Im Badezimmer waren einige Mängel, die mit wenig Aufwand zu beheben gewesen wären z B. Papierrollenhalter, Ablage für die Seife zum Hände waschen. Ich war auch sehr verwundert über das Telefon neben der Toilette. Viel Staub auf den Bilderrahmen. Im Safe lag eine Steckdose wo alle Drähte rausschauten.

Todos os funcionários sempre foram extremamente educados, simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar em qualquer situação, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos muito bem recebidos durante toda a estadia. Um detalhe que nos surpreendeu positivamente foi o carinho nos pequenos gestos. Logo no primeiro dia, ao chegarmos ao hotel, recebemos uma cava de boas vindas no quarto, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial e acolhedora. O hotel também merece destaque pela limpeza impecável, ambientes muito organizados, quartos amplos e confortáveis, além de uma estrutura muito agradável para descansar depois de um dia inteiro conhecendo Barcelona. Outro ponto forte é a localização estratégica. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, restaurantes, metrô, lojas e atrações, permitindo fazer muita coisa a pé com tranquilidade e segurança. Sem dúvida, foi uma escolha que tornou nossa viagem ainda melhor. Quando voltarmos a Barcelona, certamente será uma das nossas primeiras opções de hospedagem.

• Nives (8/5): Städtereise - Der Service ist großartig und das Personal herausragend freundlich. Wir kamen sehr früh an, eigentlich nur um Gepäck abzugeben. Aber es gab ein Zimmer, das uns sofort zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Außerdem gab es einen Geburtstag während des Aufenthalts. An den Tag wartete eisgekühlter Cava mit einer Karte auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Altstadt und Innenstadt gelegen. Wer will kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt. Man sollte sich schon sehr mögen, wenn man das Zimmer teilt.

Das Zimmer schaute auf einen Innenhof und direkt gegenüber war ein anderes Zimmer Fenster. Zwar ruhig, aber keine Aussicht und sehr wenig Licht.
