• Jeffrey (7/5): Very convenient and safe place to stay near the Rome Termini station. - It was a great location very near the Rome central train station! There was even a very nice garden Terrace that you could hang out on. The room was small, dated but clean and met our expectations and needs. The hosts were very easy to work with. We liked the multiple layers of door security. It took two keypads and a key to get through the 3 doorways into our room. We had no complaints. The area is a little loud in the early evening as the transit trolleys are right outside the windows. Earplugs were left for us on the bed, but once it was late, the trolleys stopped running so we did not find it an issue.

We even walked home from Vatican. 2 mikes so long but doable if you like to walk. Tons of restaurants nearby. Bathroom a bit small. Five for small female but shower is tight so if you are larger like big not for you. Very clean though.

Coffee pods and packets provided along with small plates, utensils and a microwave In the common area. Daily cleaning and towel refresh . Mini fridge and hot water hob in the room was nice. Even though there are only two flights of stairs, the elevator was helpful when tired or with luggage.

• Kerstin (10/5): Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Lage ist hervorragend, 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof/ Metro und der Busstation entfernt. Man kommt sehr schnell überall hin. Das Zimmer hat außerordentlichen Charme, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. 3 Stufen führen auf eine schöne Terrasse, Sitzmobiliar ist vorhanden. Nebenan gibt es eine Musikhochschule. Ich hatte an einem Abend das Glück, auf der Terrasse einem Gratiskonzert lauschen zu dürfen, eine großartige Atmosphäre und unbezahlbar schön. Tipp: Fahrt mit dem Aufzug am Monumento Vittorio Emanuele an der Piazza Venezia. (EUR 18,-) Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Es gibt dort eine Cafeteria. Unbedingt auch die Galleria Borghese besuchen!!! Es gibt nichts negatives zu erzählen, es war wunderschön.
• Marchien (5/5): Ik heb er alleen geslapen, kamer is ok, maar omgeving in het gebouw niet prettig. - Geen ontbijt gehad De toegankelijkheid, de informatie over de etage waar je moet zijn, de dichte deur aan de straat zonder enige aanduiding dat zich daar een hotel bevindt, de kale onverzorgde gang en het trappenhuis waar je binnenkomt, het feit dat er niemand in de buurt is als je oin de oude lift zou blijven steken.

• Eleni GEORGALA (10/5): Βολικό δωμάτιο στο termini - Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλη. Άνετη. Το δωμάτιο είχε βεράντα πολύ όμορφη που συνδέεται με την κοινόχρηστη αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν πρόβλημα. Πολύ κοντά στο termini. Παροχές καφέ όλη την μέρα έξω από το δωμάτιο δωρεάν. Γενικά ήταν πολύ καλό. Το τραμ που πιστεύαμε ότι θα μας ενοχλεί, τελικά είμαστε τόσο κουρασμένοι από τις βόλτες στην Ρώμη που το άκουσα μια φορά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε την καλοσύνη να μας αφήσει τις καλύτερες ωτοασπιδες που υπάρχουν.

• James (10/5): Very good value and location. Highly recommended. - Excellent location and very convenient for exploring the city. Being located in the centre, it can be quite loud at night. But not excessively so and I had no issues sleeping.

Despite the great public transport links, you can easily walk to the main attractions in the city center. Additionally, the staff is very kind, and they also provided a coffee machine, tea, and room cleaning service throughout our stay. We didn’t feel unsafe, as some reviews mentioned, but it’s a good idea to keep an eye on random people passing by, especially late at night.
• Angela (10/5): - Would stay again! Location was extremely convenient to Roma Termini and there was an elevator for all of our heavy luggage! The best part was the terrace. We had our coffee and pastries in the morning and we had our wine and cheese in the evening. We took full advantage of our private outdoor space and loved it. Noise was typical of a busy city. The common amenities (microwave, coffee, water, tea) were right outside of our room so we would hear people in the morning.

• Hugh (10/5): IDEALLY SITUATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF ROME. - I was delighted with my two-night stay at the Roman Terrace Hotel, which is less than ten minutes' walk from the Central Roma Termini Station and Metro. The hotel and bedrooms are very clean although rather "old-fashioned" in a nice way, but I was delighted with the terraced garden and superb views, as well as the very good tea and coffee making facilities, and a small "welcoming chocolate" for each guest! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I would love to stay here again during my next visit to Rome. Many thanks to everyone! The old-style green trams trundled along the road in front of and next to the hotel late in the evening and early in the mornings.

• Eduardo (8/5): Lindo alojamiento en una ubicación muy buena. - Nos quedamos tres noches en el alojamiento y estuvo todo bien. Está en un segundo piso que se puede llegar con ascensor o por escaleras. La ubicación es muy buena para moverse en Roma, ya que está a 200 metros de la estación Termini. Está a 100 metros de la iglesia Santa María Maggiore y también se accede a pie a otros lugares de interés por la zona. Por la calle de Roman Terrace pasa un tranvía pero el ruido no molesta para nada. Hay tapones para los oidos pero no los necesité en ningún momento. La habitación que elegí era sencilla, con dos camas individuales, un ropero, un escritorio donde había algunas cosas básicas como café, azúcar, galletas, etc. Tenía una salida a la terraza con plantas y con vistas para la calle. El baño era sencillo pero con todo lo necesario (Jabón, shampoo, etc.) y con un calefactor que se podía usar para secar ropa. La ducha tenía buena presión. La atención muy buena, con alguno de los recepcionistas que incluso hablaba en español. Hay gente en recepción desde las 8:00 hasta las 16:00. La calefacción era inconsistente. A veces hacía calor en la habitación, otras estaba más fresco y tenía los calefactores apagados (el de la habitación, el del baño y el aire acondicionado). Pregunté y me dijeron que tenía un sensor que detectaba la temperatura ambiente y los encendía o apagaba automáticamente. Por lo visto, no funcionaba muy bien.

• Daniele (8/5): Un soggiorno piacevole, ritornerei in questo posto. - Mi è piaciuto moltissimo la pulizia e il comfort della stanza. Ottimo anche il terrazzo su cui ci si poteva riposare, soprattutto la sera d'estate davvero carino. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Forse è un po' di disturbo il mattino, ma non troppo, il fatto che la signora delle pulizie venga verso le 8 anche prima. Ma non è stato un disagio eccessivo.

• Cecilia (7/5): Convenient and clean, but noisy due to tram if your room is facing the street. - Clean, and didn't have to worry about running out of hot water, had little details like filtered water, coffee, tea, and hot water kettle, two chairs in the room, and small kitchen sink in the common area. Our room was facing the street, so hearing and feeling (room shook) when the tram passed by, took some getting used to.

La camera era confortevole, con un comodo bollitore, tisane e biscottini. Durante il mio soggiorno non ci sono stati problemi sulla rumorosità della strada e gli altri ospiti erano rispettosi Nulla. • Georgios (10/5): Θα ξανάμενα εκεί αν πήγαινα ξανά στην Ρώμη. - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο και εξυπηρετικό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μέσα σε ένα παλιό νεοκλασικό, που διαθέτει βεραντα με σκεπαστρο. Η τοποθεσία δύο τετράγωνα από το μετρό και από το Τέρμινι, όπου σταματούν τα τραίνα και τα λεωφορεία από και προς το αεροδρόμιο. Λίγα μέτρα πιο πέρα είναι και η αφετηρία πολλών λεωφορείων για άλλα σημεία της πόλης, καθώς και τουριστικών λεωφορείων που κάνουν τον γύρο της Ρώμης. Είναι επίσης δυο τετραγωνα από την Σάντα Μαρία Ματζόρε, 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Κολοσσαίο και 17 λεπτά (με τα πόδια) από την Φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι. Απο την Πιάτσα Ντι Σπάνια είναι περίπου 30 λεπτά, ενώ απο την Βίλλα Μποργκέζε απέχει γύρω στα 25. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε. Στον δρομο έξω απο το ξενοδοχείο περνάει τραμ, αλλά ο θόρυβος είναι ελάχιστος. Επίσης κατω από το κτήριο περνάει μετρό, αλλά ο θόρυβος ειναι επίσης ελάχιστος.

• Alicja (9/5): - Bliskość metra i wielu rzymskich atrakcji, a przede wszystkim czystość. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, personel bardzo pomocny, możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.
• Ella (8/5): Great on a budget and would definitely stay again! - We liked the location being near to the main terminal station, connections to the rest of the city are all very close and easy to locate. There are also lots of lovely restaurants around the hotel to eat at. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shared kitchen area was also handy for washing baby bottles. The lift is really small, so if you have a buggy larger than a standard stroller, you will struggle to fit in there and definitely wouldn’t fit a double stroller. We just about managed! The room and bathroom could do with some modernising, mainly the headboard in the bedroom being plastic is a bit strange I like the rest of the bedroom but the bathroom is outdated with cracked pale pink tiles, as well as an old & very small shower. However, the heated towel radiator works nicely! Bidet is a nice to have. The private terrace/patio area is not very private at all; it’s just slightly separated by some artificial trellis from the main Terrace - you wouldn’t sit outside in your underwear having coffee!! Other guests if they were also on their patio or shared terrace area would be able to see you. However it is nice to have a bit of patio area that is only for your use just bear in mind it’s not very private.

• Swavely (10/5): Enjoyable, relaxing and good ambiance for a stay in Rome. - The accommodations do not look like an impressive grand hotel from the outside, but it was lovely, clean and our stay was enjoyable. If you are looking for a quaint Roman stay experience this hotel is "grand". It is very close to the train station and good restaurants. The rooms are extremely clean and up to date. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Try to get a room connecting you to the terrace and enjoy sitting with a glass of Chianti. There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like.

Холодильник хоч наче і працював по звуку але нічого взагалі не охолоджував. Вана кімната і душ чудові ! Персонал привітний . Багаж після виселення залишають без питань . Якщо у вас не міцний сон то вам треба шукати інше помешкання . Наш номер виходив на внутрішній двір близько від витяжки сусіднього кафе . Плюс персонал який приходить прибирати дуже гучний о 7 ранку . Ше не сподобалась лимонна кислота в чайнику . Добре що я знала з попередніх відгуків що так може бути , тому мій шлунок не постраждав . А в загалом перебування було позитивним ).

• leandro (10/5): Great for a couple who doesn’t ask for much regarding hotel experiences 10/10! - Staff was friendly and helpful, and gave advice on Rome and how to navigate. Room had amazing window views and comfy atmosphere. Small kitchen was outside in hotel common area.
• Gustavo (9/5): Alojamiento comodo,limpio y bien ubicado - Llegamos a Roma el 9 de Octubre y nos alojamos hasta el 12 de Octubre, a nuestra vuelta a Roma el 3 de noviembre nos quedamos hasta el 5 de Noviembre,y repetimos el hospedaje.Todo muy bien. Todo bien. Sería muy bueno estudiar de brindar desayuno.
• Gustavo (9/5): Alojamiento comodo,limpio y bien ubicado - Alojamiento comodo muy bien ubicado a 3 cuadras de Termini, limpio,habitación prolija y el personal muy amable. Nos fue util dejar el equipaje en custodia antes de salir al aeropuerto. Sabiamos que no contabamos con desayuno,pero sería interesante que se pensara en incluirlo para así redondear una valoración aún mejor,que fue muy buena igualmente.El alojamiento brinda ,jarra termica, te o cafe en la habitación.

• Milena (10/5): - The accommodation is very comfortable and clean, the host is at your service. It is a 5-minute walk to the station terminal, all praise and recommendations!
• Michael (9/5): Great location - Great location next the Rome train terminal Great selection for food within a short stroll Check-in was easy and staff very helpful Room was serviced every day Has a nice outdoor area It was a bit small, but as we didn’t spend much time in the room not a big hassle
• Kyle (8/5): - Most comfortable bed we had in Italy! Tile in the bathroom was a bit worn/cracked and dated. Entryway to the apartment wasn’t very inviting. Had “safe house” vibes.
• Margaret (8/5): Lovely, comfy, great location - The location is really good, only a few hundred metres from Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore and slightly more from the Rome Termini Station. Lots of eating places nearby (even in the same street) and convenient for catching the HOHO bus too. Room is spacious and pretty quiet. Didn't even hear the tram if any went through the street. Even the buses go through it. It's not well sign posted what floor it's on from the outside. The lift is tiny, so if you have a few big luggage you might have to take the lifts a few times.
