Рано утром начался ремонт и было невозможно спать. Звукоизоляции абсолютно никакой нет, так как эти номера находятся не в здании отеля, а рядом в маленькой пристройке. Я заплатил более 600€ за ночь, самая верхняя цена за этот номер 250€ максимум. Больше никогда не остановлюсь в этом отеле!

It made it very difficult to sleep and impacted my overall experience. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent inconvenience to future guests. I had expected a much higher standard in terms of room maintenance and conditions. this issue was both disruptive and frustrating. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and address the maintenance problem to prevent future guests from experiencing the same inconvenience.

- Sandra (9/5): Hard to Beat in Pricey Amsterdam - Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of options, made to order. The room was spacious, and had all the amenities that I appreciate, like a security safe, minibar, coffee service, quality towels, superior housekeeping service, windows that open, nice toiletries, and plush robes. . The staff was outstanding. The mattress was a bit firm for me, but the pillows were great and I slept well. The location is hard to beat, in the western canal district and adjacent to the Jordaan. You definitely pay more to sleep in this neighborhood, but I enjoyed it and The Toren was a good value for the neighborhood and for the level of accommodation. A plush mattress topper would elevate the comfort of the mattress.

The front desk staff were friendly and went above and beyond to give us recommendations for local Dutch and Indonesian restaurants we were looking into. The hotel had so many decorative details that I appreciated and a welcoming lobby area. Rarely do I feel I want to return to a place just to stay at a hotel again but I felt that way here. Definitely want to go back.

Tissues were empty and not refilled. Shampoo and lotion bottles were not replenished and request to replenish the mini bar with sparkling water instead of sodas was ignored despite three requests.

The room was a lot larger than I was expecting also. the small room has a place to sit at a table in addition to the beds. The bathroom is also huge and the bathtub is really nice!! The wifi was not the best, but not a deal breaker as we did not need it for anything!

- LUCICA (9/5): Excellent so very good for light travelers …. - Almost perfect I did not like that I did not realize there are 2 buildings and also that I had a very large heavy bag - for a 4 weeks trip - and I had to take it on stairs up and down - narrow steep stairs in this second building to reach elevator and the room. Staff was nice but at arrival was a kind lady with a hurt arm so it was a very interesting exercise with the luggage - going up in main building ding - down from main building - up on second building down from elevator and up the stairs to the room….

The only drawback is that the breakfast room is small, and the kitchen is overwhelmed even with just three small occupied tables, so you sometimes have to wait up to 40 minutes for your breakfast. For sure, I did not see it. The hotel is worn and in need of renovation. The hot water went out last night, so departed shower was frosty. The breakfast is very poor. Over prized due to location.

Salle de bain petite mais très fonctionnelle et surtout dotée d’une baignoire spa (plusieurs programmes de bulles au choix et ses lumières douces). Coin bar très agréable. Tout était parfait ! - Ruth (10/5): Great location, staff and facilities. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of food. The room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the garden. The bed was very comfy and the jacuzzi bath was just what was needed after a busy day of sightseeing. Handy tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with complimentary water and soft drinks in the fridge. Room was a little noisy the second night as there were guests above us but we still got a great nights sleep.

The stuff was so kind, we got an upgrade for our anniversary and the room was incredible, huge bath, king size bed, great location (around 10-15 minutes walk from Dam square). The hotel is really quiet and pleasant, I highly recommended. If I need to be super picky, the only thing missing was milk for the coffee in the room and more things in the minibar.

A few steps away from Anne Frank’s huis and the canals. I like how antiquated and historical it is. One of the staffs said the property was built in the 17th century. The toilet when flushing the water just kept flowing in.

- kristoftsjoen (8/5): Amsterdam zien doe je hier > Goede ligging en toch heel rustig - Goede ligging met alle belangrijke hot spots in Amsterdam op wandelafstand. Makkelijk te bereiken en parkeren in de buurt in de ondergrondse Qparks.

- Nicola (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in beautiful Amsterdam. - the decor of the rooms was beautiful old worldly. Luxury bedding and small touches of personal service. Complimentary mini bar and a great cocktail bar near the entrance. Thank you for being a great accommodation.

Written instructions would have been helpful.

- Amber (10/5): Would definitely stay there again-you can’t find hotels like that anywhere in the United States! - I loved the unique, 17th century atmosphere. It was convenient to nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. Jerry at Reception is the BEST! Friendly and welcoming staff! There isn’t anything I didn’t like. 😊

- Victor (9/5): Beautiful decor, excellent cleaning and maintenance, staf was ver professional a device was great. - Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff device. While the rooms had very large whirlpool bathtubs, one room did not have shower doors to avoid splashing water on the floor.
- Sharona (3/5): Rooms are worn down - The room was worn down, the furniture and everything needs to be updated as they look extremely worn-down, even the doors to the closet and the closet, door to the bathroom, couldn't close it properly. the ROOM being worn down and everything needed to be updated in the room.
