- Chong (6/5): Not satisfactory - The location. Room is very small, not enough plug outlets, the pillows are too big & weighs a ton. The front desk receptionists are not friendly, they don't even smile or greet you or say welcome to hotel. I have traveled almost all over the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels, never have I been asked that they needed to take my picture, especially when they have mg passport.

Eeverything, the room was so unlivable, the tv didnt work, prgrams werent working as licenses hadnt been paid, WIFI was so unstable and worked then didnt work, found someone elses underwear on the side of the bed which is so disgusting. The breakfast was not great either at all.

Klimaanlage kann man nit abstellen, dafür ist sie leise und die Temperatur kann verstellt werden. Frühstück war furchtbar. Gegend au nicht so gut. Etwas weiter von Innenstadt. Zimmer sehr klein.

Breakfast was very mediocre or even bad, didnt’t offer anything protein to eat other than sausages. Not qualified for and definetely NOT value. It is unreasonably far from metro that it is not worth to take taxi and not worth to walk. Dont think about saving and just taking this as it is not pleasant choice at all.

The doorman was always very friendly and greeted with a smile. The size of the room and lack of additional pillows. Also, my wifi did not work towards the end of my stay. The sound insulation of the rooms were lacking as well.

Housekeeping maintained it excellently and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Tge swimming pool was lovely and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It truly was great value for the cost. The downside was that the room was a bit small and after a 10 day stay the mattress felt too soft for our older bodies. However as we were hardly in the room the size was not too much of an issue.

- Soussanith (7/5): All good, thanks. - Good value. The toilet is too small you should put a shower room on left hand side of the vanity unit and since you don’t have a mini bar in the room please have a vending machine for cold drinks at the reception area.

- Joyce 慧玲 (7/5): Okay - Location, near to Whampoa Food Court, Whampoa Market Place and Hawker Center. The Rooms are too small, slightly on the expensive side. JB’s hotels and apartments are much much cheaper.
