• Alexandra (5/5): Ok - A fost foarte curat și în zona bună E primul hotel în care nu am un frigider mic, având copii, laptele l-am ținut pe geam! Am avut noroc ca a fost destul de frig încât să nu se strice

Zona foarte animată și murdară, dar nu are legătură cu hotelul. Baia din camera destul de mică, mai ales pentru o familie cu 2 copii. Mic dejun slab.

• Luigi (8/5): Semplice e staff gentile, molto consigliato - Staff gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema con la tv e ci hanno cambiato stanza, gentilissimi, colazione buona e hotel molto semplice e carino Unico piccolo difetto non dell'hotel ma la via (nonostante sia molto vicina al centro, circa 10/15 minuti a piedi) la sera potrebbe essere non sicurissima ad esempio per ragazze da sole viste le tante persone in giro, questo non cambia la mia recensione ottima per l'hotel, noi siamo una coppia e la sera non è mai successo nulla di grave

• Alexandru (1/5): Not 4 stars hotel-Misleading Rating in booking.com and extremly Poor Cleanliness – Very Disappointing e - Nothing We had a very disappointing experience and decided to leave immediately after checking in. The room was unclean, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was dirty. The reception area was also uninviting and felt more like a garage than a hotel lobby. There is also a clear mismatch in the hotel’s classification: on Booking.com it is displayed as a 4-star property ( 4 circles and also when we filter and select only 4 stars) while the hotel’s own website lists it as 1 star. This discrepancy is misleading. We understand that guests who knowingly book a 1-star hotel may have different expectations and could be satisfied with that level of accommodation. However, if a guest specifically selects a 4-star hotel and ends up in a 1-star property, this is a serious issue that should be addressed and corrected. Based on our experience, we would not at all recommend staying here. Better to sleep in the airport or the train station.

• Agostina F (1/5): Un desastre. - El personal del desayuno y mantenimiento son los únicos amables. Llegué muy temprano, la chica de pelo rojo me dijo su habitación no está lista nos vemos más tarde. Volví a las 13.45 y me quedé esperando sin preguntar nada hasta las 14.30 si por casualidad estaba lista mi habitación y me dijo que el personal de limpieza no le responde y que de todos modos el check in es a las 15.00 de muy mal modo. Que ademas pasó 80 veces al lado mío y jamás preguntó si necesitaba algo. La recepción es un desastre, no hay nadie y parece un cocina. Yo hablo mal aleman pero almenos me esfuerzo. Ella ni se esforzó ni para una sonrisa. Pedis dos camas, te dan dos camas pero juntas.. Mi habitación era superior y daba a un baldío, no tenia frigobar, colchones duros y almohadas blandas, una botellita de 25 ml nada más, una de las toallas manchadas, no pasaron a limpiar la habitación jamás (tampoco se me informó que no la iban a limpiar) el testaurant queda en el subsuelo... quería pedir algo o preguntar no había nadie en la recepción nunca. Un self check-in era lo mismo.

Vicino ci sono vari locali se una serata non si vuole allontanarsi. Scomodo molto, il letto e il cuscino. La mattina ti alzi a pezzi 😕

• VASILIANA (8/5): Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καλό, όμως η περιοχή δεν μοιάζει πολύ ασφαλής - Το πρωινό δεν ήταν πολύ πλούσιο αλλά ήταν γευστικό. Μου φάνηκε λίγο ακριβό. Την ημέρα της αναχώρησης πήγα να πληρώσω για το πρωινό μου ζήτησαν παραπάνω χρήματα από ότι είχαν στείλει μέσω email. Τελικά φάνηκε ότι η υπάλληλος είχε κάνει λάθος στον υπολογισμό των ατόμων. Ήμασταν τρεις ενήλικες και όχι δύο. Η κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν βέβαια μου ζήτησε να πληρώσω για τέσσερα άτομα. Νομίζω ότι χρειάζεται λίγο καλύτερη συνεννόηση μεταξύ των εργαζόμενων. Αυτό μας κόστισε μισή ώρα και μετά τρέχαμε να προλάβουμε για να προλάβουμε την πτήση μας.

Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super. Die Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig war , war extrem nett und hilfsbereit.Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Wir haben viele negative Bewertungen gelesen und waren angenehm überrascht. nichts zu bemängeln

Konnten dann zwar ein neues Zimmer beziehen was besser war vor allem im Bad aber immer noch nicht sauber. Nachts war es sehr laut durch die Gegend und ständig waren Sirenen zu hören

• Sadie (10/5): - It was convenient to be close to the central station & city centre. While this is a 4 star hotel the staff are definitely 5 star. I have a disability & all staff went out of their way to be helpful but especially the night porter and a husband & wife team in the kitchen/dining area. Overall the staff hospitality helped make my visit to Munich bery enjoyable N/A
