de parkeerplaats te vinden. En onduidelijk hoe de deur te openen bij onze appartement.

• Annette (7/5): - The flat interieur was beautifully done and functional. Check-in was easy. We were there for a Friday and a Saturday night. The street was very noisy till the early morning hours, then quieter for 2-3 hours, then the morning noises started. We also woke up when other guests returned. Its not that they were loud but that the lift and doors all open with 2 meters of one another, thus you cannot help hearing the keys, the door, theird talking until their room door closes.

Easy to access to the building and the room with an app. If there has a noisy neighbor, you can hard to sleep at night. City noise from outside is understandable but the inside noise from next door is horrible. Capacity of hot water is not enough for two people. For me, it was not enough for myself sometimes.

The property would benefit from a little maintenance. It was also very cold when we arrived (we visited in January). Unfortunately, there was never enough hot water for us both to shower, so we had to shower at different times of the day.

• Gaea (9/5): Highly recommend - Stylish studio apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Good shower and bedding. It is secure with an easy to use link for entry (it does need getting used to at first). Fantastic location! May be noisy for some in the evenings/early mornings but it can’t be helped because of the Spanish windows & location.

• John (8/5): Ideal location and accommodating staff, but some minor attention to details would be necessary to make this a 5-star sta - Great location and staff was very accommodating No toiletries provided, had to buy our own shampoo and soap, only given 2 towels and 3 toilet paper rolls for 2 people over 9 days. We were provided more when we asked, but was still quite limited for the cost of the unit. The shower also needs to be cleaned of mold buildup. Doors covering windows were unique and old, but also damaged and very difficult to open

Sprchový kút tiekol, TV bola síce smart ale nedalo sa naladiť napr netflix alebo iné vysielanie cez aplikácie. Posteľ bola síce manželská ale matrace dá rozchádzajú takže vlastne nonstop som spájal matrace.
• Oleksandr (7/5): - Great location, beautiful apartments in gothic style. Nicely equipped with electric heater, ironing board, kitchen equipment. The electric lock to our room was broken so we couldn’t open the door. The windows weren’t sealed enough so it was cold inside the apartment.
• Christina (10/5): - Beliggenheden er uovertruffen! Midt i det historiske kvarter og tæt på katedralen og med cafeer og restauranter indenfor 5-10 minutters gang. Sengene var ok og badeværelset fungerede fint. Største plus var dog en lille altan hvor vi drak kaffe hver morgen og kiggede på folk på gaden.
• Olena (5/5): Very noisy apartments. I do not recommend them. - Gothic Quarter. A large number of attractions. Restaurants and cafés within walking distance, including Plaça de Catalunya, from where you can travel to America. The apartments are located in a very noisy area. During my five-day stay, I did not have a single good night’s sleep because it is noisy 24/7. People are shouting, cars arrive, garbage bins are being moved and rattled. Restaurants and cafés operate all day and night. This is a very noisy place if you want to relax and get proper rest. Second, there is no sound insulation in the apartment. There are four windows that do not close properly. The window latches do not work. The wooden shutters on the windows are very old, worn out, do not function, and do not close. As a result, when you are inside the apartment, it feels like you are outside on the street. Third, because the windows do not close, the apartment is very cold. There is only one small radiator for heating. Therefore, in winter the apartment is very uncomfortable. Cold air comes through all the gaps, and again, the windows do not close. In addition, the apartment needs renovation. The bathroom has fungus and mold. The apartment is not renovated. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable because it was cold and noisy.

Upon checking in, we noticed something strange on the ceiling in the corner of the room — it turned out to be actual mushrooms growing above our clothes. It was disgusting and extremely unpleasant. We had to spend one night there and then immediately move out. The owner did refund our money, but our first trip to Barcelona was ruined. We lost half a day dealing with the situation and arranging our checkout. What shocked us even more is that the “cleaning” consisted of simply removing the mushrooms with a regular mop and vacuuming the corner. No proper treatment, no disinfection, nothing. The only positive thing was the convenient location, but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the experience. Not recommended.

For being in a very busy location, I had no troubles, falling asleep as it was fairly quiet I would highly recommend
• Lisa (6/5): Next time I’m staying in a hotel with good soundproofing and actual staff at a front desk - Very cute little apartment in the heart of the gothic area. Bed was very comfy and the shower was hot and powerful I had a real issue with accessing information regarding this stay. I did not receive the link regarding paying the taxes and even though I sent an email 24 hrs before I was due to arrive I didn’t get a response to my three urgent messages until I had landed at the airport. This was extremely stressful and completely unnecessary. The digital key is kind of annoying too. It took a while to find the apartment because the door is down a side alley and not on the road. The area we were in was very pretty and close to everything but extremely noisy (not the fault of the apartment) and we were woken up constantly throughout the night by loud drunk people as late as 4am on at least two separate occasions and the street cleaners around midnight every night

• Jaimi (9/5): Amazing location and a beautiful apartment - Location was amazing. It was lovely and clean and would recommend to my friends and family. You only get one set of clean towels in your stay and 6 days was a bit longer than I’d usually leave my towels. The headboard of the bed was a little worrying as it was a mirror and I got a bit worried when I heard my husband move heavily in the night.. but it looked very good :) the phone entrance system might be a bit of a challenge for some people if their phone runs out of battery or can not get wifi

The apartment was gorgeous and clean. Interior was beautifully decorated with the wooden beams. Love the keyless entry to the building too! N/A

• Simon (8/5): Like living in the heart of Barcelona. - First of all, the apartment is in a great location a couple of minutes from Place St Jaume. It's quite small, but space is at a premium in central Barcelona. A very nice terracotta Catalan-style ceiling and old wooden doors and windows to the balcony. It was good to have the balcony as it was a great place to sit out (even in October). There's basic kitchen equipment, a shelf for breakfast, a comfortable double bed and a good bathroom. We were very happy here. I felt the check-in could have been more streamlined. I hadn't realised the information was in a link and thought we'd only been given some of the information we needed. Anyway, we rang for help and got the answers we needed. After this getting in and out was very easy.
• ANGELA (9/5): - Location, location.! Close to metro and walk to everything in gothic quarter, and Born. Love the balcony and rustic.wood doors. Bed very comfy. Can see one of the cathedral towers and hear the bell. Surrounded by pastery shops. Electronic locks were challenging at times. Numbering of floors and rooms a bit confusing. Got a bit stuffy at night. Opening windows solved it, but it can be noisy at night. Being in the gothic quarter in a historic charming apartment is well worth the hassles.

Bis in den frühen Morgen starker Straßenlärm und Geschrei, unbedingt Ohrstöpsel benutzen (war aber bekannt). " Balkon" leider nur ein schmaler Austritt, ohne Stuhl und Tisch, wie auf den Fotos. Auch war das Zimmer sehr viel kleiner als gedacht.

• Olivia (9/5): A cute apartment in a great location - Apartment is in an amazing location, with really easy access using a digital key. The apartment was nice and clean. The service was great, we were able to get an early check in which made all the difference on a rainy day with luggage. No faults apart from a little street noise which is what you would expect from the location.

An extremely comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a kitchenette with everything that was needed. Really appreciated the airconditioning in the hot weather. Also the double glazing meant no street noise . The management was very responsive and we appreciated the easy checkin and digital entry do no keys needed. Would stay here again !

• Julia (9/5): Excellent, location, location, location. - Good size room, great location (close to metro, old quarter, food, buses etc) lovely kitchenette; cute verandah. There was excellent coffee, fridge, all kitchen tools. Night life is happening around you; we felt safe but not everyone would.

• Trudy (8/5): Very good - The location was great, central to all main attractions and in the heart of the old quarter. The room had character and lots of light due to the three windows overlooking the cityscape. It was spotless and had all necessary amenities. A small seating area e.g. two chairs and a small table in the room would mean you didn't have to sit on the bed when relaxing in the room. Having to follow a confusing link or download an app for codes was a bit much. Outside of their control but there are currently major roadworks throughout the city and directly outside of the apartment so noise was terrible.

Perfect central location near plenty of shops, right around the corner from the cathedral. Everything was outstanding, from check in, to check out there were no issues at all
