Staff are wonderful and a view you can never get enough of! I highly recommend this property if you are in Istanbul to explore this rich and beautiful city!

The receptionists don’t talk or welcome you much, the main entrance of the hotel was locked once because the receptionist had gone somewhere. Also the AC in the room can only be turned on if you call the reception and ask them to turn it on in your room. Breakfast options was were very limited.

I am happy I picked this hotel and not Four Seasons which is a 10 seconds walk away and almost quadruple the price for no different view nor proximity to key tourist sites. Staff was great and helpful even recommended me to nearby laundry service to avoid hotel service prices. All in all positive experience. Not much.

Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. The immediate foreground of the room view is a development site but beyond is the Bosphorus so just look above your eye line!

Please provide free water on daily basis not only on the day of check in as that’s the norm in Istanbul

The staff is friendly and we got to sightsee and also managed to take breaks in the middle of the day, thanks to the excellent hotel location close to the tram and the attractions. Loads of food options nearby. I recommend the hotel. The rooms have good insulation to noise, call to prayer can be heard but not too loud. I would book here again.

Reception staff very helpful for Information Very clean hotel and the shower was great The bed wasn’t very comfy and quite small. It was a single to be fair. Breakfast was okay, but not amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Value for money, good staff and location being the main reasons. Please be aware of the restaurants and bars around the area. Definitely out to charge an inflated price if they can get away with it, which is a shame.

The ac wasnt working the room was very warm. And the staff did not borther to check even after complaining. My son accidentally dropped a glass piece, and they charged me 40€ for it which im sure wasnt even the cost of it.

• Gem (10/5): - We had an incredible time at the Biz Cevahir Hotel in Sultanahmet. This is a great, safe location to discover the historic city and close to hundreds of dining options. The staff were all extremely friendly, bilingual (at a minimum) and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend and would go back without hesitation.

• Nasim (10/5): - I stayed here with my kids for a night as we were transiting to Canada. The front desk staff Mustafa was amazing and very welcoming. He made sure our taxi was booked for the airport the next day, gave us directions to where we wanted to go and suggested a few lovely places to dine at. The property itself is very clean and well maintained, located in a beautiful picturous area with lots of restaurant options and easily walkable to most of the tourist areas. I genuinely wish we had more time to stay there for longer but I'm sure we'd come back very soon. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
