- Jean David (10/5): Une belle expérience napolitaine ! - Un hôtel simple, familiale, et traditionnel à taille humaine , ou on se sent vraiment bien. Un immeuble napolitain classique. Le temps s’est figé dans les années 70 ! On s’attend à voir Sophia Loren prendre l’ascenseur ! Des chambres spacieuses, belle superficie , et très propres. Le patron est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle . Et particulièrement attachant. Le rapport qualité / prix est très bon pour Naples. J’étais triste en quittant cet établissement car je m’y sentais très bien. Cet hôtel est hyper bien situé pour rejoindre toutes les rues essentielles de Naples. Vous aurez compris … je recommande à fond ! Rien à signaler.

- Claudia (5/5): Solo tiene de bueno LA UBICACIÓN - La ubicación es perfecta, si luego tomas un flexibus a 30 metros hay un ascensor para el subte 2 paradas y llegas por 1. 50. Caminando al barrio español, via Toledo, café gambrinus. Excelente ubicación No funcionan los enchufes, frazadas de lana, almohadas super usadas. Contratamos 5 noches, fuimos 4 por inconvenientes de aerolineas, avisamos, con 2 semanas, ni siquiera tuvimos un reconocimiento, el hotel estaba vacío.

- Laura (6/5): - A localização é muito boa, pois está no meio do caminho para o centro histórico e zona turística da cidade, e ainda assim a duas estações de metrô da estação Garibaldi. A estação de metrô Università é praticamente na porta do hotel. O check-in foi muito simples e rápido e o Sr. Alfonso foi muito atencioso e disponível. O chuveiro era bom, mas a água quente acaba muito rápido pois o boiler de água é pequeno e a segunda pessoa que toma banho recebe uma água muito morna. Sofremos um pouco com isso pois viemos no inverno. O Wi-Fi não funcionou em nenhum dia da minha estadia dentro do quarto. Tinha um leve sinal para o celular no corredor, mas não consegui trabalhar pelo computador através do Wi-Fi do hotel. O hotel pareceu muito mais bem cuidado pelas fotos.

- Vanessa (8/5): Ottima esperienza nel cuore di Napoli - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B situato in Piazza Bovio, in una zona centralissima di Napoli, davvero comodissima. A pochi passi le fermate di autobus e metro, perfette per spostarsi facilmente in tutta la città. La posizione è ideale anche per chi ama muoversi a piedi: il centro storico e il centro città sono entrambi facilmente raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata. Il B&B si trova all’interno di un bellissimo palazzo storico, dotato di ascensore, elemento che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il signor Alfonso, sempre presente, disponibile e gentile, pronto sia per una chiacchierata che per dare ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a chi vuole vivere Napoli in una posizione strategica e accogliente.

Camera con bagno completo di doccia maxi e bidet, il tutto pulitissimo, wifi, climatizzatore. O chuveiro estava com água quente e a cama era muito confortável. A staff nos permitiu guardar as bagagens antes e depois do check in, fomos muito bem atendidas. Como em toda a Itália havia muito cheiro de cigarro nas áreas comuns. A internet oscilava e atendia apenas o básico da navegação.

La persona de la recepción solo habla italiano pero logra hacerse entender y comunicar lo más importante. Aunque las habitaciones son más grandes del promedio de Europa, ya se nota que necesitan intervención, la puerta del balcón no cerraba bien al igual que la del baño. La cama con un colchón cómodo pero muy ruidosa, necesita que se ajuste. Finalmente la ducha de baño es bastante pequeña, para un adulto grande será difícil de usar

- Stephen (1/5): - Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel. Même pas un bar . Une coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas . L'ascenseur que ne fonctionne pas pendant 36 heures. Alors pour entrer la " reception" de l'hôtel, 5 étages = 154 marches avec ma valise. Moi je pense que cet Hôtel n'était pas inspecté par votre organisation depuis plusieurs années ! Si jamais.... Pour retourner à l'ascenseur, le concierge ( un homme très âgé m'a dit que l'ascenseur est en panne au moins une fois par semaine Il faut éliminer cet hôtel de vos listes.
