• Yara (10/5): - This unit is located very close to transportation and most of the attractions are close by. The unit is very clean, quite and safe area. I enjoyed my time here. Thanks!
• Rafael (4/5): - We arrived early and hoped for an early check in. We were told to wait. We waited over one hour and finally someone came. We were told the apartment won't be ready until 3p. (Check in was supposed to be at 2p) Once in, we found a run down property, in desperate need for renovation. Two twin beds put together, not comfortable. Pillows were horrible. I wouldn't recommend, I wouldn't go back. Location was the only positive for this place. Pricewise, it was not cheap, which makes it harder to accept the condition of the place.

Tuvalette büyük ve temizdi En büyük eksisi klima yoktu, öğlen bebekten ötürü eve dönmemiz gerektiğinden biraz terledik Evin fotolarda belirtilenden küçük olması, klima olmaması ve laminantların ötmesi eksilmedi Konum ve fiyat performans ise artılardı
• Victor Ciprian (6/5): - Good location, easy to access, clear instructions. The flat is in poor condition; they have ants in it (traps are in place - PS used coffee is better). The beds and pillows are the best quality and there could be more things in the cupboard, such as salt, oil etc. Good option for a cheap price.

• Laura (6/5): - La propiedad está ubicada en una zona muy agradable, con varios restaurantes y servicios cerca y a solo 10 minutos caminando de la estación de metro. El acceso al departamento es sencillo y la organización para la entrega de las llaves fue óptima. Sin embargo, el lavabo del baño estaba tapado, el suporte del teléfono de la ducha estaba roto y las sábanas tenían hoyos. A parte de esto, todo funcionó bien. Recomendaría ampliamente el lugar, sin embargo ojalá se puedan ajustar estos detalles que restan calidad a la propiedad. ¡Gracias!

• Elena (8/5): - Location was great! About 10 min from downtown. Not clean: dusty floors and all shelves; moldy bathroom. Bedsheets where clean. Some stuff were broken and response from Property manager took around 12 hours. We asked about extended check out - never got answer for that. If you are ok to have close location to downtown and sleep in dirty room it’s ur ur perfect choice!

• Erika (10/5): Intressante Ferientage - Es war eine sympatische Stimme die uns begleitete bis wir die Appertementschlüssel hatten. Die sehwnswürdigkeiten waren leicht erreichbar zu Fuss oder mit der U-Bahn. Essen konnte man überall auch im Appertement war alles da zum kochen und essen auch die Abwaschmaschiene.

Die Bäder waren abgewohnt...da extra WC roch grauenvoll und das lies sich durch Spray auch nicht ändern....die Küche und auch das restliche Mobilar hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien.

• Nello (4/5): Posto abbastanza centrale ma appartamento deludent - Appartamento molto piccolo per ospitare 4 adulti (due letti erano addossati al balcone che non si poteva aprire, una scrivania anch'essa addossata ad un'altro balcone che non si poteva aprire, nè si poteva spostare la scrivania per motivi di spazio). Una camera quindi per 2 persone adattata a 4. Camera molto calda senza condizionatore ed eventuali tapparelle da poter abbassare. Cucina con una sola piastra funzionante, lavabo bagno otturato, mancanza di un vetro box doccia ecc.... Posto abbastanza centrale, centro città raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti.
• Nada (8/5): - War alles da was man braucht Föhn, Bügeleisen/Brett, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc. nur beim Ventilator waren die Standfüße kaputt, keine Schrauben vorhanden zum aufstellen. Schade. Sauberkeit ok, für den Preis kann es auch nicht blitzblank sein, wenn man sucht findet man immer etwas, war alles akzeptabel. Zu wenige Ablagen, Zimmer war voll mit Koffer. Gute, ruhige Lage man braucht nur über Donau laufen und ist zu Fuß, in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Einchecken hat mit dem Code super geklappt. WLAN leider nicht immer.
• PREETI (4/5): Not a place I would recommend - We had a late check in so no one was available to help It was humid and hot and there was no air conditioning or fan. Also they mention washer dryer but there is only a washer in isolated basement which is a little scary no dryer(what meant was drying rack) They promised to bring fans which never came !! They one bedroom with sofa bed has poor layout and is not comfortable We tried to switch accommodation but with a group of 14 people it was not feasible they refused to refund even if we checked out. The elevator is not for people with claustrophobia.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Lage super, Apartement renovierungsbedürftig - Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt, das Apartement geräumig. Leider lag das Doppelbett in einer Nische, so dass man über den Partner herübersteigen musste, wenn man aus dem Bett wollte, was für ältere Menschen problematisch ist. Der Beistelltisch hatte ein Loch auf der Tischplatte. In der Kochecke waren an der Seitenwand Spuren vermutlich von einer Tomatensoße. Die Tür zum Bad war ziemlich schrottig, genauso wie das Schlafsofa, das außerdem eine viel zu harte Liegefläche hatte. Es gab auch keine Rollos, um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln.

The apartment was dusty, the beds were lumpy, the curtains and blinds did not keep the light out and worse of all the W.C. smelt bad and we couldn't get rid of the smell. We checked out early because we couldn't stand the place.

Bedding and Pillows European style, but a fan was available as no thermostat visible. More directions on welcome introduction for non-European travelers on trash sorting rules, dumpster locations, etc. would be helpful.

Voçe reclama e não vem ninguem, com isto nem usei a cozinha de nojo, internet horrivel lenta. é furada não vale nada. não recomento olhar no face deles tem milhares de queixas.

• Yasuyuki (8/5): いわゆる民泊だが部屋が広くて快適，中心部にも近い - ・Luxury Apartment（広くて高い方）に6泊した．日本式の間取り表記では1LDKとなるが極めて広い（100m^2程度か？）． ・10畳程度の寝室にシングルベッドが2台くっつけて置く形でダブルベッドに．掛け布団は2式備えられている．寝室の続きにバスルームがある（トイレとは別）．リビングルームの隅にもダブルベッドがあるので「最大」4人まで泊まれる計算． ・キッチンは必要十分な感じ．コンロは電気式だが火力は結構ある．近所にスーパーマーケットがあるので便利だが，休日は開いていない（休日に開店しているスーパーにはPraterstern駅まで地下鉄で行く必要がある）． ・民泊なのでフロントはない．メールで玄関ロックのPINとキーボックスのPINが送られてくるので，建物に入ってキーボックスでPINを入力することで部屋の鍵が手に入る． ・滞在中のタオルやリネンの交換はない．地下に洗濯機があるので必要なら自分でというのが原則． ・地下にドラム式の洗濯機があるが乾燥機能はないもよう（表記がドイツ語で理解できない上にWi-Fiの電波が地下まで届かないのでスマホで検索もできない）．部屋に物干しがあってそれで乾かすことになる．
• Gabriela (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel - Es gibt keine Rezeption- den Schlüssel erhält man mit Code- hat prima funktioniert. Parkplätze sind rar! Vom Zimmer aus konnte man sehr stark die Geräusche von der Straße hören! Das Zimmer hatte einen neuen Boden und dennoch wirkte es ein wenig abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen, war das Geschirr im Geschirrspüler nicht sauber genug gewaschen- musste einiges neu waschen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da die U2 in unmittelbarer Nähe ist. Auch der Karmelitermarkt und viele Lokale bietet die Umgebung. Das Hotel bietet nicht viel (Kaffeeautomat und Getränkeautomat) zusätzliches an, aber in der Umgebung ist alles erhältlich. Vom Service kann ich nichts sagen, da es ja vor Ort niemanden gibt. Die Zimmer werden gereinigt wenn man auszieht. Die Fernbedienung hatte keine Batterien und war auf rumänischer(??) Sprache eingestellt.

Nao conseguimos ligar a chaleira eletrica. Outro ponto q me deixou tensa eh q meu check in so as 22hs, logo foi um self check in e nao tinhamos um numero de whats up pars ligar se fosse necessário,o que foi no check out, pois nao sabia onde colocar. Verdade q a host respondeu ao email, mas ja tinhamos conseguido em outro hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Common washing machine for building - We stayed at the apartments at Grosse Schiffgasse. It is a very central location with many tourist spots walking distance and rest are very well connected by metro. The apartment is very comfortable with facilities like a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Couple of suggestions from my experience are: 1. Please keep a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. We were there for 6 nights and the room can get very very dusty. Since there is no cleaning service during your stay maintaining a clean flat becomes a challenge. 2. Please do make clear that there is no individual washing machine in each apartment. Apart from lift breaking down for the last two days of our stay (we were on the 6th floor , phew!) we had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend considering an apartment instead of a hotel if you are staying for a few days.
• Maria (8/5): Convenient and will stay here again - The location is really great, close to the underground, close to Karmelrmarkt which has lots of cafe's and restaurants to choose from, the area is also very quiet and safe. This is not a serviced apartment therefore it will not be cleaned the whole time you are there, stay here if you don't mind this. I like the convenience of having a kitchen as we like to have milk, eggs and juices stored in the refrigerator. We brought our own tea, sugar, coffee and a few dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The only inconvenience we had was due to being a weekend and Easter holiday, tissue paper and trash bags were not replenished right away, they should have already stored these necessities for the duration of our stay (8 days) and not to have us request these via email.

Binnen 15 minuten lopen zit je in het hart van de oude stad. Halte van de shuttlebus naar vliegveld op 10 minuten lopen. Om de hoek zit een Spar voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. Heel prettig: er is een aparte Luggage room beschikbaar, zodat je ook na het uitchecken niet de hele dag met koffers hoeft te lopen (of heen en weer moet naar vliegveld.

Very modern building and interior decor. Door entry access worked really well, 24hr reception is via telephone and they were very helpful and answered straight away when we lost our access codes. wifi was down for our 2 night stay, but they sent an engineer over immediately to fix.

• Bruno (6/5): Günstige und gut gelegenes Apartment in Wien - Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Wien und haben in einem Apartment von CheckVienna übernachtet. Der Preis ist fair, dass Zimmer hatte die erwartete Grösse und den beworbenen Umfang. Hervorzuheben ist, dass das Internet zur Abwechslung mal richtig schnell war. Die Einbauten waren günstig aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Auch die Lage war fast schon perfekt. Über Lärm konnten wir uns nicht beklagen. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Man skal aftale et mødetidspunkt og så får man udleveret nøglen. Men der kom aldrig nogen og jeg måtte ringe 2 gange inden jeg fik koden til døren. Ubehageligt at stå i en fremmed by med 3 børn og ikke kunne komme ind og ikke kunne ringe nogen op!

Negatives are the washer and apparently no dryer or no access. Also, there is a $34 dollar cleaning fee for when after you leave.

• Sabrina (8/5): Appartement nähe dem Schwedenplatz - Das Apartment war in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Es gab einen Aufzug im Haus. Das Apartment war gut sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Der Fernseher funktionierte. Die Küche müsste noch etwas besser ausgestattet werden. Es gab keine großen Gabeln oder Brotmesser. Direkt um die Ecke liegt ein Spar, wo man sich Lebensmittel besorgen konnte. Der Schwedenplatz ist zu Fuß ca. 600 m entfernt und man konnte von dort aus gemütlich weiter in die Stadt gehen, das meiste war auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Am Schwedenplatz gibt es aber auch eine U-Bahn-Station.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 여행중 첫 아파트 숙소! - 호텔에서만 자봤지 아파트는 처음이었습니다. 생각없었는데 꽃보다 시리즈에서 모두 아파트에서 묵잖아여? 좋아보여서 이번에 도전하게 되었습니다ㅎㅎ 결과는 대만족. 일단 여기 후기가 별로여서 걱정햇습니다 한국후기도 없길래.. 그런데 결과는 대만족 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 일단 첨에 무지무지 당황햇던 경험 하나 말씀드릴께요. 여기는 체크인이 따로없고 키박스에서 키를 꺼내면 돼요. 저는 이런경험이 없어서 매우당황했는데요. 여기서 묵으실분! 메일을 꼭 확인하시구요. 메일에 링크를 들어가셔서 시크릿번호를 확인하세요 그게 키박스를 열수있는 비밀번호입니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 체크아웃할때는 키를 키박스에 넣어주세요.반납구멍잇어요 어렵게 키를 손에쥐고 엘레베이터타고 올라갔습니다. 키가 하나라 좀 불편하실수도 있겠네요. 저는 일행과 항상 같이 다냐서 불편하진 않았눈데 .. 그리고 아파트 상태는 좋았습니다.사진은 크게나왔는데 사진만큼은 아니구요. 혼자사는 오피스텔 정도입니다. 화장실이 커서 좋았어요 욕조도있고.여행에 피로를 이걸로 풀었죠ㅎ 세면대옆에도 공간이많아서 모든 짐을 여기에 올려놓았죠ㅎ 라지레이터들도 많고 작동을 잘해서 따뜻했습니다. 침대는 싱글2개가 딱 붙어져잇어요. 소파가 큰개하나잇어서 여기서 1명 자도 돼요. 주방도 잘 되잇고 식탁잇어서 여기서 여행계획도짜고 밥도해먹고 했습니다 작은 테라스 있어서 흡연하기에 좋구요. 한쪽면이 모두 유리로 되어잇어서 커텐치고 햇살보기애 좋습니다. 3박을 묵게될거라 위치와 가격 모든것을 신경써서 예약햇습니다 위치는 슈테판성당과 아주가까운 위치로 하고싶엇지만 늦게예약한탓에 방이 없엇어요. 고민끝애 여기도 위치가 가까울것 같아 햇는데 위치 좋았습니다. 도나우강만 바로 건너서 좀만 걸으면 슈테판이에여. 저는 3박 여기서 묵엇는데요 아주만족입니다.
• sarit (6/5): מאי 2016 4 לילות - הגענו במאי ל4 לילות. קיבלנו חדר שונה וקטן ממה שראינו בתמונות ולמרות זאת החדר היה נקי ומאובזר כראוי. במטבחון הטוסטר לא עבד וחוץ מזה לא חסר כלום. היה קומקום חשמלי, פלקולטור, מיקרוגל, מדיח כלים, סירים, צלחות וסכום. הרעיון של בית דירות ללא פקיד קבלה הוא פשוט ומצא חן בעינינו. מקישים קוד ונכנסים. ביום השלישי באו לגבות 35 אירו דמי ניקיון למרות שהם לא נכנסו אלינו לדירה בכלל. ממוקם ברובע היהודי בשכונה מקסימה וקרובה מאד למרכז העיר מרחק 7 דקות הליכה ברגל. קרוב גם לרכבות. בסך הכל הדירה הייתה מאד נוחה מבחינת המיקום והסביבה שלה לצרכים שלנו.

• Nuccio (8/5): Un bell'appartamento, ben collegato - Un appartamento ben collegato e vicino al centro di Vienna. Molto efficente tenendo conto che ero con due bimbe di 9 e 6 anni. L'appartamento e ben riscaldato (ho soggiornato a fine novembre) e abbastanza pulito. Il wc era piccolo ma in compenso c'era un locale adibito a bagno. Il supermercato dista circa 200, cosi come la metro. L'unica pecca è che se arrivi la serai supermercati.sono chiusi e quindi sei costretto a mangiare fuori. Lo consiglio

• Nirvana (8/5): - The room we stayed in was clean when we got there. They let us know that there would be no cleaning service which was fine, but we did have a laundry room in the basement that we were allowed to use. The only problem was that it was really hard to close the balcony door. So some nights were a little cold(since it was October) bc we could not shut it closed all the way. There were more than enough pots, pans, utensils and other appliances in the kitchen for us to use to cook with. Overall we liked the place. It was nice and cheap and close enough to walk anywhere in downtown Vienna. I would definitely come back again.

• Sten (10/5): God lejlighed nær centrum i Wien - Både forretning, par og venner. Stor lejlighed til to med mulighed køleskab, lille komfur etc. Der er ingen daglig rengøring, og jeg er lidt usikker på, hvordan det fungerer, hvis man er der længere tid.

They told me I should have received an email with all the codes, but I never did. We got stuck twice in the elevator as the door would not open when reaching the floor, thus having go force the door open.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Excellent location and very clean. - We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is close to theach main part of town. We had a lady come to the door and demand money from us for our stay, however we had already paid. She didn't speak any English so it was hard to explain that we had paid online and it took several phone calls to Expedia and to Checkvienna to sort the situation out which had come down to a miscommunication. I would stay here again however.

• Laura (8/5): Studio apartment close to the city center - Stayed 3 nights. Location is good, close to the public transportation. Apartment has basic amenities, clean. We used the kitchen to prepare basic food.
• Kay (8/5): Good location, service is... - The hotel is well located, easy access from the airport by bus and walking distance from the old town. The staff was helpful on our luggage as they let us leave our luggage after we checked out. However, when we arrived at the apartment, we found out that there is no toilet paper or tea towel in the kitchen. When we asked the staff who came next morning to collect the cleaning fee, she said they are out of the stock and will bring it next day which is the day we check out. So I have to say they do try to help you but need to be more attentive.
• Unfrequent traveler (8/5): Good deal - The apartment does not have any room service during your stay. The bathroom was not very convenient. But the location and the price compensated for everything else.
• Art (4/5): - The apartment isn't really like the writeup. It is one room with a little alcove for the bed -- so to get up you have to crawl over the other person. There is no conveniences at all -- one roll of toilet paper etc. The deco is best described as 'early Ikea'!! The cleaning and laundry fee which are hidden in the small print are excessive. Overall a bad experience -- not sure why Hotel.com even offers it.
• sb (6/5): Good clean room, but lacks services - The rooms were good and clean, the place had been cleaned before our arrival. However, you need to ensure that if you are getting there in the evening (after 7 pm for example), all shops are closed and you will find it difficult to get any provisions for food. The cleaning charges and charges for towels, etc is high and skewed the cost of the stay for us.
• Rich (8/5): Good apartment for the price - The apartment is in a good condition and is excellent value for the price. I had a single bed which was larger than a normal single. The bathroom was clean and modern. Some of the communal areas and also the hallway etc look a bit tired with marks on the walls etc but overall it is certainly a good value (high end budget) apartment. I had no issues with checking in and being left to wait as per other reviewers. My only complaint would be the was only one v.large saucepan in the kitchen, it was not practical to use this to cook breakfast items or heat up food so in the end I didn't use the kitchen at all, which is a shame as I was there for a week. The neighbourhood is nice, I recommend checking out the market opposite for places to eat. Its probably a 10min walk to Schwedenplatz from the apartment for the main U1 and U3 lines and trams.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant apartment - We found this apartment to be comfortable and convient to family living near-by. It was also close to the subway station and a market to get fresh fruits, vegetables and a bakery . It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It also was on a nice and quiet street to make sleeping at night pleasant. However the weather was quite warm while we were there and it would have been nice to have a fan available since there was no air-conditioning. Also the table provided to have our breakfast at was very small for 3 people. And there was virtually no counter space on which to prepare a meal. However we would still recommend this apartment.
• Angelica (4/5): I did not expect this from an Austrian hotel. - I thought that I would spend a nice time in an apartment hotel in Vienna, as the general reputation of Austrian hotels is excellent. The stated amount of 10 Euro on late arrival is wrong, as it is now 15 Euro. Right on our arrival we already had to pay the fee of 47 Euro for cleaning and towels. This was not mentioned like that in the hotel description. According to my understanding that fee was due at the end of our stay. So, we were short 10 Euro on arrival and paid this the next evening. We did not get any receipt for this payment. We were only supplied with one tiny frying pan for cooking and asked for a pot the next day. There are two washing machines. One is for the guests. The guest washing machine could only be opened with a spoon. We came home very late most of the time and I reported the fault twice. After more than one week I found someone who organised a repair and then I found that washing machine broken again shortly after. The apartment was not very clean. The bed had the worst mattress I have ever seen in my life. It had a big dried blood stain and several cuts. So we thought we could turn it on the other side. But that side was even more disgusting. It had dried urine all over. It was very hot during our stay, almost every day around 30 degrees and more. There was no fan to make the heat in the room more bearable. Also, there were two power cuts with no light in the corridor and the lift not functioning. I will definitely not choose this place again.
• Claudia (6/5): in need of maintainance! - The hotel is in a nice location and the room as such was at one stage adequately equipped. However, when we were there, the kitchen section in particular needed repair and renovation: burned cable on kettle, missing pots, hole in work surface. My inlaws stayed in another room and their kettle plug was fitting so badly that they needed to hold ot while boiling. Also their DVD player was broken.

Very awkward not having a reception, especially as we'd left some money in the room when we left and had to call and wait to be let back in. but nevertheless, it was sorted. • Julian (6/5): Good value once we got in! - The apartment was well situated for central Vienna and the area was fine. It was clean and had everything we needed except enough towels (and we were not going to pay the exhorbitant cost of hiring more). It would have been nice if we had not had to wait 45 minutes to get in, despite having arranged arrival time as requested, because the person who was supposed to let us in had gone out and someone had to come from the other side of Vienna to take our cleaning and linen money and give us keys. Luckily there was another group with the same problem so we kept each other company. There is no service as such - once they have your money you are on your own! It did not spoil the holiday though and we loved Vienna.
• Marg (10/5): Apartment Rentals Vienna - This is a good budget hotel. The room is small but has all the necessary equipment and free laundry. The U bahn station is only a 2 minute walk and the market just a minute away. The city center with many of the major attractions is about a 15 minute walk.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel Rentals Vienna - If you don't mind the broken bathtub, the clogged sink and the lamps that do not work, the apartments would be a great place to stay. Seriously, the location is perfect, it is just few steps away from all the great attractions, subway, cafes, grocery store, boat cruise centre, ... all the distances are walkable!
