• Natalie (10/5): Top location near Shibuya Crossing - The location was excellent! Only a short walk away from Shibuya. Super quiet, clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are super small and you are not allowed to bring any guests to the room. But since this was mentioned before, I can respect that.

The staff is so nice and helpful, the free water is such a plus. Your feet will be so happy with its proximity to shibuya station. Really fun local area The only teeny tiny downside is the bed isn’t so comfortable and the decor is outdated, but a really great hotel for the price.

• Craig (8/5): - The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. We had a room facing the fire escapes, which didn't bother us because it was also very quiet. It is an older style hotel with real keys, which they get you to hand back in every time you go out, which is unusual, but it is a 24 hour front desk so was never a problem when we got back. The bathroom was more of a pod, so lacked luxury, but was perfectly functional and presented no problems that way, but if you are more than 6'2" you'll hit your head inside the bathroom.

• OLUWASIJIBOMI (9/5): The stay was fine. I would definitely stay there again. - They staff was great. I had no issues with check in or check out. Great location. Room was comfortable. I wanted my daughter to come up to the room. Hotel policy would not allow it. I understand their rules, but I just wanted my daughter to see where I was staying for her opinion and to report to my wife.

• Oleksandr (8/5): Cute European-inspired classic-style hotel - Short walk from Shibuya Station, reception always staffed, comfy beds, lots of good cafe/dining options nearby. The rose perfume on our floor was a little strong: tolerable, but not my favorite. During busy times, there can be quite a long wait for one of the two elevators. Both are small and get full very fast, especially with luggage, so give yourself plenty of time while checking out in the morning.

Tive um contratempo com um quarto sem ar condicionado que me deixou chateado, mas apos certa insistência me trocaram e ficou todo bem.

• dejan_i (6/5): - Hotel was on great location, stuff was nice, old style room was clean. Rhe air wasnt fresh in the room and air conditioner wasnt working properly and so i got nose infection. Its not possible to open the window to get fresh air. Sometimes was really hard to breath in the room. Also what i find strange u have to leave your key at Reception and have to change it every time u leave/enter hotel. Iwe experienced that only in this hotel.

• David (7/5): Great location in a classic hotel - Very close to train station, made it possible to take bags to and from airport on foot. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Decor was cute but it took up space in room. Room Was much too hot and air conditioning did not improve it. The key drop system was inconvenient

• Rossitza (6/5): Déçue de l'hôtel. - L'hôtel est bien situé, près de Shibuya. Les accessoirs de bain, inexistants, sous forme d'echantillons. Chambre suffocante, même avec l'air climatisé, il n'y avait pas d'air. Chambre très petite. Hôtel vieillot qui a besoin d'amour.
• Bettina (9/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft Nähe Bahnhof Shibuja - Sehr gut und zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zimmer größer als sonst üblich in Japan. Nett eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, daß man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Es war ziemlich warm im Zimmer.

• Elisa (6/5): Boa opção para quem não pode pagar mais. - A equipe é muito simpática e acessível. A localização é ótima, muito central em Tokyo. Há uma lojinha muito fofa no lobby do hotel. Toda a decoração parece ser feita com muito cuidado. O preço é justo. Não há acessibilidade para acessar o lobby. Estávamos com muitas malas e tivemos que carregá-las por um lance de escadas. O hotel tem instalações já muito antigas e o carpete, por mais que parecia suficientemente limpo, dá alergia. O exaustor do banheiro quase não funcionava e a cortina do box possuía um cheiro de mofo.

• Monica Joy (5/5): Hot room - Very central The room was so hot, the staff told us that the air conditioning was broken. We could have been told that it’s broken beforehand. We would not have paid and chosen another hotel. I think there should have been honesty to inform guests beforehand. There was another person who complained at the front desk that the air conditioning was broken. We could not of course open the window for safety reasons, which we understand.

• Jones (8/5): - The location is convenient to the Shibuya Station. The windows are extremely sound proof so you don't hear the city noise in your room. Staff were extremely friendly. We wished we had stayed a little bit further from the extremely busy streets. The room was a little outdated but comfortable enough.
• Charles (8/5): Great staff and location. - I have been to Japan 6 times and stayed at a few different hotel. While this is not the most modern it was the most friendly. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Complimentary morning coffee and bottles are water were a great touch. Will definitely stay here again in future. A small thing .. I would have liked more fresh air ventilation in the room.

I also love how we were given slippers and bathrobes along with each room! The bed was firm, but not too firm to be uncomfortable. I kinda wish the nearby cafe had more accessible hours (preferably open at 7am, since we had to leave eaely for our excursions). Other than that, everything went smoothly. Our stay was very comfortable.

I came in from the rain to which they gave me a towel to dry off and also gave a fresh bottle of water every night when coming back. The room I booked was a little small but still good for one person.

L'emplacement reste super à près de 10 min de shibuya station et du fameux crossing, plein d'endroits pour le shopping Juste le pont pour les piétons qu'il fallait traverser ( surtout avec les valises le 1er et le dernier jour) mais ce n'est pas significatif.
