The size was too small for us but this is mainly my fault not checking the size of the place correctly. There were hairs in the bed and the pillow and we did not find the room as clean as we expected.

Ev sahibi ile her an iletişime geçebiliyorsunuz. Her konuda detaylı yardımcı oluyor kendisi.Odadan çıkış yapınca da valizlerinizi güvenle alıncaya kadar muafaza ediyor. Biz her türlü hizmetten ve odadan çok ama çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Roma’ya gidersem kesinlikle aynı yerde kalmak isterim. Beğenmediğim bir şey yok.

• harzo (7/5): Good enough - The hotel had a great location, which was really convenient. There was a coffee machine with both coffee and tea available in the room, which was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. There was mold under the windowsill, which was disappointing. The room was also quite small and arranged in a rather unusual way, which made it feel a bit cramped.

Dosłownie naprzeciwko apartamentu jest śniadaniownia z bardzo dobrymi wypiekami. Sklep około 200 metrów. Bardzo blisko d9 Schodów Hiszpańskich i Fontanny di Trevi. Gospodarze bardzo mili i kontaktowi. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa.

Raggiunto per telefono per avere un chiarimento, l'host si è mostrato molto infastidito per le mie rimostranze. Ho segnalato a Booking, mi è stato offerto un rimborso dall'host, che ho accettato.

• Rossana Lorenza (10/5): Un gradevolissimo soggiorno - Ho soggiornato da poco in questa struttura e mi sento sinceramente di lasciare una recensione molto positiva, anche perché faccio fatica a riconoscere, nella mia esperienza, alcune critiche recenti lette qui sotto. La guest house è estremamente pulita, curata e decisamente al di sopra delle aspettative per questa tipologia di alloggio. Si tratta di un appartamento, sì, ma con servizi che vanno ben oltre lo standard: pulizia giornaliera impeccabile, prodotti da bagno sempre disponibili e, su richiesta, anche pantofole. Tutto è organizzato con attenzione e professionalità. Il proprietario merita una menzione speciale: una persona educata, gentile e sempre disponibile, davvero reperibile a qualsiasi ora e pronta ad aiutare con il sorriso. Oggi non è così scontato trovare un’ospitalità così autentica. La posizione poi è semplicemente straordinaria: a pochissimi passi dalla Fontana di Trevi, cosa rarissima, e allo stesso tempo comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi servizio, ristorante o mezzo di trasporto. Personalmente mi sono trovata benissimo e tornerei senza alcun dubbio. Consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole, pulito e in una posizione imbattibile nel cuore di Roma.
• Nadiia (1/5): We were robbed in this property at New Year - My New Year plans and my mood were destroyed Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing and stressful. During our stay, we were robbed. The apartment had no security cameras, which the owner confirmed. The owner also confirmed that the only people who had keys were ourselves, the owner, and the cleaning staff. When we returned, the door was locked with a key, indicating that there was no forced entry and that someone with authorized access entered the apartment. As a result of this incident, we had to spend several hours at the police station until midnight on New Year’s Eve, which completely ruined what should have been a holiday celebration. This caused not only financial loss but also significant emotional distress. The property failed to provide a safe and secure environment, which is a basic requirement for any accommodation. The way this situation was handled afterward was also very disappointing, as responsibility was avoided despite clear security failures. I am very sad to write that as the owners seemed to be a helpful and supportive people.

• Miriam (8/5): מומלץ!!! - המיקום מעולה אין טוב ממנו, על ויה דל קורסה השוקק חיים. בעל הדירה עשה כל שביכולתו להקל ולעזור. המקום נוקה כל יום והוחלפו מגבות. החדר מעט קטן אבל כולל מטבחון מושלם עם מקרר מיקרו וכלי בישול ואוכל. קבלנו גם הסעה חינם משדה התעופה שזה נהדר.מומלץ!!! הכניסה מאד מסובכת, כיון שצריך להיות בקשר עם בעל הבית שיכנס אתכם מרחוק לדירה. היתה לי בעייה עם הוואטסאפ ולכן הכניסה כמעט ולא התאפשרה. א. הבוקר היא רק קפה ומאפה בקפה ליד.

• Kerrie (8/5): Located in the Heart of Rome. - The location is perfect - close to Spanish Steps and wonderful restaurants/bars. The building had a lift which was great. Shower pressure was fantastic. Tea and coffee making facilities with a small fridge. For the same price elsewhere you get a safe to secure valuables. No shampoo, conditioner and body wash - things most people don't travel with any longer.

• Sarah (6/5): Disappointing stay - The location and the availability of AC The lack of a proper welcome or on-site contact, with all communication handled only through WhatsApp, set a disappointing tone for our stay. Housekeeping was inadequate — on the first day, only one large towel was provided for two adults, and on the following day, only hand towels were left. When we raised this issue, we were told that towel changes were not included, which is unacceptable. This information was neither stated anywhere nor communicated beforehand, and it was inconsistent with the previous day when a fresh towel (albeit only one) had been supplied. Additionally, the floorboards just before entering the bathroom are loose, creating considerable noise at night and posing a safety risk.

O serviços de limpeza é diário. O Wifi é muito bom. A localização é próxima do centro histórico, mas taxis não param na frente do prédio. O quarto é uma divisão de um apartamento/sala num prédio comercial (2 quartos ao total). O espaço útil pareceu menor que o esperado. A cama do quarto standard não é muito confortável (pequena com colchão fino). A manutenção e limpeza do quarto poderiam ser melhores. A TV só exibe canais em Italiano, não é smart e a moldura em que ela está torna impossível plugar cabo HDMI.

Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein. Es war etwas unpraktisch das man überhaupt keinen Platz hatte um seinen Koffer aufzumachen. Das Bett erschien mir etwas sehr durchgelegen.

Jedyny minus to bardzo cienkie ściany w kamienicy,przez które słychać sąsiadów ale takie są uroki starych budynków więc nie odejmuję punktów .

The staff are super helpful, very responsive and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room is small but large enough for your luggage and a coffee pod machine is available in the room. Excellent value for 2-3 night stay.
