• László (8/5): Perfect spot in the middle of the city - The location of this hotel is more than perfect, Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations are just a walkway. Breakfast is very delicious and with wide range of choices. This hotel has a very good price/value ratio, especially because it can accomodate 3-4-5 people or a family in one room, which is usually very rare. The staff was also very kind. There was no shelf or cabinet in the room to put things away. The heating pipes under the windows, near the carpet are very hot, so the kids sometimes burnt themselves with it and we as adults also burnt our feet until we learnt to pay attention, this is the only two things that I can mention. All others things were good.

• Jeremy (2/5): Couldn’t wait to get out of the claustrophobic room and return home. - The location was good. Our allocated double room on the top floor was tiny. Hardly enough room to walk around the side of the bed. No view from the window. No wardrobe for clothes. No telephone. No chairs. All the above facilities were said to be part of the room description on Booking.com. No mirror for my wife to use. Minuscule wash basin where you barely had enough room to brush your teeth. The shower was uncontrollable and unusable due to the very hot water temperature. We didn’t bother having breakfast so can’t comment about that. The receptionist didn’t seem very interested in our complaints. Not what you expect when paying £187 for a one night stay for a double room.

• Dharshana Mevan (6/5): My short stay was "okay" for us? - We stayed in a triple room for five days. Since we spent most of our time exploring London and only used the room to sleep, the size was manageable at first. However, once we put down our luggage, there was hardly any space to walk around, which made a long stay feel quite cramped.The mattresses were also somewhat uncomfortable, and the room was noisy at night, making it hard to get a good rest. Additionally, the bathroom heater was difficult to adjust between hot and cold water, and we noticed there was no soap tray inside the shower. Another issue was the room supplies. They only provided bottled water on the first day, which made me feel like they don't really cater to long-term guests. We also weren't given any milk for two days; although I didn't ask for it, I expected it to be replenished. There was no ay refregirator and that i thing is a must though it's hotel.

• Begoña (5/5): - La amabilidad del personal, y la ubicación y la zona son perfectas. Estábamos en una habitación para seis personas, no había ni un armario, ni una estantería, ni una silla. Lo único que teníamos para todos era una barra con 5 perchas. No pudimos sacar las cosas de las maletas, incluso las toallas que te dan y las cosas para el baño, no hay sitio para ponerlas, las tuvimos que dejar en el suelo!! Con lo fácil que se solucionaría poniendo unas estanterías, porque cabrían perfectamente. El baño enano, no hay ni para colgar la toalla, el lavabo es tamaño baño de avión, y huele a tuberías.

Het ontbijt was matig. Koffie niet te drinken. Kamer te klein voor een vierpersoonskamer. Het 2 persoonsbed is te smal. Terwijl de 1 persoonsbedden prima zijn. Te kleine douchecabine en bijna geen waterdruk. Een Shisha tent welke s avonds laat tot midden in de nacht herrie maakte. De omschrijving van het hotel matched niet met wat je ervoor terug krijgt.

• Laurie-ann (7/5): Great value and the kids loved it. - Great value for money for a family of 5. Good location and easy to reach by tube. Some good site seeing in and around location as well and plenty of amenities. Room was too warm on a night and although a fan was provided it was very loud even on a low setting. Blinds not the best for keeping out the light. Some general maintenance could be done, some carpet lifting up on the stars, mould spots on our bathroom ceiling and scuff marks on the wall etc.

Limpieza muy deficiente. Habitación muy estrecha, con muebles estropeados y rotos. El suelo del baño estaba roto. Había humedades en las paredes. Iluminación muy deficiente, con habitación en el semisótano.

Fina byggnader runt omkring. Vatten, kaka och te/kaffe på rummet. Sköna kuddar. Låg fint, mysigt att kunna öppna fönster. Nära tunnelbana. Slitet, men i London är oftast hotell sämre. Lampa utan sladd och kontakt. Sunkig heltäckningsmatta. Lukten. Ett täcke.

• Angela (3/5): Certainly won't go again. Prefer to pay more and have some comfort! - The location was good. The staff were pleasant especially the receptionist who was very helpful. On the site it does say that some rooms are being refurbished. Mine certainly wasn't. The receptionist very kindly gave me an upgrade to a double room. It was better but very basic and noisy (on Cromwell Road - no double glazing). The staff were very pleasant, especially the receptionist but that doesn't make up for the discomfort!

• Roy (7/5): Fine. About what you’d expect from a small hotel in central London. Close to 2 tube stations, but would probably look fo - The location is very central. The outside and the inner entrance look very nice. Hotel backs directly onto a very loud shisha bar, but doesn’t have a bar itself. I asked the person behind the desk one evening if they have a bar for us to get a drink before bed, and he replied ‘no?’ as if I’d asked a stupid question. Also no disabled rail going up the stairs into the property so nothing to hold onto if you have trouble walking. The hotel was Ok though. Too tired each evening to be that bothered by the noise, and most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice and the location was very central.

• Tiphanie (7/5): L’emplacement est top!! - L’emplacement est dans un beau quartier propre, à 2 pas de la station earl’s court. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel du matin très gentil. Et le prix est abordable. La chambre aux premiers abords est pas mal, mais la literie, pas top, on y a bien dormi mais couette pour 2 personnes qui font 140 de large, on passe sa nuit à la tirer à son voisin, et quand le voisin de lit bouge et bien on rebondi à côté! Pas top! Oreiller nikel!! Et l’hôtel est vieillissant, du coup il y fait chaud, on était en avril et il faisait 13/14degres dehors) notre chambre donnait sur une sorte de cours intérieur avec un bar à chicha et des tentes, style petit bar à ambiance, et bien ça fait un peu de bruit. Et sinon la salle de bain, vraiment pas terrible, elle fait le job mais ça s’arrête là. Vieille cabine de douche, lavabo qui est plus un lave main, porte papier toilettes tout rouillé, et wc qui a tendance à avoir des remontées d’odeurs. Que des miniatures pour le gel douche, que les employés de ménage ont embarqué l’avant dernier jour…. Nous qui avions pas prévu de gel douche c’était pratique…. En bref hôtel qui a beaucoup de possibilités mais attention à son vieillissement, le personnel , l’emplacement et son prix son très bien!!!

• Annik (1/5): Enttäuschend - Das Frühstück und die Lage war in Ordnung. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station war ein Pluspunkt. Das Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Türen im Zimmer, sowie die Fenster haben nicht richtig geschlossen, somit hat es durchgängig gezogen. Die Heizung und die Nachttischlampe waren defekt. Die Dusche war sehr dreckig, aus dem Wasserhahn kam nur kaltes Wasser und im Waschbecken klebte im Abfluss ein benutztes Kaugummi, trotz mehrfachem Reinigungs Personales. Zudem war die Halterung für die Klopapier Rolle halb von der Wand gerissen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, dennoch wurde der Bitte um eine zweite Decke nicht nachgegangen. Zum Schluss lässt sich sagen, das es keinen Kleiderschrank gab.

Aquecedor insuficiente, passamos frio. Janelas não eram bem vedadas e entrava vento direto na cama a noite toda. Banheiro não havia suporte para shampoo ou sabonete, o que dificultava muito em um box de chuveiro que já era bem apertado.

Todo muy limpio, las camas cómodas. No tiene que ver con el hotel en sí, pero se escucha mucho ruido de un bar que está a la par a la noche.
• Russell (7/5): Great location for a short stay if visiting Kensington's sights - Excellent location, for what we wanted, somewhere comfortable to spend the night close to the Royal Albert Hall. This fit the bill perfectly. The room was on the small side, but clean and cosey, with a Kettle, tea, coffee and bottled still water provided. The bed was comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. 5 minutes from Earls Court Underground, lots of take aways, supermarkets and restaurants close by. Overall a pleasant surprise, especially given some of the recent reviews I read online. The storage in the room was very limited. This wasn't an issue for our overnight stay, but might be for people staying for longer. We had a room at the front of the hotel, so traffic noise was a bit of an issue.
• Justyna (6/5): na krótki pobyt jest OK - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko to stacji metra i do większego sklepu. Ładna okolica, spacerem można dojść do Muzeum historii naturalnej. W pokoju do dyspozycji czajnik elektryczny, stale uzupełniana herbata, kawa, śmietanka, na powitaniu czekały na nas butelki z woda i herbatniki. To miła niespodzianka. Jest także powitalny zestaw kosmetyków. Pokój codziennie starannie sprzątany. Miła, pomocna obsługa. Śniadania bez warzyw, dosyć monotonne ale pozytywne są owoce, które były stale obecne oraz jogurty. Pokój bardzo mały i ciasny - własciwie tylko łózko i mały stolik, Odbiegał od zdjęć na Bookingu. Brak miejsc do siedzenia poza łóżkiem. Słabe Wi-fi., malutki telewizor. Hotel lata świetności ma za soba, przyda się malowanie ścian i mycie okien.

• Lucia (1/5): Definitely not coming back never again - The kitchen staff were very friendly. Receptionist (Sth Maria) not with a welcoming attitude and the rooms do not resemble the pictures ( e.g room was really small). Curtains are old dirty strips, which did not prevent any light from coming in so you are basically up with the first light. Not coming back
• Sharon (10/5): Great stay, comfortable, and close to the station for you to be able to get anywhere in London - Great location, short walk to the underground station. Hotel was was warm and welcoming when entering, we had a room for 6 people the room was spacious with three double beds all clean and comfortable, we had taken our grandchildren for the weekend to London to watch a stage show, so this was an ideal place to stay. What was really nice was this is the first every hotel we had stayed in that gave us plenty of coffee, tea, milk and bottles of water and even some biscoff biscuits, we had little bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap for each person which was great. All other hotels we have stayed at only gave you one to share and a max of two coffee/ tea/ milk. There were Plenty of towels for each of us to use. There was a nice big tv but we didn’t use it. We all slept very well hotel seemed pretty quite I certainly didn’t hear much noise, I would definitely stay there again Bathroom was a little small and did have a funny smell but, I was usable and had everything we needed
• LILIBETH (7/5): Bien relación precio-calidad - La ubicación porque es fácil llegar allí, además el barrio es bonito. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. Había ascensor. Limpieza cada día. Hay un local nocturno al lado y se escucha la música por la noche, pero personalmente pude dormir debido al cansancio apenas lo noté. Solo hay un espejo en el baño, se agradecería un espejo más en la habitación.
• Eca (7/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very satisfied with our experience. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and we especially appreciated that the rooms were cleaned regularly and that towels were changed frequently, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a great area, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly valued. Despite the hotel being close to a bar, it was not too noisy at night, allowing us to rest well. As a minor drawback, the furniture in the rooms felt a bit worn and could use some updating. We also missed having a bit more storage space, such as an additional shelf or wardrobe. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
• jenhU8771SQ (2/5): Awful - AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL… Had to leave after being there for 30mins and get a new hotel! We were not sleeping there! Rather sleep on the streets find better company compared to the staff who are rude and just don’t care!

• Aleksandra (7/5): Na krótki nocleg może być - Fajna lokalizacja, niedaleko metro. W pobliżu duży market w którym można zrobić zakupy. Pokój lata świetności ma już za sobą. Skrzynia łóżka małżeńskiego nadłamana przez co spało się niewygodnie. Łazienka malutka, do lekkiego remontu.
