Pokoju nie chcieli nam zamienić, bo niby nie było dla trzech osób. Na stronie hotelu są zdjęcia nie istniejącego basenu. W hotelowym parkingu nie bylo miejsc .Obok hotelu 25 euro za dobę.Obsługa w recepcji niekompetentna.Kiedy powiedzieliśmy że klimatyzacja nie działa,to pan nie potrafił nam pomóc. Poszedł gdzieś sprawdzać możliwość włączenia. Bezskutecznie. Wentylatora nie było. Otwarcie okna wymaga specjalnego pozwolenia, którego nie dostaliśmy. Ogólnie nie polecam.

- CarMi_on_tour (9/5): Gut um Andorra Valley und die Caledea zu besuchen - Das Hotel liegt gleich gegenüber dem Thermalbad Caldea. Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, um einerseits die Therme zu besuchen, andererseits durch die Stadt abends zu spazieren. Dafür war das Hotel ideal. Der Parkplatz liegt 50m die Straße weiter auf derselben Seite wie das Hotel. Der Parkplatz ist teuer und extra zu bezahlen, aber das ist normal in so einer Lage. Da gerade das Thermalbad Caldea umgebaut wird, haben wir erhofft, dass uns das Hotel informieren kann, welche Bereiche trotzdem geöffnet sind und über die Öffnungszeiten. Wir haben leider sowohl schriftlich via booking als auch mündlich diesbezüglich falsche Aussagen bekommen.

- Walter (9/5): Andorra - Empfehlenswertes Hotel im Nebenort von Andorra la Vella, direkt neben der Therme. Wir konnten über das Hotel zu einem etwas günstigeren Preis in der Tiefgarage der Therme parken, was sehr bequem war, da direkt gegenüber dem Eingang zum Hotel. Vom Hotel ist man schnell in der grossen Einkaufsstrasse mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Unser Zimmer im 5. Stock war gut eingerichtet, das Bett bequem und das Bad in Ordnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die grossartige Freundlichkeit beim Empfang und auch beim Verlassen oder Heimkommen waren die Herren an der Rezeption immer zu einem kleinen Gespräch bereit und fragten nach den Erlebnissen und ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet alles war für einen guten Start in einen spannenden Tag nötig ist. Auch hier ist die unaufgesetzte Freundlichkeit hervorzuheben. Andorra ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und wir können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Schreibtisch liess zu wünschen übrig, da die Glasränder der Vorgänger überall zu sehen waren.....

- javier (5/5): Mala organización y sucio - Donde está situado y hasta esta vez lo discreto y tranquilo,pero está vez no hubo nada de tranquilidad Pues que debajo de la cama había una botella de agua y pañuelos ,y el WC sucio,en el menú había ensaladilla rusa de toda la vida y pollo al horno en su jugo,como se les agotó todo por qué había un grupo de ciclistas que se hospedaban ahí,pues para tapar la boca me puso una ensalada verde y del pollo me lo hizo a la plancha y ya está,en vez de decir que no hay una cosa nii la otra y pues hay otras sugerencias pues se curo en salud y ya está como si las personas fuéramos tontos.

Habitación y baño amplios, camas cómodas y muy buena opción de media pensión. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir cómodo y a gusto. El parking no se puede reservar y cuandonllegamos estab completo. Tuvimos que buscar opciones en la zona, que no faltan, pero aun precio elevado.

- Higueras (9/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue el personal, es muy atento y agradable, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, tanto para autobuses como para ir andando a cualquier lado, y es perfecto si quieres ir a caldea, lo tienes a dos pasos. Lo único que no me gustó, fue el espejo de la habitación, tenía efecto distorsiónado, y l acerdad no entiendo el porqué... No fue agradable mirarse en el en ningún momento ya que me veía enorme en todo momento.

El cuarto de baño también era grande y todo estaba genial!El personal súper atento y muy buena gente. Y caldea lo teniamos delante justi del hotel que fué un puntazo. Repetiremos sin duda alguna!! El único inconveniente que tuvimos fué que al estar la habitación en una sexta planta, pasemos algo de calor y no podiamos regular el termostato ya que todas las habitaciones estaban reguladas a la misma temperatura. Por todo lo demás genial!
