• Hanna (2/5): Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr dieses Apartment aufsuchen, denn wir haben uns nict wohl gefühlt. Leider zu teuer für di - Die Lage der Unterkunft war eigentlich gut. Zentral in Mitte, wir konnten Vieles einfach erreichen. Leider war die Unterkunft dreckig. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucher Apartment gebucht, welches bei unserer Ankunft extrem nach Rauch roch. Der Geruch ging nach 3 Tage Lüften nicht weg. Der Boden war nicht gewischt, auf dem Klo waren bei unserer Ankunft braune Flecken auf der Klobrille. In unserem Bett war ein schwarzes Haar. Das Mobiliar war wie auf den Bildern jedoch ziemlich abgenutzt. Eine Tür zum Schlafzimmer war kaputt und die Isolation der Dachfenster nicht dicht, sodass es sehr laut war. Dafür lagen Ohropax auf dem Nachtisch. Denke aber man sollte den Gästen keine Ohropax geben, sondern eher die Fenster reparieren.

Квартира, которую мы забронировали, была представлена на фото как светлая, удобная и с нормальной планировкой. На практике оказалось иначе: планировка не соответствует фото нет дверей между комнатами квартира значительно темнее скрипящий пол общее ощущение и комфорт значительно ниже ожидаемого Хотя формально категория может совпадать, визуально и по факту это другой объект. Фото вводят в заблуждение. Мы связались с владельцем, и нам ответили, что фото — это лишь пример. Однако различия в нашем случае существенные и влияют на комфорт проживания.

• Betina (9/5): Amazing stay in Berlin - Amazingly huge appartment with nice views to a busy yet nice-looking neighbourhood with a wonderful location to visit Berlin. There is a supermarket across the street and a u-bahn station (line 2) 50 meters away which is very convenient. There is also a washing maschine in the bathroom. The pillows are somehow unconfortable and there could be some more kitchen tools for the oven.

• sevlow (7/5): - The apartment was of a good size and everything was clean. Equipment levels were good for a short stay. Location was ideal for our needs and had close access to the U-bahn. The main problem was the position on the top floor of a 4 storey building with no lift. Being on the front of the building over a major thoroughfare also meant a lot of street noise and difficulty sleeping. We had booked a different unit with two bedrooms with double beds but were 'upgraded' to this one. There was no shower screen over the bath so the floor got soaked every time. There is a 'free' locker outside the door which would have been ideal for storing luggage for a few hours after checkout, but the cleaning staff said that it was only for their use in no uncertain terms.

• Ivan (9/5): - Casa molto accogliente..pulita, dotata di tutto e inoltre la posizoine molto comoda vicino alla metropolitana e ad alexander platz. Difficile da migliorare..noi abbiamo avuto un problema con le lenzuola perchè non avevam indicato l'età dei bambini ed era stato preparato un lettino da neonati. Dopo aver chiamaot l'assistenza ci han cambiato casa e poi fornito anche le lenzuola.

• Ann-Sofie (9/5): Fantastisk. - Perfekt beliggenhed, rigtig god størrelse, godt indrettet og godt udstyret med service mv. Dejlig gård og i gåafstand til indkøb, spisesteder, shopping og både u-bahn og tram. Sovesofaen var ikke god. Vi havde en 14 årig og en 10 årig med og den var for lille til at de kunne ligge godt. Heldigvis havde vi en luftmadras med i bilen men muligheden for at kunne bestille en ekstra opredning havde været fin. Der var endda plads nok.

Buona posizione, vicino fermata metropolitana oppure a 15 minuti a piedi da Alexander Platz Mancavano shampoo e prodotti del bagno nonostante fosse scritto che ci sarebbero stati. La fornitura della cucina è minima, manca la spugnetta per lavare i piatti. Forniscono una cialda di caffe e una bustina di te a testa per tutto il soggiorno. Non era stato detto che c'erano 4 piani di scale molto ripide e scomodissime (senza ascensore). Non adatto a persone non giovani o anche con leggeri problemi di salute. Il deposito bagagli gestito da un'agenzia esterna è pessimo, accetta solo monete.

Łazienka komfortowa z dużą wanną. Budynek zabytkowy z drewnianymi podłogami więc słychać kroki na górze. Zatyczki do uszu przygotowane przy łóżku :)

La camera era spaziosa Il pavimento della camera era sporco quando siamo arrivati. Abbiamo fatto notare questo e non hanno fatto nulla. Le scale ripide da fare per arrivare alla camera con valigie e passeggino.e i cuscini erano scomodissimi.

• Monica (8/5): Cozy quiet cabin feel but in fantastically central location - Beautiful old building with original hardwood floors. Building is in a courtyard, therefore no noise despite the very central, fantastic location. Also the kitchen is very well equipped with plates and pots and everything you could need! Not a problem for us for this stay but be aware there is no elevator.

Shower was a strange one, the hot water would fluctuate temperatures, the bedroom Velux window was broken so it wouldn’t lock meaning all the noise on the street could be heard. And a few pictures on the wall would have been nice but overall it was good

Hot water supply in the bathroom was really insufficient. A shame, because I specifically looked for a place with a bathtub. A little bit of love would transform this into a really great place, for example of rug on the huge floor space

At first entrance is a bit confusing, it consists of few buildings, only after climbing stairs in first building we daw the plan that shows other buildings. Building A, i was about to cry as im so scared of hights and i hated stairs, and wanted to book anothrr hotel, however after realising we were in wrong building i was made up. Very nice place, definetely would stay there again. Walls r quite thin, you can hear people above you, but guess youre ok if they are not noisy

• filomeni (9/5): I generally enjoyed staying there. Apart from the soft bed which I dislike. - The location right in the Center of the Berlin. We liked the digital check in and out. The property has all the necessary equipment. The mattress. It was too soft, with a round dip in the middle of it, an indentation. I didn’t like it.
