Every time we are here, we've always experienced 5-Star service. Mr. Wee and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are clearly what good hospitality is all about.

Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’emplacement est parfait, avec de nombreux food courts à proximité immédiate, idéal pour manger rapidement et à petit prix à toute heure. Rien à redire, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent et tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes.
• eyipa2026 (10/5): Great stay in singapore - The hotel is located at the beginning of the Joo chiat Road, easy and fast to reach from the airport. The hotel itself is very clean, AC was working and the hotel looks nice with marble details. The room was great, bathrom and bedroom comfortable and contained everything you need. Toh from housekeeping was really helpfull and made sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Wee. He was always available and made sure we were content our whole stay in singapore, espacially with drafting a city guide around hidden gems and recommendations!

Housekeeping staff was great helpful and did a good job at fulfilling our request for fresh towels and cleaning our room.

This hotel is situated the Malay quarters of Singapore. The price is affordable for Singapore’s standard. With friendly staffs to help you out. The lobby is fantastic and has a nice scent, not to mention the excellent service of the hotel receptionist, Carole, who is such a sweetheart as well as Jonathan who was so nice. Even though the rooms were small, the quality and cleanliness of the room were amazing, along with the given hotel amenities. Applauds to Toh for cleaning every guest's room with utmost care and diligence.

• MimySydney (10/5): Reasonably priced gem - I was very impressed by the staff of Hotel Classic, particularly Alph and Carole, who went above and beyond in helping my sister and I as first time tourists to Singapore. The rooms are small, however they are spotlessly clean. There is a taxi hub just over the road, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby and a cafe selling western food, including coffee, not far away.

The rooms are small, though thats probably normal in Singapore. The rooms were otherwise very clean, quiet and functioning. I'm happy to recommend Hotel Classic. • Jonibu (10/5): Great Value for Money - Great location with lots of restaurant close by. Plus also the Busstation for the City Center or Airport is only a couple minutes away. Great Price for the location. Rooms are small but for a few nights alright. Just bring Earplugs - you can hear the other guests really well when you are in the room.

The room is clean and smells fresh. The exhaust was a little loud. It didn’t bother me but I was conscious of the noise disturbing the other guests as I tend to wake up early to shower.

• Trey (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Great value for money. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities you need. The receptionists, both Toh and Alph, were extremely helpful and friendly. It's a great neighborhood too with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was a small but it's not a big problem for us. The location is quite far to go by public transportation.

В среднем за 25-30 минут на автобусе добираешься до центра города. Рядом с отелем оживлённый мусульманский район. В 15 минутах ходьбы большой ТЦ (около метро). Здесь невероятно вежливый и улыбчивый персонал, ощущение, что ты находишься в пятизвёздочном отеле. Как будто хозяин отеля особенно тщательно подбирает кандидатов на должность администраторов . Номера, конечно, маленькие, как в большинстве отелей сингапура. Очень аккуратная ванная комната и основное пространство. Все после ремонта, новенькое, чистенькое. Ежедневная уборка. А ещё тут тихо, что редкость для Сингапура. Как и везде в сингапуре, очень маленькие номера. Окна не открываются и у них даже нет такой функции, потому что единое стекло . Очень не хватает завтраков.
• Uwe Graebe (10/5): Friendly staff - small but sparkling clean and fully equipped rooms - Given the fact that Singapore is a rather expensive destination, we were very lucky to find this affordable, yet sparkling clean and very efficient accomodation. Free WIFI, TV, several sockets, good beds and a perfectly equipped bathroom gave us everything we needed. Many thanks to Mr. Wee and Mr. Alph who provided us with a very friendly, quick and efficient check in and check out. Yes, the room was very small - but, hey, this is Singapore!

We can leave the luggage before checking in and after checking out without carrying it around the city. Weak internet connection, sometimes I need to use my own roaming data.

The staff, Wee, Alph, and Toh were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with both the bus station and train station within walking distance, making it easy to commute to nearby attractions and get around the city. The room was on the smaller side, but we were still able to manage comfortably without any issues. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the great service and convenient location.

• Jason John (9/5): Perfect stay for overnight transit in Singapore. - Location was very central near the food market and mall. I only stayed 1 night for an overnight transit and it was perfect for me. Rooms extremely small but it was ok as I didn’t stay long. Modern room with modern bathroom and has a small fridge with tea and coffee facilities. For 1 or 2 nights its fine the hotel but for longer wouldn’t recommend. Price was a bargain compared to similiar hotels in Singapore. Staff at reception were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again! Nothing everything was good.

Thank you both of you, people like them make the total difference! The area is gorgeous, but at the same time far from the main tourist attractions (even though Singapore is small and well connected by MRT) it took about 25/30min by MRT to reach the "center" of Singapore.
• Hal (7/5): Clean and tidy place, location was a let-down for me. - Clean facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. No toilet paper. Just a few very boring TV channels. Located in heavily muslim-populated area of Singapore that looked more like a third-world country. No nice outside views to speak of.
• Elle (9/5): Great choice for 2! - Had the chance to stay for 2 nights last week. The hotel is in a great spot, right across from Geylang Serai Market and the community centre. There are heaps of food places around, and Paya Lebar MRT is only a few minutes' walk away. The room was really clean (1 believe Toh did the cleaning), and even though it's on the smaller side, it was perfectly fine for two people. Most of the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Wee and Alp. There was just one lady who gave us a bit of a strange look when we came back from outside, like she thought we weren't guests or hadn't checked in, which felt a bit awkward. Overal, this is a solid place to stay, and I'd definitely come back here on my next trip to Singapore.
