For small groups it’s good The rooms are small and not much comfortable for family’s who expect luxury . HOYOUNG (10/5): Want to Enjoy Hanoi’s Old Town? May De Ville Lakeside Hotel! - The location, facilities, and service were all perfect. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff, who made my stay truly happy and enjoyable. If I visit Hanoi again, I would 100% choose to stay here again. I didn’t experience any major inconvenience during my stay, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be the elevators. I understand the limitations, but the elevator space felt a bit small and there were not many elevators available. During breakfast hours, I sometimes had to wait quite a while for the elevator.

lindsey (10/5): Low season stay at the May de Ville Hotel Hanoi - Loved the hotel location in the old quarter. It's central to shopping, restaurants and tourist and historical destinations. The staff were magnificent across the board and the hotel was run very professionally, with all needs catered for. We chose to go in low season, and we're glad that we did. There was nothing about our stay at the May de Ville that we didn't like.

The hotel's front desk and lobby were a complete disaster. The room was rather small and poorly laid out, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

glenl2017 (10/5): Excellent experience overall. - Visiting with my two grandsons. This is hotel was a wonderful surprise. Greeted by pleasant staff, our room was well equipped for the three of us. Three beds, large washroom, well equipped and clean. On 5th floor there was no noise from the street. The restaurant served excellent buffet breakfast and evening dinners. Great location for walking to numerous restaurants and site seeing activities. Overall, great value and would definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi.

rachelfV1380LP (10/5): Good - in the old quarter incredible for walking distance to all the sights, Hoan Kiem Lake and many delicious local eateries and cafes. The boys in the Sky Bar were amazing especially. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool on the 10th floor refreshing after exploring in the sticky heat. My room although facing the street from the 3rd floor, was whisper quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you May

Dana (9/5): Unique location with stunning views and great service - We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is truly unique and hard to beat, and the views are absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms are clean and modern. They made us feel comfortable at all times — we really appreciate it. Music from the rooftop was quiet loud and we could hear it from de 11 floor but us soon I we told the receptionist they took care of it! Thank you very much!!
