- Anthony (8/5): - L'emplacement à shibuya était vraiment top. Le personnel était plutôt à l'écoute. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La salle de bain aussi. Le ligne de lit et tous les différents accès disponibles sont super. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt bon. Le personnel de ménage est plutôt au top car ils ont rangé ma chambre changé draps et mis la climatisation quand j'étais absent. Si je dois mettre un point négatif c'est que le personnel à la réception est un peu froid.

- Manuel Haag (9/5): Sehr gute Lage mit Personal das Englisch kann - Die Lage war sehr gut, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss beim Shibuya Bahnhof/Kreuzung. Ebenfalls liegt es sehr nahe beim Essensviertel. Zudem können alle an der Rezeption recht gut Englisch sprechen. Das Morgenessen hätte ein wenig grösser sein können.

- Rut (10/5): Nice and convenient. - the location was great, about 10 min walk from Shibuya crossing and station, near restaurants and convenience stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. I got a night gown to sleep and the amenities were also very nice. I went for a concert in a small venue next to Shibuya station so being home 15 minutes after it was over was amazing. Nothing it was great.

However, it's a bit of a walk to Shabuya station. We chose it for its location next to some activities. We were particularly interested in. I slightly dated interior furnishings.

We came back to Tokyo after the tour for two days. Location was good, the hotel served our purpose. A little dated but clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. The beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom has a slight odor. Rooms are small.

Be careful at night not to leave your keys in the room while leaving. I got scrutinized for that and it seemed unwarranted. They apologized but still was a bit disconcerting

- Maria (3/5): Overpriced and unclean - Location is very good The hotel is dated (which we were ready for), but the room was not tidy or clean, there were stains on the bed covers, walls, wallpaper peeling off, also there was an unpleasant odour in the room, like cheap cleaning products. We booked last minute and hotel cost approx $300 dollars for 1 night which is crazy for such unpleasant, old room.

- Rika (10/5): 渋谷散策には良いと思います - スタッフさん急なお願いにも親切に対応して頂き助かりました。 ライブで利用しましたが会場まで歩いて行け コンビニ飲食店も近く便利でした。 また利用したいと思います。 外出の度に鍵を預ける手間が少し面倒です。

Hotel je situovaný v tichej ulici, ale blízko malých barov a reštaurácií. Pri odchode ako pozornosť ruža. Bez výhrad.

- Mara (9/5): Best hotel location and vibe - This hotel is literally in the best location in central Tokyo, has the best restaurants in just 2-5 minute walk. Bed was comfortable, large, we LOVED the old school radio in the wall besides the bed. The view was tiny and not so nice, it's very bad that we cannot open the window in my opinion, we had to open the door to the corridor to air out the room. Regarding space and views, I'm guessing this is normal as the area there is even more cramped than others. The reception staff was ok but not the friendliest we've encountered.

- kanbe (10/5): 次回もお世話になります！皆さんにもおすすめです！ - 4名で宿泊予定だったため、ファミリールームを予約しました。隣同士の2部屋が、部屋の中で繋がっているので、ベッドルーム、トイレ、バスなど、それぞれあり、プライベートもバッチリでした。 なによりスタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。 車での旅行だったのですが、近隣に駐車場があり、滞在中は出し入れが自由だったのはとても助かりました。 駅から徒歩12分ほどと、人混み…でないところがよかったです。ホテルの周りにはスーパーやコンビニ、飲食店が多く、朝から晩まで、困ったことはありませんでした。 ありませんでした。

Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, me senti super acolhido e confortável. Não tenho nada a reclamar, minha estadia foi realmente confortável.

- Guilmot (7/5): - It was very clean and quiet while centrally located. They don’t provide you with information unless you knew what to ask. For example, we asked about forwarding luggage which is a common service in Japan and they couldn’t answer. Some of the staff were nice but others, while polite, were unhelpful. To be fair, English was not well spoken by some of the staff. It really depended on who was present at the front desk. Given the price and other hotels we stayed at as comparison, this one was overpriced for the service and location.

It was quiet which is also good. Just a bit dated a bit like going back in time. But nothing wrong with that!

- Simon (9/5): Dépaysant et pratique. - Emplacement idéal : calme et pourtant à quelques minutes des animations de Shibuya. Le personnel est aimable et la chambre agréable. La direction est à l'écoute de problèmes éventuels (nous avons eu un changement de programme dû à un typhon, et ils en ont tenu compte. La salle de bain est moyennement pratique car il n'y a pas assez de place pour poser ses affaires personnelles. La climatisation est hélas bruyante, même réglée au plus faible. Et comme il est impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres…

- Rima (6/5): - The Shibuya Creston Hotel boasts an excellent location and exceptionally friendly service. Housekeeping was attentive, with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided each day. However, the property itself is quite outdated and in need of major renovation. The furniture and carpets are old and would benefit from replacement. That said, the warm hospitality and convenient location help balance out these shortcomings.
