- Verified traveler (8/5): ヴヌコヴォ空港利用時にはお勧めできるアパートメント - ヴヌコヴォ空港からアエロエクスプレスで一本のキエフスキー駅、地下鉄3路線に乗車可能なキエフスカヤ駅から徒歩10分の好立地。ヴヌコヴォ空港を使う場合は特にお勧めできる。 ベッドルームが2つあり、大きな部屋も嬉しかった。いかにもなソ連時代の建物で、古さゆえに小汚さを感じる部分があったので、綺麗な部屋を求める場合は注意が必要。またエレベーターもなし。 事前にチェックインの手配を個別にする必要があるが、Hotels.comのメッセージシステム経由で、英語で対応してくれたので問題はない。

- Carlos (6/5): - Ok, first impression was disappointing and kinda scary traveling with a family. However, it resulted in a fine to sleep spot walking distance from Kievskaya metro station and from there to pretty anywhere in Moscow. It ended working OK for us
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for location only - The location was good where it is near shopping centre and train station. However, the furniture was quite old with uncomfortable bed and sofa bed. The apartment was not clean when we arrived after 2 pm. There was no service provided during our stay. We were forced to check out early by cleaners who do not speak English.

- NH (4/5): Just book a hotel and save yourself a headache. - I'd only recommend this apartment to people who are desperate to experience proper Soviet style service, comfort and bureaucracy. The contact by e-mail before we arrived was fine. But when we arrived, we were received by someone who hardly spoke any English and so couldn’t explain the most important things. This resulted in awful wi-fi, almost being locked out of the building on our first night, not being able to alter or switch off the air conditioning, not receiving the number of promised towel changes etc. After contacting the ’hotel’ about the compulsory registration twice by e-mail and not hearing back upon arrival, we were eventually told the registration would not be possible anymore. Seeing it was required and we were already fed up with the bad service and overall quality, we decided to spend our last 3 nights in a proper hotel. Be warned this apartment is in a very 50s style Soviet apartment block and a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro and other services.

- ypj (4/5): ei yhden yön pysähdyksiä varten - "Hotelli" ei ollut annetussa osoitteessa. Soitettuani netissä olevaan numeroon, kukaan ei vastannut ja automaatti kertoi jotain venäjäksi ! Sain ko. osotteessa olevan ravintolan henkiläkunnan soittamaan ko. numeroon ja he saivat yhteyden yritykseen. Lupasivat tulla hakemaan parin minuti kuluttua. Uudekkeen soitto puolen tunnin päästä, kun mitään ei kuulunut. Lupasivat tulla hakemaan kahdenkymmenen minuutin päästä. Tulivat tosiasiassa tunnin päästä siitä kun heihin saatiin yhteys. Sitten käveltiin pari kilometriä ja löytyi yösija ( jossa sain nukkua neljä tuntia ennenkuin piti lähteä edelleen ! ). Yrityksellä erillisä huoneistoja eri puolilla ko. aluetta ja asiakas ei tiedä osoittetta varatessaan ja yrityksen palvelut heikot, Jos ei ole päättäväinen ja jäljitä mihin pitäisi mennä, eikä puhu venäjää , voi yösija helposti jäädä löytymättä.

- Tom (8/5): アパートメントホテル - ホテルではなく、普通のアパートです。その一室を宿泊用に貸し出している感じです。隣人は普通のアパートに住んでいるロシア人ですので、リアルロシアを体験できます。チェックインは、ホテル運営会社のスタッフと現地のアパート前で待ち合わせしなくてはなりませんが、頼めばホテルのスタッフが空港へ迎えに来てくれますので、そのまま一緒にアパートへ向かえば問題ありません。この出迎えサービスは料金が安く、ぼったくりもありませんのでおすすめです。私の場合はユーリという非常に親切なロシア人が迎えに来てくれました。帰りの際も有料ですが、空港まで連れていってくれます。このサービスは使ったほうがよいです。フロントはありませんので、問題が発生すると自分で解決しなくてはいけません。語学に自信のない人は大変かもしれません。（最低でも英語は必須です。）まずアパートに入るための電子キーが壊れている場合がありますので、チェックインの際にきちんとドアが開くかどうか確認が必要です。部屋はきれいでした。暖房も問題なし。お湯もしっかり出ます。テレビはほとんどロシア語で、英語の番組は2つほどしかありません。1階に小さな食料品店があります。チェックイン後からアパート生活が始まります。食料と水をどこからか調達しなくてはなりませんので、この食料品店は便利です。あとは楽しんでください。ロシアですので、100点満点を予想しないことです。おおらかな気持ちで楽しんでください。ロシア人は打ち解ければ、非常に親切で優しいです。その気持ちを体験したいならば、少々のことは許す気持ちが大切です。ロシアはいい国です。また行きたくなりました。
- Verified traveler (6/5): Avisar que tienes que llamar para que te abran - El apartamento esta bien ubicado, lo inconveniente de esta estancia es que hoteles.com nunca te menciona que tienes que llamar para que vaya una persona a darte las llaves del apartamente y lo más dificil solicitarlo en ruso, tuvimos demasiada suerte porque una muchacha que vivia en el condominio hizo las llamadas a la oficina de estos apartamentos para que horas después una persona fuera a abrirnos lo cual nos hizo perder tiempo de nuestro viaje

- Verified traveler (8/5): Kvart Hotel Apartments Kievskaya - Value for money - The apartment was in a large residential building close to the river. It was clean and fresh and contained everything one might need. It was close to the Kievskaya train and metro station and the european shopping mall, i.e. a good base camp to explore Moscow from. The invitation and voucher papers needed for a tourist visa were supplied fast for a relatively small charge. The hotel staff did not speak English well, but were friendly and service minded.
- Elvira (8/5): Wir waren zufrieden - Wir waren zufrieden und haben einen ausgefüllten Urlaub in Moskau gehabt. das Wetter war Wunderschön von morgens bis mitternacht.. Metro war nur 8 minuten zur Fuß.. von draußen und die Treppe sieht alt aus aber von Innen sieht die Wohnung schön aus.. Nahegelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten Roter Platz mit Metro Kievskaya Station. Die Wohnung verfügt Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind ebenso vorhanden wie ein Fön, Wifi Internetzugang ist ebenfalls vorhanden,Kühlschrank,Shampoo,Handtücher,TV,Herd,Waschmachine.. Wohnung für 2+2 Personen ,weiter zu empfehlen !
