• Chyn (9/5): Overall a great and pleasant stay! - Perfect location to explore the joo chiat neighborhood. It’s at the center so all the stores and cafes are really very accessible. Our room was always tidy and clean thanks to Adam who cleaned it everyday. All our needs and requests were accommodated by Syed and Alvin at the front desk, who also greeted us everytime we arrived. Just a minor thing, there’s no bidet in the restroom. But that’s about it, nothing too big of a concern.

• David (10/5): Always a pleasant experience. I love stopping over in Singapore - 2nd time I’ve stayed here on transfer to UK. Great location lovely staff and small but comfortable room. I booked the superior double this time and got a window and a shower that didn’t soak my whole bathroom. Definitely worth the upgrade. Will happily stay here any time. Nothing

• Bilamo (7/5): - The fact that I was moved to a different room after I made a complaint about the cigarette smell although this new room had the same strong smell a few hours later. The fact that my room had a strong cigarette smell on my second day.

• Enya Yan (9/5): Overall a fantastic stay! - Had a fantastic staycation with family for a short event. The room is clean and spacious. The receptionist is very mindful, professional and ready to assist – a big shoutout to Syed Iwan for arranging our family rooms with informative advice about hotel-nearby essentials throughout the booking process. The TV has a QR code able to connect to YouTube. The aircon and wifi are strong. Has a mini fridge. Basic amenities are sufficiently provided. Filtered tap water installed. Room service was prompt; however, the floor was left wet after mopping (suggest another round of dry mopping) – suggest more safety awareness for the elderly and young children. The only mode of transport for our trip is Grab. There is only a single bus service – No. 33 – with few stops towards Dakota MRT.

Doit suffir pour une nuit - Au vu des prix pratiqués à Singapour, j’imagine que le rapport qualité / prix ne doit pas être mal, mais n’ayant rien testé d’autre je n’ai pas de comparatif. La climatisation n’est pas réglable de manière individuelle, j’ai eu froid tout le séjour : Nous avions 17,5 degrés dans la chambre et 35 degrés dehors. La chambre suffit si on veut juste y dormir car elle ne faisait pas 12m2 comme indiqué, c’était très petit. Avec nos sacs nous avions plus de place pour circuler. Une odeur de cigarette très désagréable dans la ventilation, sachant qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre.. nous y avons fait 3 nuits et c’était un peu trop.

• 353ferianr (10/5): Venue Hotel The Lily - We had a great experience in Venue Hotel The Lily. The staff was really friendly and they let us check in an hour earlier. Rooms are clean with a modern vibe, has the all the basic amenities, and has a separate faucet for drinking water. For the value, it's definitely worth it. When we stayed we didn't notice any sounds coming from the other rooms which was nice. The hotel right next to a bus station but the nearest MRT station is a 20-minute walk away. Overall, it's a very recommended place to stay if you're planning on staying near Geylang.

• mprasad35 (10/5): Great Hotel! Would stay again. - The hotel is conveniently located on a very beautiful street in Singapore. The rooms are small as expected in S'pore. But boy, these guys need to find a new name. There's another hotel venue around 400m and we had to drag luggage from there to here. Very conveniently located 7/11 and anna's hotel nearby had our breakfast sorted between cafes and dosai. The hotel overall was beautiful and closer to airport as well. We actually regretted changing hotel on the last day as it added to chaos and well, the service here was better. Sometimes, grass is greener on the other side, until you cross and find that it's actually a marsh. So yeah, i'd come back and stay here. The distance to city centree is there so if you are planning on cabs, then it might not be worth the price. But overall, a very nice hotel.

• Karrie (4/5): Our stay was ok but I would not book this location again and never book a room without windows as u don’t know when morn - The staff were amazing and really quick to respond to requests. Very accommodating and friendly. Due to budget, we got the suite without window. We turned off the air conditioning for the first two nights. Little did we know that by doing that it would build up condensation which made the floors in the whole room wet. The hotel staff were very good. They changed our room instantly and informed us to leave the air conditioning on which would help the situation. The shower and bathtub in both rooms were not properly installed or maybe the rubber is rather old which caused leakage.

• SheilaEAC2017 (10/5): 2 rooms for a family with teens - I’ve always been a fan of Venue Hotels and Venue at the Lily did not disappoint. The room’s comfort and cleanliness was above and beyond expectation. The service provided was A*. We especially commend Alvin Won in the front desk/ guest relations and Fitra in housekeeping for attending to our needs. The only thing that I was not happy with was the size of the bathroom but the maintenance more than made up for it. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The staffs are friendly and willing to help. No microwave, just refregirator. The room is small, the TV is also small. There is No netflix, seriously no netflix, only youtube.. Its an old TV. No resturant within so u have to go buy you meal outside and pray they are not closed before you stepo out.
