• Elizabeth (10/5): Great accomodation but security is not of a good standard - A handbag was stolen in the dining room while i was there. The staff did not react in a very professionql manner and no cctv was available in that area. It was the start of a womans trip for a cruise which as an observer almost looked like the employees didnt care.

• Lyda72 (6/5): Not quite a 4-star as advertised - We recently stayed here expecting a 4-star experience, but it didn’t quite meet that standard. The rooms were quite small, and basic amenities like tea/coffee facilities or a kettle were missing. We also had issues with a faulty electronic key (replaced with a physical one) and found communication frustrating when trying to request rooms on the same floor, I was told that I should have requested via email in advance. Overall, a disappointing experience for a hotel advertised as 4-star.

Unica nota positiva il personale, soprattutto il tecnico che è venuto per la tv. Avevo prenotato per la piscina, ma non era disponibile. Capelli sul copri materasso, peli sul lavandino, briciole sul wc, tv non funzionante (risolto solo tramite intervento del tecnico), stanza gelida nonostante avessi impostato 24°. La notte, dopo aver spento tutto, ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta per l’umidità che c’era (non causata da me) perché mi mancava il fiato. Tutto questo mi ha portata a richiedere il cambio struttura con booking, ma la pratica è durata più del mio soggiorno. Mi spiace perché sembrava una struttura promettente, ma ho speso €150 per avere determinati standard e non sono stati rispettati. Certi errori li ammetto da un hotel da €40 a notte, non €150.

Personal muy amable Queda relativamente lejos del centro, pero lo recomiendo encarecidamente . Yo había confirmado un Airbnb en pleno centro y al llegar , me habían cancelado mi reserva del fin de semana , con todo pago . Y el precio es el mismo que en este hotel, que es de la cadena Barcelo. Sin duda , lo recomiendo
• Turista2011054 (8/5): Good hotel in a very tranquil area - As a regular client of Barcelo Hotels i choose this hotel in Rome. The room was pretty huge, confortable, quiet and clean. Once again i was not dissapointed by the choice i've made. It is not central but it was easy to reach the city center. Also the breakfast was good! Overall i had a good vacation.

A localização do hotel fora da confusão do centro e a pouco mais de 5 minutos a pé da estação de metropolitano mais próxima foi óptima. O ar condicionado centralizado do hotel estava em modo calor o que não permitia que nos quartos se conseguisse colocar o ar condicionado em frio ou sequer em ventilação. A única “solução” que nos foi indicada foi para abrir a janela do quarto durante a noite. A oferta de comida no bar, como por exemplo a tosta, foi uma sandes retirada de uma máquina de venda é aquecida num micro ondas.

Персонал ко всем детям относится очень трепетно и доброжелательно) Местоположение идеальное , до любой локации на метро или автобусе не больше чем 30-40 минут и поверьте это очень хорошо) так как машину в центре свою негде припарковать. В гостинице есть свой паркинг. Немного разнообразить бы завтрак

• Brooke (10/5): The hotel is beautiful, the staff was helpful, and the overall ambience was pleasant. - The room was large and with beautiful windows that opened up and let the nice cool air in. The breakfast was the same every day but you could tell when the cook changed. One day the eggs were amazing, the next they tasted like they were cooked with water instead of milk or butter. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bar tender was funny and joked around with us the whole time. The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing for most of our taxi drivers.

• alexismM3585MA (8/5): Good hotel - Clean hotel, mostly friendly staff. The bathroom had a faint sewage smell that never went away, but it was clean and they cleaned our room daily. The shower is extremely small so keep that in mind. Some staff were nicer than others but overall not a bad experience. The food is amazing, breakfast and room service. The room service was a little confusing, we had a paper that told us the hours they served room service, and it didn't say they closed on Sundays. I tried to order on a Sunday and the man who took our order the day before acted like we were crazy for trying to order on a Sunday. He also told us we had to go downstairs to pay with card, but the next time we ordered a woman told us she would handle the card for us. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, which was convenient.

Very clean and bright, but a bit let down by flatpack furniture which wasn't standing up to wear and tear too well. Not too sure it warrants a 4 star - even so it was still a pleasant stay. probably the wrong side of the city if you want all the tourist sites, eg Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Collosseum.

We were allocated a room on ground floor on entering the room noticed an adjoining door to another room .we were tired and hungry from the travelling so never thought anything of it. We went to the bar area and ordered food then returned to the room for an early night then was awoken by someone in the adjoining room with the tv blasting opening cases and hod knows what else you can literally hear everything they’re doing . I literally had to bang on the door to get them to be quiet . Not only that we opened the curtains only to be met with a brick wall the windows ten foot high and completely pointless like being in a prison cell. Eventually got to sleep 1:30 a.m then awoken by next door with hairdryers and god knows what at 6 a.m . We were knackered.! So we went to reception to explain and they gave us a room on the next floor up without an adjoining room. This helped but the walls in this hotel are wafer thin you can hear everything from side rooms and above so if your a light sleeper like me your going to end shattered. Now the hotel is 15/20 minute bus ride from the Vatican on a busy road with literally a tiny footpath not ideal. Then another bus from Vatican into the center of Rome. If we were to return I wouldn’t stop in this hotel because of these issues. The staff are ok but bar area and restaurant are not the best. We enjoyed Rome and the sightseeing but would chose a more central hotel in future.

• Capitano (8/5): Belle hôtel ! - Le petit déjeuner, plusieurs choix disponibles. Le personnel agréable. Le parking sécurisé à l'intérieur de la cour de l'hôtel. Arrêt de bus, juste en face de l'hôtel pour aller au Vatican et à Rome Hôtel pas très loin du Vatican Lors d'une nuit, la chambre d'à côté faisait beaucoup trop de bruit, tard le soir, il a fallut que l'on appelle la réception pour le signaler afin que cela s'arrête. Dans la chambre, il y avait une carafe pour faire du thé mais pas de café. De plus, lorsqu'on prenait du thé, le personnel n'en a pas rajouté par la suite.

A special mention to Zahid, always welcomed us home after a busy day. Beautiful restaurant only 3 minutes away to the right as you leave. Thank you so much again and hopefully will return.

• Susana (10/5): Ótimo - Da simpatia dos funcionários, da limpeza e do pequeno almoço. É um pouco longe do centro mas este aspeto é totalmente colmatado com a excelente rede de transportes públicos da cidade. Há uma paragem de autocarro mesmo em frente ao hotel e os horários são bastante frequentes.

• F3581BNsaraa (8/5): Good peaceful hotel - Hotel is nice and modern, staff very friendly and helpful, barman was fantastic, made everyone feel welcome .. hotel is in quiet location, great for peaceful rest in the evening after a hectic day sightseeing .. only issue was smoker’s standing right outside reception doors, horrible smell of smoke came up to the room windows.. maybe a smoking area could be found away from front of hotel ?

• Terry (8/5): The hotel was out of the city in a fairly elevated position with a nice garden and large rooms. - Our bedroom was very large, and spacious with high ceilings and large windows that looked out towards the garden. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor seating area by and around the pool was nice and clean and you could get bar service from there. The pool was adequate - it is not an inground pool but a good size. I also liked the decor of the lounge and foyer area - quite contemporary, smart with clean lines. The building is an old monastery so I was expecting a more traditional decor so a nice surprise. The only food served is breakfast and bar snacks. There is no actual restaurant for dinner or lunch but there are excellent local options near by.
• Mario (5/5): Positivo - Posizione L'igiene e la manutenzione degli accessori nel bagno. Colazione povera, non erano curati i dettagli e i prodotti erano mediocre. Non è una colazione da 13 euro.
• Pascal (8/5): Piacevole e rilassante - Letto molto comodo ad una piazza e mezza con doppio cuscino, uno più soffice l'altro più rigido . Colazione molto ben fornita ed abbondante con varietà di dolce e salato. Lavandino bagno quasi del tutto otturato. Porta di accesso in stanza difettosa; non si chiudeva molto bene per via della pannellatura perimetrale non ben fissata.

• anna (6/5): - Il parcheggio interno di jn hotel a 4 stelle nn si deve pagare è solitamente gratuito xvi clienti dell albergo poi pagare così x hn parcheggio è pazzesco. Dovrei chiedere il rimborso del parcheggio cosa assolutamente lecita visto che nessun hotel lo fa pagare!

• paul (5/5): Its a nice new building and definitely clean and modern with CNN. A little out of the way. - The room was neat and tidy and it was generally a modern style and of a good quality. No air conditioning. Or, it didn't work and they did nothing to fix it. Opening the windows was not a good option because the mosquitos then came in the room was worse than a hot room. The concierge behind the desk when we checked in did not seem to know very much, ie helping us with booking a shuttle to the airport etc. So, I think they "kind" of helped but could have been more helpful.
