Don't have crazy expectations and you'll be fine 🙂 - No frills business style hotel that has all necessary amenities inline with other smaller apa locations. 2 Lawson's within very close proximity. Around a 5-6 minute walk to hatchobori station (there's a family mart there as well) where you can catch the hibiya line to popular areas - Tsukiji, Ginza, Akihabara. Ueno.

• Javier Alfonso (9/5): Great Stay 😎 - APA hotels are already a guarantee for us. Small rooms but for a good price. Everyting clean, functional and a lot of personal care products. During this stay, one cleaning lady insisted to do our room, we get it, but she didn't care that one of us was in the bathroom and she still did the bedroom. As I said, the room is very small, but the size isn't my complaint. Is the fact that she entered the room in that moment and couldn't wait us for 5min. Also, I recommend adding more variety to your breakfast.

Check out time 10.00 a.m. is too early, they threaten to penalize if you are late. Only one elevator, sometimes busy.

• Rene (10/5): Tolles Zimmer in perfekter ruhiger Innenstadtlage - Schönes Hotel (wie gewohnt von APA) in toller, ruhiger Lage sowie mit sauberen Zimmern und guter Ausstattung. Auch die Lagerung meines Gepäcks am Abreisetag verlief vollkommen problemlos und zuverlässig. Lediglich beim Frühstück hätte ich mir vielleicht eine etwas größere Auswahl an Speisen gewünscht, vor allem für europäische Geschmäcker. Ansonsten alles tipptopp, sodass ich sehr gerne wiederkomme bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Tokio.

• Bruno (9/5): Great experience and I would happily stay here again. - The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Location is also a plus because the train station is very close and there are restaurants and stores within a short distance from the hotel. A small downside was the lack of a practical space to store our suitcases, as it was difficult to keep them somewhere easily accessible during our stay.

• Florian (8/5): Empfehlenswertes, tolles Stadthotel für euren Städtetrip in Tokyo - Lage: Sehr zentrale Lage, über mehrere JR- und Metro-Stationen fußläufig schnell erreichbar (Kayabachō (M), Hatchōbori (JR, M), Nihombashi (JR, M). Über die JR-Station Nihombashi kann beispielsweise auch der Flughafen Haneda direkt angefahren werden. Zimmer: Tokyo entsprechend sehr kompakt. Zwei große Koffer offen zu haben wird zur Herausforderung. Betten waren bequem. Auch das Bad ist recht klein, jedoch ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Utensilien (Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Zahnbürsten, Haarbürsten, Föhn etc.). Das Zimmer war sauber. Handtücher werden täglich frisch mit einem Beutel an die Zimmertür gehängt. Aufenthalt: Check-in war um 15:00 Uhr wie angegeben möglich und absolut reibungslos. Die Rezeption ist englischsprachig und sehr gut verständlich. Wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Check-out erfolgt über ein Kästchen, in welches die Zimmerkarten einfach nur eingeworfen werden. Zimmer: An der Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht manuell regeln, ob geheizt oder gekühlt werden kann. Dies erfolgt zentral durch das Hotel selbst. Unser Zimmer war z. B. sehr warm. Abhilfe hat das Fenster im Zimmer geschaffen, da es sich hat öffnen lassen. Darüber hinaus gibt es an der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen.

• Stolper (6/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und boten in einem Doppelzimmer kein Platz für die Koffer oder zum fertig machen, ohne dass man sich im Weg stand. Das Hotelpersonal konnte kaum Englisch. Das Frühstück war nach europäischen Maßstäben NICHT gut. Kein Obst etc. Nur Reis und Fische wollte ich nicht zum Frühstück essen. Ich habe mir im Supermarkt etwas gekauft, weil ich das Essen nicht mehr morgens essen konnte. Dafür passte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht. Wir sind ein Tag früher abgereist.

Room is very small but I didn't mind - the bed was still big enough. It would be cramped for 2 people. Just needs to be kept in mind when booking. Location is not really near the main parts of Tokyo as well but I also didn't mind this. Otherwise no cons at all I loved my stay here.

Around the corner from the library to work/study and enjoy multi-level terraces and Cafe I am a seasoned traveler and this hotel suited all my needs. Visitors from the USA might have concerns that hotel rooms in Tokyo are smaller than they are used to.
