• Sandra (9/5): Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer über die Skyline von Osaka. Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit Kaffeeautomat und frischem O-Saft. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr klein mit zwei großen Koffern.
• Alesia (10/5): Muy bien - Perfecto ubicado, cerca de una línea de metro y con buena conexión a todos lados. La habitación era pequeña pero estaba muy limpia y ordenada siempre. Hacen limpieza diaria y reponen amenities todos los días. Además, te cambian las sábanas después de la tercera noche sin tener que pedirlo. La habitación es un poco pequeña y el aire acondicionado al encenderlo hace que huela un poco a humedad.
• Dlawe (8/5): Prima locatie voor 5 nachten OSAKA - Je moet het beste voor het laatst bewaren. Na 3 weken Japan eindigen we hier. Een prima hotel, op 4 minuten van de metro, op 1 minuut van de supermarkt op 5 minuten van Umeda voor verse koffie, restaurants en winkels. Verder, goede kamer, goede douche, hygiënisch, schone handdoeken, bagage opslag, 24/7 uitchecken. Dus gewoon prima!

I can't remember his name now, but one of them was also proactively guiding his newer colleagues and I thought that that was excellent :) Thank you for the great stay.

• Kok (9/5): It was worth the money and time! - Breakfast was amazing and it feels very homely. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Not anything in particular.

Restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Osaka. Room is small but that was to be expected.

Washing machines also available for a fee. Room was more spacious than expected with a big bath/ shower. Staff didn't speak a lot of English which was tricky at times.

The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options for a North American diet. The hotel provided all the amenities you needed with extra available in the lobby area. Coin laundry in the basement. 🛌 the room was small and couldn’t have both cases open at once; bed was pretty average comfort-wise

The bathroom is VERY small, I bumped into objects while using the toilet or taking shower. Also it was not safe to step from the bathroom on the floor of the hall.

• 玉萍 (8/5): - 地點在中津站，飯店位置離地鐵站口很近，到梅田跟難波不用轉車很方便。周遭相對單純。附近有走路1分鐘就可以到的便利商店。浴室的部分雖然沒有乾濕分離，但是蓮蓬頭的出水很穩定，設備也都很新。房間看得出來有點年紀，但整體而言很舒服。 室內的燈光偏黃且昏暗，還好有一扇大窗，白天的時候把窗簾打開開會好很多。

The room was a lot bigger than anticipated and the hotel accommodated our request of having a room far away from the lift. Overall a pretty good stay. The staff couldn’t really help us when we had a question regarding the full day/2 day metro passes. Unfortunately we got a room where they were doing some work on the facade of the building, meaning that our window was covered and we had no natural light in the room during our stay. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand. They didn’t tell us during check in and therefore we didn’t find out till we got to the room, where there was a piece of paper explaining the covered window

Great first impression of Japan hospitality. - The hotel has incredible location: 5 mins to subway, 2 mins to 7-eleven, walking distance to mall and Osaka train station, gorgeous neighborhood. Delicious breakfast. Polite, helpful staff. Most of the signs and instructions are duplicated in English. Rooms are elegant and clean. Tea and coffee supplements are provided free of charge and in accessible way. Room is small.

• Susan (10/5): Simply fabulous! - Fabulous location close to Osaka station. Lots of eateries and shopping options nearby. We have stayed many times and it never disappoints. The rooms are small as is the norm in Japan, however as spotless as they were as 10 years ago! The upkeep and cleanliness of the Hearton is amazing and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They were of great assistance filling in paperwork regarding forwarding our luggage to the next hotel. Highly recommended, 10/10 from us! N/A

J'ai adoré qu'on ait eu pas mal de détails offerts, comme une salle de lavage avec une application incluse pour le fonctionnement des machines, et des atomiseurs pour les vêtements. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, avec un prix correct. L'emplacement est idéal, à 5 min du métro Nakatsu et 10 min d'Umeda. La salle de bain était bien propre, en général tout était propre. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, avec un prix correct. On avait trois konbinis à côté, donc c'était très pratique et le check-in est jusqu'à midi. Je recommande cet hôtel :).
