- Emily (9/5): Fantastic experience for first time ski holiday and would definitely consider a return trip. - Location excellent for ease of slopes for new skiers or those wanting quick access. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Food at buffet was a wide choice with plenty fruit and veg. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Choice of after ski relaxation for our children 10-14 was a bit limited as no access to spa to under 16s. No soft furnishes in main reception atrium so noise reverberates in the evening.

Con una ubicación excelente y con las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas, es un hotel con mucho potencial. Lo peor ha sido el servicio del personal, la limpieza y la comida. Es una lástima porque es un hotel mucho potencial. De 4 días de estancia, 2 no nos hicieron limpieza de la habitación. Además, las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias.

- Serge (9/5): Très agréable - Le personnel est très agréable, hormis le restaurant l'hôtel est calme, très bien situé, le spa offre un bon moment de détente, les casiers à skis sont bien conçus, salons très confortables dans le bar et le hall. C'était bruyant dans le restaurant (peut être isoler un peu entre les tables), les buffets sont toujours un peu semblables, corrects.

- Mo (10/5): The stay was acceptable, but poor parking conditions caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. - The location is great this was my reason chose the hotel, the hotel was clean the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel parking area was unsafe due to snow and ice. Parking lines and signs were completely covered and not visible. Despite following the parking instructions given, I was fined by the police the next morning. Multiple cars, including mine, were scratched in the parking area. This was disappointing, particularly since I paid for parking at the hotel.

O próprio hotel trata dos forfaits e do aluguer. Com o elevador mesmo ao lado. O espaço é espetacular, desde o quarto às com zonas comuns. O staff 5 estrelas. Com parque estacionamento gratuito à porta e coberto pago. As refeições ficaram um pouco aquém das expectativas. Não tanto o pequeno almoço. Mas mais o jantar. Esperávamos que a comida fosse tão boa como tudo o resto. Tínhamos as expectativas elevadas tendo em conta o hotel. Inclusive havia comer que mesmo na hora de abertura as 19h30 já estava frio. As sopas e sobremesas eram óptimas. O restante ficava um pouco aquém.

El único punto negativo que le encuentro ha sido el buffet, sobre todo el de la cena. Muy poca variedad, y la calidad de la comida dejaba mucho que desear. En el desayuno mas correcto pero sin llegar a ser lo que debería en cuanto a calidad.

La amabilidad de la recepcionistas Milagros y Dana que nos asistieron en todo, cuando tu hija sonríe y les hace un dibujo no hay más que decir!, también el personal de limpieza, nos dieron una muy buena estadía, con todo lo necesario para hacernos sentir como en casa. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Nos enseñaron todo lo referido a las reservas y los forfait para una fantástica experiencia con la nieve y la subida a Pal Arinsal. Increíble!!! Repetiremos. Nada. We also really liked that the hotel has welcoming staff who were a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and spacious At breakfast, there were no greens or vegetables available. Usually, hotels do offer them. That was the only downside for me

- Andrei (7/5): - l'emplacement de l'hôtel et la vue, bon petit-déjeuner personnel pas très accueillant, aucun sourire ni à notre arrivé ni au départ, pas des remerciements pour avoir séjourné dans leur établissement, pas des informations sur les endroits à visiter etc . dans la chambre y avait une machine à café mais deux de capsules qui nous ont laissé étaient utilisés( 2 sur 3)
- Maria Angeles (7/5): Estancia agradable, bufet mejorable - Ubicación excelente, con parking gratuito en la puerta. El diseño del interior es muy bonito y ademas huele fenomenal al entrar. Es un plus que haya albornoz en la habitación, que es amplia y la cama cómoda. Creo que deben mejorar dos aspectos: uno la limpieza diaria de las habitaciones. Nos encontramos una bolsa de basura llena encima de una mesa uno de los días y el jabón de manos se termino y no lo reponen. Y dos y mas importante el bufet tanto de desayuno como de cena, hay poca variedad y bastante repetitivo. No es lo que se espera de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Me volveria a alojar pero no en media pensión como en esta ocasión.

- ESTHER (10/5): Relax y calma. - Tiene aparcamiento en la puerta. El personal del hotel es muy amable. La comida está muy rica y las camas son muy cómodas. Me gustó todo. Estaría bien ponerle la lista de alérgenos a la comida del buffet igual que está en la carta.

- Laura (8/5): Alojamiento moderno - Las zonas comunes y el desayuno. La habitación era muy amplia, moderna y con mini terraza. Se puede ir a ver un Tamarro caminando desde el hotel. Tienes que subir las maletas un piso para llegar a recepción desde la calle. La zona infantil era un desmadre, muchos niños incumpliendo la normativa. Estaría bien que se supervisara la zona o limitara el aforo.

- Cécile (6/5): - Chambres très grandes et balcon agréable; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgré la fenêtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiène (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelés quand on s'en est servi!. Ne pensez pas avoir à coup sûr vue montagne, notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, donc vue sur des arbres. La partie restauration est décevante, beaucoup de surgelé, toujours les mêmes plats (boulettes, ragoût avec de la viande dure, poêlée de légumes pas assez cuits, gâteaux industriels insipides...), aucun plat typique d'Ansorre. Petit déjeuner idem, on retrouve les mêmes légumes, bacon bouilli, croissants et pain décongelés, machine à jus industriels... on s'attend à mieux pour un 4*.

- Julie (10/5): Très bon se - Un très bon séjour avec notre bébé. Tous le confort nécessaire dans la suite Junior. Le buffet est de très grande qualité et le personnel très serviable. L’hôtel est au calme, et toutes les activités sont accessibles en voiture rapidement.

The location was great, very comfortable big rooms, the staff super friendly (thank you guys for being so hospitable), the food was good and lots of options to choose from and the breakfast was great. Our kids loved it and generally it was fantastic, we will be back! Some gluten free bread would be great ☺️ and some bigger weights at the gym!

- Emmajadecross (6/5): Staff really let the hotel down - The hotel itself was nice, next to a ski lift but its quite a steep blue slope so none of us actually skied in, but the lift was there so that's good. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The staff! I have never stayed somewhere where the staff have made me feel so uneasy. Upon checking in, you feel like an inconvenience. Prior to the stay I emailed to confirm the price INCLUDED spa access after seeing some reviews which suggested otherwise. I had an email from the hotel saying "yes, spa access is included in the price you are paying" yet we were told on check in it would be 15 euro per person, per day!!!!! There was 6 of us?! I presented the email to show that i had been told by the hotel themselves it was included in the price and the "best" they could do was one access complimentary then there would be a charge. If I knew this, I wouldn't have booked and would have booked elsewhere! Being a group of women in our 30s the spa was quite important to us. Totally mis-sold. Apparently the person who replied got that hotel mixed up with another. We were also checked in with one of the hotel rooms having no water, which the staff knew but didn't tell us about. The guy who was working on the breakfast shift was the worst. We finished breakfast and wondered back to the room to finish getting ready whilst eating one croissant and he shouted at me ACROSS the hall telling me no and wagging his finger at me. I don't know where he thinks its acceptable to shout at a hotel guest, anyone would think i had a packed lunch box of stuff from the buffet, I had one croissant which i was eating. No member of staff actually smiled. Whilst the hotel itself is ok, rooms are lovely and spacious, I wouldn't go back due to the staff.
- vinchy (10/5): Still a Fantastic place ! - Great staff -mainly the hard working Argentinians and columbians and a few Spaniards who work here. The food quality is fantastic for a four star hotel. The rooms are of good size particularly the junior suite. Reception may be slightly understaffed however they very polite and very caring. The prices for the drinks in the bar and the restaurant is very reasonable. There is a significantly large car park at the front A main attraction is also the fact that there’s a ski rental shop in the building and further the bus especially stops there when you are transferring from abroad using the bus system and further you could ski in and out of the hotel literally. - Liia (9/5): Amazing Stay at This Hotel! - I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect – right next to the ski lift! The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the hotel offers free parking. The interior is modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and on time every single day. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast – it felt too repetitive, with a rather limited selection. It didn’t quite match the high standard of the hotel. However, dinner was a completely different story – diverse and delicious! We also felt a little disappointed that for Valentine’s Day, the hotel wasn’t decorated, and there was no festive atmosphere at all. I understand that it’s hard to compete with a hotel of this level, but I believe that you always strive for excellence and will want to become even better! I’m sure we’ll see each other again!

- Miguel (8/5): Terceira vez neste hotel e não tem melhorado. - As almofadas são desconfortáveis e a partir das 4 da manhã muito barulho, provavelmente vindo da cozinha a preparar os pequenos almoços. No buffet havia muita repetição e colocação de itens não consumidos no dia anterior. De resto tudo ótimo.
