- Giacinto (8/5): Odore di un mare invisibile - La stanza da bagno è ampia e ottimamente attrezzata. Il palazzo è sul lungomare, ma purtroppo la mia stanza aveva il muro davanti e il mare non si vedeva. Forse da altre stanze? Non l'ho scoperto.

Letto comodo Lo spazio un pochino piccolo, La mancanza del bidet e quando sono andata a confermare l'orario di arrivo su booking, sono stata contattata erroneamente dall'operatore che mi comunica che non ho più la stanza. Lo stesso, nonostante avesse sbagliato, perché pensava che io avessi prenotato li per li e non confermato semplicemente un orario è stato davvero poco carino e molto poco cortese.

Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this Hotel and for sure I will come back.

- Damiamo (5/5): Potevano fare meglio - Sicuramente la posizione Box doccia rotto (dalla ruggine si nota che non e una rottura recente) al check in nonostante fossero le 18 nessuno ad attenderci (i codici di accesso forniti via whatsapp) il secondo giorno ho dovuto mandare a monte una gita in quanto dovevano fare la registrazione e il pagamento e l 'addetta arrivava non prima delle 8.30 (la gita era prenotata per le 8) la pulizia e ottima la posizione anche ma le stanze sono davvero strette (ci saranno 50 cm Dai piedi del letto al muro)

- David (8/5): Excellent short stay in a fantastic city. We will certainly be returning to Naples! - No breakfast included, but there were plenty bars and cafes close by. These were all very good. The facilities were just what we needed and we have no complaints at all. First class service. All was very good.

- Gail (2/5): I reserved this hotel because it was close to the American Embassy. - There was no breakfast. There was no outside signage for H Rooms. The Guesthouse seems to be only on the second floor of a former hotel called the Ansonia. I arrived at night at the Metro station. (There was a taxi strike in Naples so I called for instructions on how to get to the hotel. A man answered and told me what Metro to take and where to get off. I called again when I arrived at the station and after several tries to follow his walking instructions, I insisted he stay on the line and guide me by my telling him what business or restaurant I was passing. It was raining and I could not see street signs. When I arrived at the tall wooden doors which were closed, he told me to push one open and then to go to the 2nd floor and find my room key on the desk. I only then realized that the man who was giving me the instructions was not on site. I found my room which was brightly painted and small with only a window behind a curtain in a small alcove. It was too noisy outside to leave it open. The room and bed were satisfactory but there was a high step up to the bathroom where the lighting was poor, and toilet did not flush fully.

Besides that the cleanliness of the property we can give credit for Well, it’s very old facility, and not cheap too. Beside that the coffee capsules are missing specifically in the morning when mostly needed. The water wasn’t free even though we payed €120 per night ?!! The owner is stingy .

Friendly staff, clean rooms, most important thing: Air conditioning is good The location of the hotel is good and so is the connection to the Naples transport system. Only drawback: There are no options in or around the hotel to have breakfast. There is only one shop in 10min. walking distance.
- Michelle (9/5): Wonderful Stay! - I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Naples. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful—truly a very kind and genuine person. He went above and beyond to make sure all the guests felt comfortable, offering great suggestions on local spots to visit and eat at, which really helped me make the most of my time in the area. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect size for a solo traveler. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet—I couldn’t hear any street noise, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Naples! Nothing bad so say about this hotel

Everyone was sming at me and I felt nearly like at home! Perfect location, close to metro/train few meters from main promenade along the sea. Great value for money!

The room is small but very clean and has everything one would need for a short stay. Very silent at night, but you might hear your neighbours behind closed doors. Bad view if you don’t choose the sea view rooms.

Bars.. and the bed was awesome 😎👍🏻 If you are at this location, I ABSOLUTELY recommend to you, to go eat at 50 Kalo nearby! The absolute best Pizza I have had in a long time! The shower 🚿 head was.. nearly unusable.. it urgently needs replacing!!! The walls are super thin, and I probably had the worst luck but every single night there was a party happening until 2-4am.. Great 😃As specially when you have an early flight and need to go up at 5am only to have the idiots partying all night long until 4am.. I sort of thanked them by being as loud as I could leaving the hotel in return... :3

- Richard (10/5): Enjoyable stay - We stayed for 1 night at H Rooms Boutique Hotel last week. When we arrived a little bit earlier, the gentleman at the reception accommodated us and let us check-in earlier. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our brief 1-night at this facility. The hotel is also located on the longomare (literally on the sea side). So we had a nice view in front of the hotel. The metro station was just a walking distance from the hotel, so it was very easy to get around. If we ever go back to Naples, we will definitely go back to that hotel.
- Cathy (5/5): Advertised as a hotel but only one floor small rooms - The hotel is marketing as a boutique hotel but is in fact just one floor on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and very difficult to find. Room as basic but clean. No facilities to speak of at all even though it mentions that breakfast is available.

You just get out and walk next to the see , you see the castle and vesuvio Volcano . And Alessandro is super friendly and welcoming ! Great experience 100% recommended!

- David (8/5): Pleasant - Comfortable, clean and well located on the promenade although a bit far from the city center. However the public transport - bus and under/overground railway was very close and efficient. The ferries to the islands were just across the road. Nothing really.

Short distance to public transport ( bus @ metro). Clean room and bathroom. Broken shower cord and second light circuit ( mirror) in bathroom. But not claimed. Quite long distance from city centre making less affordable the transfer by taxi on regular basis.
- Majorellelux (3/5): Poor - The location was great. Close to the habour and to the public transport. From the outside a good looking house. Not clean, service sub par (nobody at the reception for most of the day), a lot of alibi services (coffee, seeting areas, etc). The entrance hall and the building was the worst.
