L'esmorzar bé però potser faltava una mica de varietat. una mica car pel que és però no estareu malament. el vaig agafar a última hora i dels que quedaven a la zona era del milloret que quedava.. esmorzar poc variat, algun detall de l'habitació una mica descuidat faltaria una mica de renovació. Els llits em van semblar massa vells, hi havien dos matalassos.

The whole hotel feels poorly maintained—dirty walls, dusty areas, and mirrors with water marks. Staff are accommodating, but the room itself was disappointing: dusty, stained walls and linens, no keycard (just a key), no peephole, no luggage rack, and no fridge. Bathroom is spacious but has no free toiletries, and the toilet lid is broken. Wi-Fi is very poor. Breakfast at the rooftop is also below expectations—dirty dining area, old furniture, unmaintained garden, and almost the same simple food every day. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this is my worst experience. Not recommended despite the good location.
- enrico (5/5): - Die Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben und waren hilfsbereit. Es wurde ein Zimmertausch arrangiert. Das neue Zimmer war renoviert und in Ordnung. Der Raum (1211), den wir bekamen, war unmöglich. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, es stank fürchterlich im Bad, das Fernsehbild war sehr schlecht, der Geruch im Schlafzimmer war sehr moderig. So einen Raum anzubieten, ist eine Zumutung. Außerdem viel zu wenig Platz/Ablageflächen für 4 Personen. Insgesamt erweckte das Zimmer den Eindruck, als wäre es sei 50 Jahren nicht renoviert worden. Early Checkin nicht möglich, Frühstück vor 7am nicht möglich (auch kein vorbereitetes Lunchpaket)

- pei-yu (2/5): - 因工作關係臨時找的住宿， 1.半夜使用熱水的話是完全沒有的，也沒有任何公告告半夜會沒有熱水，因為當時很晚也懶得當下再問櫃檯了，隔天詢問後櫃檯告知開的不夠久，但我全程開了近15分鐘也沒有熱水（店員說還不夠久），不太理解要多浪費水才能有熱水？ 再來因為退房時櫃檯可能忙碌，沒有辦法好好聆聽我的反應，只是好好好敷衍說會往上呈報，所以我只好把其他的反應在這裡。 2.浴巾發霉、廁所很老舊黴菌很多 3.隔音設備極差就算了，走廊講話都聽得到影響早晨睡眠之餘，員工跟打掃阿姨打掃用大吼大叫的，聲音會突然高分貝傳進來，睡眠品質沒很好會突然嚇醒，建議自備耳塞，但隔音這麼差不覺得公司應該要改善工作人員的講話設備嗎？ 不是一大早在那邊大吼大叫的。 我可以接受客人退房小孩在走廊大哭的聲音，因為隔音不好我認了，但工作人員這樣真的不行。 住一次永遠不會再入住的旅店，供大家參考。
