• Vitor (9/5): Large and cozy apartment in the heart of the city. - The location was perfect, easy to come and got and close to all the places we wanted. There we a ton a of restaurants and stores around as well. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the complimentary coffee and tea were good, and the bathroom was large and clean. They even had a washing machine that came in handy at the end of the trip. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Honestly, we had no issues. If I was to nitpick, there were a bit of noise from upstairs, but nothing major.

• Reika (9/5): また帰ってきます。素晴らしい。ありがとう。 - 朝食は、部屋にパンやコーンフレークやヨーグルトが毎日補充される形式でした。自由な時間に好きな量を食べられるのでよかったです。場所は素晴らしい！水上タクシーが直接横付けできる広場に面しており、リアルト橋までも徒歩2分ほどです。しかし、わずかに橋から奥に入るので、静かで雰囲気がよい。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれて、自分たちでパスコードで受け取ることができます。リアルトの水上バス乗り場までも橋を一つ渡るだけで平坦に移動出来るので、スーツケースを持っていても移動可能でした。 私たちは人数が多かったので、一番低い階をリクエストしました。それは2階（日本で言えば3階）でした。ベネツィアでは階段については、受け入れるべきことだと理解しています。しかし、スーツケースを上げ下げしたり、年少の子供が、観光の合間で部屋に戻ったりするのに階段は少し大変でした。（しかもその階をリクエストするために一晩につき30ユーロが余分に請求されました）

Les 2 réceptionnistes que nous avons vu sont très disponibles, à notre écoute et très agréables, Merci à elles. Nous avons passé 3 jours inoubliables. Petit bémol sur le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de fruits au petit déjeuner.

• Stefano (10/5): One of the best b&b were I've ever stayed. New, clean, and with a great service - The flat exceeded the expectations. It was renovated, very clean, and fully equipped. The bedrooms were very large, one with a sofa, and the other with a desk. Both had a wardrobe and extra pillows and blankets. The living room was very large with 2 sofas. The kitchen was very well equipped with more than needed, everything for 6 people, plus 4 large knifes, plenty of pots (I counted 7 pots and 4 pans) and several utensils. We cooked one meal every day. The accommodation offers a service similar to a hotel, with a reception, luggage storage, daily cleaning and change of bedsheets and towels every 3 days. They also provide clothes and dishwasher detergents. When I arrived only 2 burners (of 4) of the hob didn't work, within a couple of days the entirely replaced the hob. They also gifted us a traditional cake on Easter Day. The accommodation is also very well located, St Mark Square is a 5 mins walk and Rialto even less. It is well connected with the airport, because you can take the direct boat to/from Rialto. The building is on a small square with no bars/shops/restaurants, so during the night it is also very quite.

Łazienka również bardzo dobrze wyposażona (szampon i środki do mycia pod prysznic dobrej jakości i w ilościach zupełnie wystarczających. Codzienne sprzątanie. Zarówno check in jaki check out bezproblemowy i dogodny dla gości.

Todo el menaje y el desayuno muy completo. Que para ir al baño debíamos pasar por la habitación. El sofá cama no era demasiado cómodo. Además, tuvimos mucho calor.

The staff is very helpful and kind 😇 The apartment is just like in the photos, very clean, convenient, warm, quiet. Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast products are renewed every day. They clean the apartment and bring clean towels every day 😊 Water access outside the apartment, which allows taxis to arrive very close (very helpful when arriving at the airport in the middle of the night). • Olga (10/5): Enchanting and unique experience which everyone should try! - The apartment is located in a very old building which is in perfect shape, but has the unique flavour of the venetian mention. The room was spacious and warm, the kitchen well equipped, though on a small side, but practical and very functional. A particular feature comes with the place: staircases. It ls very charming, but it gives you additional exercise to carry the luggage to the upper floor. In the kitchen I wish the knifes would be different, hard to work with.
