- Veronica (7/5): - Good location, delightful and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Good size room with fridge. Very kindly drove me to the bus station as it was raining and no taxis available. Just a trickle of hot water in unit 1 shower.
- Min (10/5): - Really friendly staff and the location close to the bus station was extremely convenient for us travellers using the bus to and from el chalten! The room was also spacious for staying a few days and recuperating from all the hiking. I only wish the Patagonian weather was better during our stay!

Es gab nur einen Mini-Safe, in dem man außer Pass nichts unterbringen konnte. Zahlung mit Kreditkarte verteuerte den Preis aufgrund eines schlechten Kurses. Insgesamt ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das gebuchte Zimmer.

Gute, heisse Dusche Leider gab es für unser Zimmer keine Möglichkeit, bei schönem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Die Überdecke war sehr schwer , sodass es nachts unangenehm im Bett war

Beautiful view from property of the mountains peaks. With the 2 stories and outside stairs it was very noisy when people came and went. Rooms a little older.

- Giovanni (7/5): El Chalten, nuestro trekking al Fitz Roy han sido un experiencia única e inolvidable. - La experiencia en este hotel fue en general muy agradable. El desayuno era realmente muy bueno, variado y de calidad. Además, la propietaria que se encontraba en la sala del desayuno fue siempre muy atenta, amable y cercana, una persona realmente encantadora que hace sentir a los huéspedes bienvenidos. Como único aspecto a mejorar, el mobiliario y las instalaciones del baño mal cuidados y algo deteriorados, aunque esto no afectó de manera importante a la estancia.

They also helped us figure out how to get to each hike and which day would be best given weather conditions. Only a bit warm when we got in because unusual amount of sunshine. Open windows helped wit that.

The room is quite large, and the location is great, only ~10 minute walk from the bus station and near many restaurants, shops and cafes. Breakfast had a good variety and they also serve an early breakfast at 7.15 for those who will start their hikes early. Heating, hot water and wifi all work great!

The owners were very friendly and welcome, helpful. The room was comfortable, hot shower no matter the time of the day. Very good location. The price is a little bit too much for what it offers compared to Europe, but this is the situation in El Chalten.

The breakfast is fantastic with homemade cake, eggs, bread, etc. The place is super close to the bus station and the restaurants and shops of el Chalten. The rooms are big and have all you need. The beds are a little bit narrow and their location forms an alley to the bathroom. I feel they could be positioned in another way to make the room more functional.

- Carl (8/5): Solid option for El Chalten - The husband and wife operators of the property, Patricia and Nico, are very nice people. They're not fluent in English but we communicated with them without much difficulty and they were helpful in every way from weather and hiking advice and carrying our bags to our rooms (Nico) to toasting the bread that I brought with me to breakfasts for me (Patricia). The place itself is new and modern, and unlike some places that lack elevators in this region, there are only 2 levels so you don't have to negotiate multiple levels of stairs. Housekeeping makes the beds, changes the sheets and straightens the room every day. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the rooms. Mainly the beds and bed covering. The twin beds are very small and narrow and the bedcover looked great but was heavy and difficult to adjust during the night. There was loud music from neighbors until after midnight one or two nights but that was Christmas eve and night. It was quiet other nights as I recall.

- Julia (9/5): Old-fashioned hospitality in the best sense of the term. - The host greeted us upon arrival, showed us to the room and was available to provide any needed assistance. Super sweet and friendly, like you are a long awaited distant relative that came to visit and she is happy to see you. The room was squeaky clean - the cleanest we have encountered in recent travels. Excellent breakfast with toasted homemade bread, cake, yogurt, fruit and fresh made eggs, if desired - all served with a smile by the lovely host. This place hits it out of the park with the level of hospitality - something that is exceedingly rare these days. The wi-fi in our room was a bit flaky, but we didn't travel to Patagonia to hang online much, so was not a big deal for us.

They helped us plan our treks and had great recommendations for food and also activities when the weather wasn't cooperative. It's not fancy, but well worth a stay. The only minor complaint is that the twin beds were short and narrow. I'm thrilled, though, that they offered twin beds and it was good enough.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, the homemade breakfast - delicious, the apartment wonderfully comfortable and we were able to cook our own meal in the evening when we were too tired to go out. The location was perfect as so close to everything and a superb view of Mount Fitzroy to wake up to. I didn't want to leave! Nothing to dislike here

Located near bus station and near the main area for shops and restaurants. The owner was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the local hikes.

Bathroom design has door hits the toilet and hairdryer was directly wired to the wall. There is no place to hang the towels.

Near the supermarket and nice restaurants. Very comfortable facilities, beds and it was very clean. Breakfast was excellent setting us up for the day. Also a lovely place to relax. Nothing.

- Eugen (9/5): Ideal base for idyllic El Chaltén - Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by very helpful and and kind staff members and it was a very good start of our short stay in El Chaltén. The room we were given was really a good one, well taken care of, clean, bright and comfortable. The parking was provided on public road with low intensity traffic. The heating was automatic and I would say ideal for mountainous chill night conditions. It was a real good night rest. The property itself is ideally located within this small mountainous town and it is easy to find all the necessary places like shops and restaurants within the walking distance. Indeed, a very good and recommended place to stay during a visit to El Chaltén. The only tiny shortcoming was a fixed wall shower that does not allow a proper body showering.
