The premises are well maintained and staff are well trained which is a credit to management. Breakfast is excellent and as good as any 5 star hotel. Very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Street foods and restaurants inside shopping are great. Room was a bit small when we are in long stay with many luggages; wish there is self service laundry. Other than these, we have no bad thing to say about this hotel.

Easy access to Metro station since it’s right in front of the hotel, and get around Bangkok with Metro system. The room is very comfortable, cozy, and clean, and the food is delicious and variety selection that will tailor your hunger. The staffs are super helpful and friendly, and they are going above and beyond. I had such a wonderful experience spending time at Four Point. Shout out to amazing services and friendly staffs at the hotel: Molokai from the front desk and Yui, Koong, Wong from the restaurant. Thank you so much all for going above and beyond, and luxurious experiences. If you are seeking for the place to stay in Bangkok, I would highly recommend this hotel. Skytrainstation Ploen Chit ist gleich daneben, in Grund das Hoetel zu wählen. Endlos langes Frühstücksbuffett. Sonst auch alles bestens. Schwimmbad gibts auch, in der 8ten Etage. Hab nichts zu lästern.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My room on the 26th floor was clean, comfy, and well maintained. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping everything neat and fresh. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and convenient, making it a great place to stay whether for a short trip or a longer visit. I also really enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities. The gym is well equipped, and the sauna is a nice place to unwind after a workout. Overall, it was a great stay and I would happily come back again.

The service personnel to include Yui, Nok, and Pun was at the highest level of professionalism. Always pleasant. I do look forward to returning.
