- Charlotte (10/5): Super Hostel für kurzen Zeitraum - Für ein Hostel/Hotel hat es uns sehr gut gefallen! Natürlich einfach ausgestattet, aber dafür die perfekte Lage, wenn man was erleben möchte! Tram-U Bahn direkt vor der Haustür. East Side Mall und Uber Arena um die Ecke. Es ist natürlich laut an der Warschauer Straße, dafür so lebendig mit schrägen Menschen ( typisch Friedrichshain) , Restaurants , Imbiss und Bars überall. Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer in der 5. Stock zum Innenhof. Es war ruhig. Wir sind mit 2 Ü 80 gereist, die auch zufrieden waren. Fazit: kein Luxus erwarten, dafür perfekte Lage und super Preisleistung! Ich würde es für ein kurzer Aufenthalt nochmal buchen! Eigentlich ist alles meckern auf hohem Niveau: Frühstück kostet 12 Euro, dabei ist alles dabei: Joghurt, Müsli, Obst, Aufstriche, Käse, Wurst, frische Brötchen. War sehr Kantine Flair und der Kaffee hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Aber was kann man für den Preis verlangen?

- Reisequeen 👑 (7/5): Für Kurztrip oder Ausflug zur Uber-Arena geeignet - Die Lage war super, es ist dicht zum U-& S-Bahnhof Warschauer Straße. Die UBER-Arena & EAST SIDE MALL sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber & ruhig. Es gab 2 große Handtücher, Fön & Seife. Das Frühstück war umfangreicher als gedacht ;) Der im großen Behälter abgestandene Kaffee beim Frühstück und die Tatsache das man selbst den Tisch abräumen sowie abwischen musste. BSR im Hinterhof - der Anblick gefällt uns überhaupt nicht. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war zu gering & in den Fugen war zum Teil Schimmel. Der TV ist viel zu klein & es gibt nur wenig Programme.

- Sylvia (3/5): Keinen Schlaf gefunden vor Kälte im Zimmer bzw. viel zu dünner Bettdecke für diese Jahreszeit. - Lage, Personal, Sauberkeit und Frühstück waren in Ordnung Bei Außentemperaturen unter 10 Grad, ging keine Heizung. Noch dazu war die Bettdecke so dünn, dass wir gefroren haben und somit auch kaum schlafen konnte, Auf Nachfrage für eine zusätzliche Bettdecke, wurde uns lediglich ein dünnes Laken gegeben. Der Hauptgrund wofür wir eine Übernachtung verhältnismäßig teuer bezahlt haben, ist somit nicht erfüllt worden! Beim Auschecken wurde nach unserer Zufriedenheit gefragt, wir haben genannte Punkte angesprochen und die Reaktion war lediglich, dass es Ihnen leid tut. Wir hätten eine andere Reaktion erwartet, beispielsweise das man die Geschäftsleitung informiert und diese Umstände korrigiert bzw. nachbessert. Bei einem Preis von 80 € pro Person und Übernachtung kann man das wenigstens erwarten.

Freundliches Personal und das Zimmer schlicht eingerichtet, alles sauber gewesen. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, bei geöffneten Fenster hört man selbst am Wochenende relativ früh den Lärm der Berliner Stadtreinigung im Hinterhof, sonst ist es für diese Lage verhältnismäßig ruhig.

- Yunus Emre (1/5): - I stayed in this hostel many times but one of my last visits in Berlin, during my check-in, the receptionist started to talk about how econonomy is bad in Türkiye and he said that "people are slowly dying there" etc. He also said that he is from Kurdistan. After hours of flight/travel, I only wanted to go to my room to rest a bit and I don't not want to listen to the political evaluation of a recepionist duing my check-in. The beds were better before; but in my last stays, I could feel the metal springs in the mattresses. Still, perfect location and good price.

- Tamara (8/5): Ok. - Sehr zentral gelegen, gut erreichbar, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Wir haben extra gezahlt für ein spätes Check-Out um 13:00 (anstatt um 11:00 Uhr). Die Reinigungskraft hat in der Zeit 2x im Zimmer gestanden: Um 9:37 Uhr und um 11:37 Uhr. Das war ultra nervig. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche mussten wir extra zahlen, was uns nicht bewusst war. Insgesamt 5€ p.P. Es gibt im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.
