It took awhile to check-in though since we were a group of 6 persons. The room was comfortable with the basic amenities. We also enjoyed our breakfast as the food spread was good. I loved the fruits! Since I was there for a meeting, the location was accessible to the Convention Center. We also had an easy time getting grab cars for tours around the city.

I stayed at GRAND PLAZA HANOI and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at their breakfast service. the staff’s behavior and service were a huge letdown. All the staff members appeared disengaged, with some even being outright rude. They seemed uninterested in helping or answering questions , and at one point, we had to wait for more than 15 minutes to ask for a coffee refill. I came with my family we were 22 people. Lack of Professionalism: The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with staff members chatting among themselves and neglecting their duties. It made the entire breakfast experience unpleasant. Ver very upset.

The door did not lock, the air con was stuck on 25.5 degrees. We went upstairs to have a massage and use the spa and sauna and were absolutely shocked. There was visible mold everywhere, hundreds of dead cockroaches in the gym lockers. We checked out early and were refunded.

- Young (2/5): - Too old and smells that mosquitoes are even lobby cafe. Service were to slow that they need more employees. They should rate as 3 stars or below!!
- Young (2/5): - This properties shouldn't 5 stars that 3 stars or less that room has smells so bed and lobby cafe has full of mosquitoes!! Full of group travelers with noise and less hotel staffs that hard to get service.
- Kheng Rachael (10/5): - A beautiful and relaxing hotel with my favourite gold color architecture. My family and I will visit Grand Plaza Hotel , Hanoi in our future trips. Thank you to all staff at the reception, house keeping, restaurant, cafe bar lounge and fitness centre.

- gabriele107ph (6/5): There are better options - For the price, you can get better service at smaller, more centric hotel. The facilities were there, but they don't have enough personals to make it work smoothly. Breakfast was average and it took a decent amount of time to check in. Our room is spacious though.
