- HANAN (9/5): - Camera pulita. La posizione é vicino alla metropolitana che collega a tutti i principali punti turistici, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi.
- Suzana (6/5): - Hotel assez proche du MRT et pas très cher. Il se situe juste à côté d'une station de bus et d'un 7 eleven. Le personnel était sympathique et m'a permis de garder un article à la réception. Chambre très petite. Le seul endroit où je pouvais mettre ma valise m'empêchait d'ouvrir les portes de la salle de bain et la porte d'entrée entièrement. Pas de cabine de douche, donc il faut attendre un moment que l'eau sèche au sol. Les boutons de la climatisation ne marchaient plus: il fallait à chaque fois appeler la réception afin d'allumer ou éteindre la clim.

- Qori Agustin (7/5): Okay for a short trip stay. - The hotel is walking distance to MRT station, bus stop, and many places like Bugis Street and Little India, the place is very clean and comfortable. Got convenience store and restaurant just beside it. For such price, the room is very small.

Since we are tourists, they provide us with inputs and guide to Singapore's must go places... The property is so accessible to almost all tourist sites, restaurants, malls, 7-11, private and public transportation like MRTs. We traveled with a baby and it is so much relief to know thay the staffs are always at reach for help to make our stay will be pleasant one. ❤️❤️❤️

- Cristiano (4/5): - The location Room too small with 1 luggage you cannot move inside the room, bathroom so small the shower was without any box as the bathroom itself was 1 square meter and you can imagine after the shower you could sinking there.. too noisy coming from the room ventilation and the corridor which you could hear everything and the controls for the air con were directly from the staff you couldn't choose when activated it or shutdown it. Definitely it doesn't worth the price which was one of the most expensive in that area!!

À ce prix là il n'y a quasiment que des capsules! Brandon et le reste du personnel sont accueillants et très serviables... Très bon point aussi l'eau potable filtrée directement au robinet! La propreté peut être un peu améliorée, mais ça reste correct.

Het bed evenals de douche was heerlijk. Ook de receptie, vertegenwoordigd door Brandon, was zorgzaam. Met een gerust hart mijn tas achter gelaten zodat ik nog even de stad kon verkennen voordat ik naar de airport moest. Nvt

He also let me check in in advance because my room was ready and after a long trip it was heaven to have my room earlier. You can call reception at any time for whatever you need. They would also store your luggage with no problem before and after your staying. -

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Mitarbeiter Brandon Lim. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer kommunikativ. Wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe, hat er sofort geholfen und sich wirklich um die Gäste gekümmert. Sein Service hat meinen Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war jedoch, dass das Hotel etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt war, als es auf der Webseite beschrieben wurde.

Par exemple un soir il faisait trop froid j'ai appelé, ils m'ont dit ok, puis une demi-heure plus tard -rien,donc j'ai rappelé et ils m'ont dit qu'ils ont oublié ... Une seule serviette, pas de serviette main /cheveux. Le coussin inconfortable +++ L'ingénierie vieillotte.

Rooms were a reasonable size for what a tourist would need it for; bed, toilet, shower. Shower was good and powerful. Had filtered water available too. Only a couple of minors; smell from the drains popped up now and again. Beds were uncomfortable for us as we are used to much softer memory foam. Air con wouldn't go below 22c so it got rather warm at times.
