• Marta (7/5): Calidad/precio decente - Era amplio, tenía mucha luz y está muy bien equipado. El baño algo viejo, los colchones tanto de sofás cama como la cama sin más. Por otra parte, fuimos tres personas y había tres camas ( dos sofás camas y una cama doble), sin embargo, solo nos pusieron sábanas en un sofá cama y por tanto las otras dos personas tuvieron que dormir juntas. El barrio no es que sea la mejor zona pero nos pareció seguro. Lo único hay una gran caminata hasta el centro.
• Camilo (7/5): Buen lugar cómodo y limpio - La amplitud, cómodo limpio, cerca del coliseo estación de metro si bien a unos 10 mins caminando, era directo 1.- No estaba tan cerca del centro, y los metros directos sin hacer combinación estaban como a 20mins caminando. 2.- esto fue lo más incómodo, al día siguiente de hacer el check in de forma autónoma. Llegó de forma muy insistente personal del apartamento cobrando el impuesto y pedir la devolución de una llave de acceso al edificio de forma insistente y apurado, casi entrando al apartamento para pedir una llave.
• Ryszard (8/5): - Przestronne mieszkanie, wygodne. Okolica bezpieczna, bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy. Dobry kontakt z personelem, bardzo dokładne instrukcje dotarcia do apartamentu. Największy minus pobytu to brak ciepłej wody wieczorem. Polowanie na szansę kąpieli w ciepłej wodzie to poważna niedogodność. O ile udało się utrafić to i tak wody starczało dla jednej osoby :( Do tego nieszczelny wąż prysznica przez który woda chlustała bokiem (nawet jeśli to tylko kwestia uszczelki to goście nie są od naprawiania armatury). Kontakt do suszarki do włosów w pokoju poza dostępem do lustra - niektórzy tego potrzebują. Obowiązek segregowania śmieci ale nie pozostawiono nam worków (nie przyszłoby mi nigdy do głowy aby na urlop jeździć z workami na śmiecie). Uważam, że na wyposażeniu kuchni, co nie jest dużym wydatkiem a bardzo umila gościom pobyt powinna też być odrobina cukru oraz soli (o tym rzadko się pamięta pakując na wyjazd). Na szczęście nie musieliśmy kupować płynu do mycia naczyń i gąbki.
• Larissa (8/5): - It was clean, the apertament is comfortable and well located (near tram, bus station, 10 min walking distance from metro). The staff: it was not possible to use a bathroom if you have a late check out and the Lady sent me message after 10pm regarding the city tax payment (it's self check in). Also it would be value have a coffe, salt and oil for couple of days.

• Loris (6/5): - The apartment is clean, but the bathroom is worn out. At night you can hear the noise from passing vehicles. There are two air conditioners, but both did not work on heat. There was a coffee maker for Italian coffee that was leaking, but after I wrote to the lady about it the next day they brought us another one, probably from another apartment, but we did not receive an answer about the non-working air conditioners. For 5 days it is not a problem, but the name "luxury apartment" might have been appropriate 15-20 years ago. There is a very well-stocked supermarket 2 stops away and bus 105 stops right in front of it. The bus stop for the center of Rome is very close to the apartment. For Rome we used the "Citymapper" app. Beautiful city, but keep your bags on the bus.

• Jose Mª (5/5): Ruidoso y anticuado - El apartamento era grande. Muy ruidoso ya que está en una calle con mucho tráfico. Necesita una buena reforma. La cama muy incomoda, el colchón estaba muy usado igual que las almohadas. Las fotos no se correspondían en nada con el apartamento.

• FATIRA (10/5): Appartement sympa - Appartement confortable, très bien fourni au niveau des équipements . Des instructions sur Rome , trajets etc…bus et trams à 50 mètres très pratiques . • Broscoi (8/5): - Am fost un cuplu care s-a plimbat foarte mult prin Roma și seara când ajungeam la cazare tot ce ne doream era să avem un loc confortabil și spațios. Este un apartament foarte bine dotat. Așternuturi și baie curate. Suficient pentru cineva care vrea să meargă mai mult în explorare, dar și pentru cineva care dorește să își gătească la cazare. Deși nu am gătit, bucătăria era foarte bine utilată. Apartament foarte luminos, perfect pentru zi, cu jaluzele pentru seară, foarte bune pentru persoanele cu somn ușor și sensibilitate la lumină. Foarte mult parfum de cameră folosit. Am ținut în fiecare zi cât eram plecați ferestrele deschise. Amândoi suntem alergici la parfumuri puternice și a fost un pic prea mult pentru noi, dar am reușit să aerisim și am mai diminuat din intensitatea parfumului. Din apartamentul nostru se auzea strada. Prima zi a fost mai greu, după am început să mă obișnuiesc. Dar pentru cineva foarte sensibil poate fi un disconfort.

• Conchita (8/5): En líneas generales todo muy bien - El apartamento era cómodo, el colchón y las almohadas estaban muy bien. Bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de Termini, tenías parada de autobús cerca y también parada de tranvía. El conserje pendiente de todo. La decoración, ya sé que no es algo funcional ni demasiado relevante pero siempre gusta a la vista, las cortinas me estaban matando. Se ve antiguo reformado y algunos cambios más le vendrían bien. El agua caliente de la ducha duraba muy poco, teníamos que ducharnos súper rápido las dos. También hubiera sido de agradecer encontrar aunque fuera un poco de café para los que llegamos muy tarde y no podemos ir al súper.

• Norrac01 (7/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - Grand appartement calme et bien équipé, grande chambre à coucher avec armoire, cuisine complète, arrivée tardive possible, échanges clairs et précis avec la régie par message (que nous n'avons pas vue), arrêt du bus à 50 mètres ! Le seul point négatif est la douche, non fonctionnelle (pommeau en partie cassé) et sale (moississure) ! C'est dommage car le reste de l'appartement est vraiment bien. Destination uniquement pour dormir car pas grand chose à voir ou à faire dans ce quartier (relativement sale).

• Hansen (7/5): - Placeret med 20 minutter til Termini . Der er et lille futtog ved murruinen sødt og betagende. Man tænker Thomas tog med det samme med den hæsenfløjrelyd den laver. Brug dig kreditkort på automaten. Det giver dig 100minutter for 1.5 euro og du kan køre over det meste af Rom. Lux Apertementi er fine og med det mest vigtige for et ophold. Vaskemaskine opvaskemaskine m.m. Jeg fandt ikke en tørrekælder eller tumbler. Kommunikationen gik via WhatsApp og de svarer hurtigt på engelsk. Jeg kunne ikke finde bestik men det var der. Bare under ovnen i en skuffe. Løse håndtag og slidte møbler er hvad jeg forventer til prisen. Det er helt sikkert godt til en familie på op til 6 personer for det værelse vi havde. Næsten 50m2. Der manglede en lounge til at mødes i eller hænge ud og møde andre. Vi var isoleret hvor vi var. Det kan måske de anderledes andet sted. Savner en lille altan/terrasse til morgenkaffen.

• Antonella Brusa (10/5): Una increible estancia en Roma - El departamento es increíble, muy cómodo y bien equipada la parte de la coicina. Está ubicado muy cerca de paradas de bus que te permiten llegar bien al centro. Además su cercanía a la estación de Roma termini fué muy práctico. La zona en la que está ubicado el alojamiento no es la más linda de Roma, la estación de metro más cercana no es muy agradable sobretodo por la noche.

• Lejla (10/5): It was a good place to stay, very good value for the money - The location is fine, a bit away from the centre but well connected by tram. The area is also nice, rich in history and not overly touristy. It would be good to have 🧂 and sugar available at the apartment.
• Ozziejules (7/5): Great location. Wifi a problem in room 2. Very comfortable. - We had room 2 on the first floor. This is NOT a Lux apartment-but an ordinary one. Wifi was impossible and I had to go outside and sit near the reception to get any signal. Excellent communicators but could not solve the problem. A stronger modem is required. Be careful with the fridge as the door doesn't close unless you push HARD. The location is good, you take the tram from Plaza Maggiore to Termini. Taxi from Termini cost E11. Stelac supermarket at V.Manzoni. No tea, coffee, sugar. Room 2 -Wifi very difficult and they could not improve it.

• Amy (3/5): We wouldn’t recommend this property until the staff take guest communication seriously and fix the basic issues. - The size of the apartment is nice and the location is ok for the money The apartment had serious issues — an electrical plug was falling out of the wall near the bed, we were bitten by bugs during the night every night for 6 nights, there was no remote for the air conditioning (for the first few days), and the internet barely worked. The main issue, though, was the total lack of communication from the staff. We texted and called multiple times and never once got a response over 6 nights. Ironically, they had no trouble texting us when they needed something — like payment for the city tax or our check-out time. We could have been quite forgiving of the bugs, lack of air conditioning, lack of toilet paper etc if we had received even one response to acknowledge our issues. To be completely ignored is just plain rude and not the way to treat guests.
• Marios (4/5): Disappointing - It was a large apartment. There is a bus stop 5 min away. In the property rules was required before the checkout to wash the dishes, tidy the apartment, empty the trash cans and throw the trash in the correct street trash cans. Also the local taxes were not included, they didn’t inform us before the checkin day and it was additionally 60€ (for 2 people/5 nights). Moreover, they did not provide shower shampoo.

• Agustin (5/5): Passable - Is clean The apartment is very poorly located, far from the metro, and not convenient for exploring the city. They don't provide any items like coffee, tea, sugar, or salt, which is a problem because it's difficult to buy enough of these items for a short stay, coupled with the fact that there are no supermarkets nearby. The staff was more interested in collecting the staying tax than solving my request. At first, they didn't give me an electric plug, then they gave me one that didn't work, and finally they gave me one that worked, but by then my stay had already been more than half over. If I return to Rome, I wouldn't go back or stay there.

• Hilary (9/5): Great Location. Well presented and well equipped apartment. - Really lovely apartment - Very well equipped. We had an apartment on the corner of the building so had lots of windows in the bedroom. The windows in the living room and bedroom all had electric blinds , (Lovely and dark once closed). Great location harder to get closer to city centre without entering the LTZ (We drove and were pleased to park the car in the property's secure underground garage for the duration of our stay). Very easy access to public transport. Would have given 10/10 but marked down as no tea / coffee etc.. provided and was asked to take all rubbish / recycling to the bins on the street when we left. Also no toilet roll provided (although there was some when we arrived). Note the Lux lock boxes are marked 'Lux Apartments' . I tried six boxes before I realised that only 2 of them related to Lux!

• Victor (9/5): Very pleasant stay in a wonderful apartment. - Extremely helpful Host! Very clear self-check-in instructions. The apartment (#8) is true to the photos. Nice decoration. All amenities work. Very clean. Wi-Fi signal is very strong. Late check-out procedure with bags left at the reception is very convenient. Special thanks to the Host for the early check-in and late check-out! The shower cabin absolutely needs a repair/upgrade. Very bad smell from the sink in the shower cabin. In the kitchen frying pan, electric kettle and the bread toaster need an upgrade.

• Gerson (5/5): Not bad location, big rooms, good facilities, water and heating didn't work for 4 days - Not too far from the main attractions. 30 min walk to the coliseum and 15 min tot he metro station. The flat is big enough for a family and well equipped, although a bit dated. Unfortunately, 4 days without hot water in December and another 4 days with scalding water really damaged the experience. • Kolesnichenko (10/5): Exceptional - For that price we've got more than I could assume. This apartment is quite big, well equipped and has rother good location, 30 min walk to colloseus.
• Wiktoria (8/5): Very good - Good overall stay, nice apartment with need a bit of TLC, but for the price can't complain. Very friendly and helpful staff, aprtment was very clean, plenty of towels. Around 25 min walk to colosseum.

The air conditioning was ineffective and you could barely feel any air movement which was disappointing! I know it was 35 degrees but previous accommodation we have stayed in we were able to cool the room down significantly but not at this property

• Glenda (8/5): Very good - The unit was satisfactory for our needs. Being able to leave our luggage in the storeroom was excellent and allowed us to spend our last day in Rome without the need to drag cases and pay a high fee for storage. We had access to retrieve our possessions at the end of the day.
• Guido (7/5): Absolutely good value for the money! - We liked the location, the bed was comfortable and the room had proper blinds. Also it was very pleasant to have a kitchen. You had to hold the shower head because the holder was broken. Furthermore the kitchen needed some easy maintenance.
• Joanna (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was in a good location if you are good at walking. 15 min to closest Metro to take you directly into tje Trevi.. Fabulous " local" patisserie /Restaurant /bar. Really, the only criticism is that the air-conditioning units need an over haul. Rather noisy and don't think the one in the lounge cooled anything.

Shower needs maintenance. Cutlery drawer in weird location, under the cooker. No toaster. Fridge turns off when you go out.
• Christine (9/5): Superb - A very nice, big apartment. It was perfect for a longer stay. It was very close to a few bus and tram stops which was very useful. There were a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighbourhood was very quiet. They were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early, which helped us out a lot. There was no kettle and the microwave plate was missing. The person who met us to handover keys etc couldn’t speak English so communication was a bit tricky.
• Kenneth (8/5): Comfortable, peaceful and made easier by helpful staff. - Nice, roomy apartment, very clean, good facilities. The Manageress spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The location is not bad but is further from Termini station and metro stations than we had thought. At least a filter coffee machine would have been good.
• Davit (5/5): Not so satisfied with the quality. - It was big enough for 4 people. The bed sofa was very narrow and not comfortable at all. Some drawer was broken, the kitchen fan didn’t work and the chairs were full of dirty stains. The towels were provided but some of them had stains on them. The shower was clogged with long hairs. The warm water was limited for showering. Even 2 people could not shower after each other unless you would wait for some time for the water to get warmed up again. didn’t meet our expectations based on the reviews and the pictures. The staff was friendly.
• Anna (8/5): Ok experience - The apartment was ok. There was enough space for us. There was some basic kitchen equipment so we could for example make tea or coffee. The location was quite ok too. For example there was about 35 mins by walk to the Colosseum. Three of us were travelling and only two beds were prepared for us. The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. There wasn't an electric kettle. And maybe a little thing but the toilet tissue hook was slightly broken. Overall experience was ok but not great.
