The hotel is super old but overall not bad for its price. In front of a huge shopping mall and nearby dubai airport

The hotel is situated by a bus main road. Traffic noise throughout the day, especially blaring of car horns reduces quality of sleep.

We try to cancel and asked for a refund and was declined and didn’t give any options in how to fix the issue. This is very disappointing.

The price of room was way higher than the 2 bedroom apartment which was originally booked! Washer was out of order! Called reception to report, technician came after calling twice but unable to repair! Cleaning staff were good.
- Mazin (6/5): - Normally I booked 5 stars hotel in Dubai, this hotel is 4 stars in Sharja therefore there is a huge difference. The prices of hotels in Dubai in the new year perhaps 10 times more than the normal prices. In Sharje less increased.
- Elaine (2/5): - Horrible experience! My husband and I choose to spend Christmas at this hotel and it was the worst choice we made in Dubai. Our room had huge spider webs and had mold and really smelled, the rugs were dirty, when we complained they did send a crew to clean immediately but we stayed out all day to avoid being in the room. When we checked in the room was not ready and staff suggested we take a double bed and put them together to make a king (which is what we booked) and we said we’d just like to wait for our room to be ready after a few minutes he said never mind your room is ready…. It was not until we went to bed that night that we slept so uncomfortably when the beds came apart because they in fact put 4 mattresses on the floor to make it look like a king size bed…. (Not cool at all) … Christmas Eve day at check in they told us breakfast was included and we ate no problems and on Christmas morning we got up to go eat and we’re told only one of us could eat… They are all over the place and confused…. Last but not least the parking lot is not the easiest to find, they were having electricity problems and we couldn’t get into the garage easily Christmas night… the spaces are so tight… the gyms are separate so don’t think you can work out as a couple…the pool has some separate swimming rules as well…

- Steven (6/5): Sharjah stay - Hotel was nice, room was of good size however, wardrobe doors jammed, balcony door was locked (fire hazard), everytime we needed something in the room, we had to ask three to four times. Shuttle service to local beach and Deira was good. If you are looking to travel into Dubai city Centre maybe stay closer to Deira or in Dubai itself as it is a little way out of the city. Busses quite confusing and no cash accepted on them. Good if you want a cheap getaway.

- Sinan (10/5): Excellent service - This is the 4th time I stay at Ramada Sharjah.. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Never I was disappointed! Breakfast is very basic but you get pampered well. The hotel is opposite to a big mall where u can find a big supermarket and several restaurants.

- Shaal (6/5): Nice family friendly hotel, close to shopping cen - Clean, family friendly hotel and close to Sahara showing centre, beach and it has bus service to take you to the beach 🏖. The only downside was Hotel’s restaurant was very expensive specially when you have family with children.

- Rafiq (8/5): Comfortable and well located - Great location and service. Only thing to improve is housekeeping. Coffee were not refilled daily, towels were short some days, torn or old towels and missed changing sheets and pillow covers regularly. Overall a great hotel.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value for money - The hotel is located right across the street from the Sahara Centre, and not too far away from Stadium metro. The staff were very helpful, friendly and catered to our needs 24/7 when needed. Definitely value for your money.

- n (6/5): - Old rooms, poorly maintained. Was a bit disappointed with the way it was, it was very old and run down. Pretty sad for a 4 star hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff donot know what they are doing, while checking in the staff member did not know whether the room had breakfast included or not and set off on a lengthy quest to find out, then when that hurdle was crossed he claimed the room hadnt been paid for when it had. I asked for the wifi code at this point so I could go into my online banking and show the transaction but was told it would only be released after checkin. It's only when the manager intervened did the staff member realise it clearly said paid on the booking. We left right away and asked for our bags to be taken up to our room, when we returned 3 hours later this hadnt been done. The wifi kept disconnecting throughout our stay here and devices had to be disconnected and reconnected and the front desk could just reset the router. The bath had numerous stains all over. When checking out they tried to charge for 3 nights worth of a rollaway bed charge when this was only used for 1 night. Throughout our stay here there was no hotel front drop off as building work was going on which we werent informed about. All in all a shambles of a 'hotel'.

- ynez (2/5): Dreadfully Noisy Air Con! Didn’t sleep a wink!!! - Having stayed at the Ramada in JBR for 10 days prior this hotel was a shambles! Sold a 3 person bedroom which was actually only for 2, then the air con unit on the balcony was the loudest thing I ever heard! Kept us up all night, not one member of our party slept and the hotel staff didn’t even ask how our stay was! Dreadful!

Another thing, I noted that most of Hotel in Sharjah I have visited including this hotel are taking more time for check in and check out

We called several times for things, and they ignore and never show up on time. luggage guys always come on call because they expecting petty cash the hotel is in the industrial area; highway is always blocked in the rush hour
