• Leah (8/5): Very good value especially the large rooms - good value for families. - Good value, very kind and helpful staff person. Able to leave luggage in the day. I don't like that they are charging for tea and coffee, and there was actually no breakfast available the morning I was there.

• Elisa (7/5): abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte e ci siamo accontentati della sistemazione momentanea. - ottima posizione vicino a servizi e locali c'era molta polvere e le camere andrebbero ristrutturate...sembrava un po' sciatto. la scala interna alla camera aveva un parapetto con le sbarre molto larghe tanto da consentire ad un bambino piccolo di entraci dentro.

Cómodo para una estadia corta. La habitación estaba bien decorada, tonos claros, todo limpio. La comunicación con el personal también muy bien. La comodidad de las camas, eran demasiado duras y las 4 personas que dormimos tuvimos dificultades para descansar porque encontramos muy duras las camas. Las instalaciones del baño podrían actualizarse más pero no estaban mal.

• Ludovic (5/5): A éviter. - Bien situé. Les lits pas confortable, salle de bain vétuste. On nous fout dehors a 9h30 alors que c'est écrit rendre pour 10h30.

Inoltre la nostra camera era molto grande e anche molto comoda. Posizione strategica. Consiglio tappi per le orecchie perché a Firenze c'è un traffico incredibile!

• michele (2/5): Sconsigliatissimo, lasciate perdere. - l'unica nota positiva posso dire che è stato il receptionist che ci ha accolto e dato una mano, spiegandoci come muoverci per firenze e le varie attrazioni. Capisco che era un 2 stelle, e che ho preso per risparmiare dato che ci serviva di appoggio solamente per 1 notte. Peró ci sono tante cose che non mi sono andate a genio, tipo nel bidet aprendo l'acqua al massimo ne usciva solo qualche goccia, alla doccia mancava il cerchietto rosso dell'acqua calda, il top è stato il letto matrimoniale dove la spalliera di legno era mezza rotta e con crepe evidenti nel legno, poi abbiamo scoperto che il letto matrimoniale non aveva un materasso unico, ma bensì 2 materassi singoli messi vicini in cui potevi tranquillamente sprofondarci. Nelle info c'era scritto che all'arrivo se avessimo pagato 10 euro a persona potevamo fare colazione in struttura quando poi non era vero e ci è stato detto solamente li all'arrivo che per mancanza di personale non servivano colazioni.

Bagni con incrostazioni di calcare che non permettevano la fuoriuscita dell’acqua. Carta da parati attaccata male sulle mure. Porta d’ingresso della camera con maniglia difettosa e poco sicura.

• Maša (8/5): Great for our plans, aside from a few falls, we loved our stay here. - Staff was lovely and very friendly. Great location, close to railway station and walking distance to many of the sights. Tram station across the street. Good value for money. It’s an old building, so some challenges are to be expected; not by my kids though, who fell a couple of times in the bathroom (a lifted step for toilet and very slippery tiles). I know there’s not much the property can do about it, maybe some anti-slip rug… The railing of the stairs seems unsafe for smaller kids.

Struttura molto vecchia con un odore di muffa, pulizia inesistente con biancheria letto piena di capelli e sporca. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla ed è stato peggio che peggio. Tende sporche e veramente non dignitosa il bagno non classificabile. Le foto che erano sul sito delle camere non sono veritiere.

• Damon (1/5): Very disappointed. I would not recommend. - Staff were polite. Possibly, the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel needs some serious upgrading. Decor is dirty, broken and feels unclean. It’s not managed 24/7. 3 keys and a fob to access the building and your room, with a key ring the size of a small. Extremely poor condition and value for money. Avoid.

• Perez Fernandez (4/5): Lo único a destacar es la atención del chico de la recepción porque lo demás deja mucho que desear - El chico de la recepción muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma, te ponen a elegir si quieres cama grande o dos pequeñas y cuando eliges la grande te unen las pequeñas y nada más acostarte te caes en la unión de las cama, se mueven todo el tiempo y el colchón más incómodo no puede ser. La wifi del hotel es la más mala que pueda existir y la limpieza ni hablar, estuve 4 noches y jamás pasaron ni una escoba, estaba el suelo demasiado sucio, la verdad no volvería a este alojamiento

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la habitación apenas tenía una ventana que ventilaba, era para morirse de calor. Tampoco funcionaba la televisión. En la reserva decía desayuno incluido y no había nada en el desayunador. La limpieza era intermedia.

No site havia a informação que tinha estacionamento , mas tivemos que colocar o carro na rua no primeiro dia, pois o estacionamento pago estava fechado. No outro dia colocamos no estacionamento pago a um custo de 36 euros a diária. Não havia café da manhã. As fotos dos quartos no site do booking não condiz com a realidade.

Le recensioni non erano male, ma ora ho il - Relativamente vicino al centro storico, reception cordiale Completamente diverso dalle foto sul sito, sporco, muffa, puzza, armadi senza ante, letti con assi di legno al posto delle doghe, capelli nel frigo, vetri vecchi e di notte non si dorme, mattonelle che si staccavano, macchia marrone sulle mattonelle vicino al water, telo doccia sporchissimo, pulsante scarico non completamente funzionante, telecomando tv non funzionante.

L'établissement essaie de faire des économies partout. Pas de papier de toilette pour la 2e journée, j'ai du aller en chercher dans la salle de bain commune. Douche vraiment pas fonctionnelle avec portes en plusieurs sections. Et propreté à désirée. Une seule prise de électrique pour la chambre. Donc impossible de branche son appareil pour l'apnée et son téléphone la nuit.. plancher salle. Je ne recommande pas
• Maria (7/5): Agradable, pero muy mejorable en cuanto a confort. - El personal ha sido muy amable, nos han ayudado en todo. Las habitaciones no están en las mejores condiciones, la pintura desgastada, en el baño la pared esta forrada de corcho y el lavabo no estaba muy limpio con salpicones en la pared, entre otros. Otra cosa a destacar es qud no hay somier, son dos trozos de madera con ruedas. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha mucho el ruido.

• Bertini (5/5): Personale gentile ma camera da 1 stella - Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Bagno invivibile. Per farsi una doccia si allaga l’intero bagno, piccolo e senza box e piatto doccia ma dotato solo di una tenda (discutibile). Il bidè non è utilizzabile se non facendo acrobazie poiché c’è troppo poco spazio e non ci stanno le gambe essendo quasi attaccato al muro. Camera con serramenti e arredamenti vecchi (passabile) ma il materasso dove si sentono le molle nella schiena è forse da rivedere. Consiglio di pubblicare foto più realistiche.

Der var et meget venligt personale og vi kunne sidde i det, der tidligere havde været morgenmadsrestaurant og indtage medbragte drikkevarer m.m. Det var desværre ikke muligt at få morgenmad, selvom det stod i beskrivelsen. Der var temmelig meget larm, fordi det lå op ad en meget trafikeret vej. Hotellet var gammelt og slidt, men egentlig meget charmerende.
