Huili (7/5): Nice, better than my expectation and it's the best choice I made. - The room layout. Separatioin between bedroom and living room space. so both of us worked at our own space. so if one wanted to take a rest, another only moved to the living room. that's great. the two air conditioned were also great. I like the kitchen corner too. wonderful. I think the clean up sign must put before 4 pm is a hard requirement. and the staff doesn't say or greet the coming one. It isn't the hotel I expect from thailand.
Jessica Bianca (6/5): Preis-Leistung ok - Lage war gut, nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Fluss. Ausstattung war ok. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist gut, nur eine Leiter/ Treppe fehlte. Leider war es etwas dreckig, in der Schublade lag eine aufgerissene Kondompackung und es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Die Duschbrauseaufhängung viel schon ab und es wären 1-2 Handtücher mehr und Seife ganz gut gewesen.

jason (10/5): - So for the second year running, I've booked this hotel for its location to the famous Iconsiem which host the Songkran festival. It's a 15 minutes walk from the Iconsiem.We live about 30 minute away from this shopping mall but we wanted the convince due to celebrating the Songkran festival we were going to get totally soaked and we did'ent want to travel by train due to the A/C and catching a cold. So thats why I have chosen Palette Bella hotel for its very good location and convinces. Everything was upto standed and I couldn't fault anything yes its a dated hotel but it works for us and my friends who stayed for the first time he was well impressed with everything it offered.
Jakob (2/5): - Very disappointing stay. The room was in poor hygienic condition and not acceptable. There was visible mold in the air conditioning, a strong unpleasant smell, moldy areas in the bathroom, and even feces residues near the toilet. We also noticed moisture damage on walls and ceiling. We were promised a room change for the next day, but the hotel refused, claiming we should have come before 10 AM – which was never mentioned. No room change, no refund, no proper solution. Would not recommend.

It was also an empty bonus that there was a pool on the roof which was a nice area to relax in. We had a mini apartment it would’ve been nice to have a fridge. We had to keep the Aircon on really cool to keep everything cold that we purchased from the shops. We also couldn’t get the TV to work.

Good food in the restaurant and cold beer for sale at the desk. Nice pool The hot water unit in my room had a mind of its own. Road noise can be a bit loud at some times.

Die Fenster sind einfachverglast und lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Der Pool ist eine Katastrophe mit trübem Wasser. Wir waren nicht darin baden.

Lewis (1/5): - Extremely disappointing stay. The toilet was blocked and never properly fixed. Housekeeping simply didn’t clean the room at all, despite being scheduled. The TV stand was broken and clearly hadn’t been checked or maintained. To make things worse, the man at reception was completely useless and offered no help or solutions when issues were reported. Poor maintenance, poor service, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

tony9567 (3/5): 房間沒吹風機去要3次，客廳燈光昏暗，浴室電燈還壞掉，更慘冷氣還漏水，房間溼答答，在房間WIFI完全連不到，換樓層也一樣，房務人員臉很臭，很有禮貌跟他要毛巾，還沒聽我講完就跑走，跟另一位反應，裝忙講手機 -

mama (5/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel Accueil du personnel désagréable il veulent pas prendre les pièces de monaie ni les billets de 1000 bats , chambres pas très propre poussier, serviette des précédents loueur en boule dans l'armoire petite cuisine mais pas de couvert enfin une catastrophe pour sois disant 4 étoile plus jamais

Nadia Anastasia (6/5): Great staff, lovely amenities, well located, but very noisy, quite moldy and terrible wifi... - ✅ Location was excellent : It's really central. So it's just a 10/15 minute walk to ICON Siam. And that is really nice! + As everywhere in Thailand pretty much, there is a 7-Eleven 5 minutes away. ✅ Staff was perfect : very nice, very helpful, always smiling. I had several questions, needed some change for the washing machines (twice!) and other things and they were always great! They dropped off 2 bottles of water, toilet paper and coffee at our door, without knocking, every day. ✅ Amenities : Lovely rooftop area with a pool, seatings, little lights in the evening. Well equipped gym area. Restaurant at the ground floor. Washing and drying machines that worked really well, only 30baht. Lots of seating space in the lobby, which is pretty, by the way. ✅ Room : Overall, it was good. 2 rooms, with a living room space, a kitchen, a big fridge with freezer, a balcony. I was in room 709 : ❌ The noise : Unfortunately, we were on the road side. And the insulation is really bad. That means that we could hear cars CONSTANTLY, as in day and night. My husband really didn't sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. I (luckily) had brought earplugs and an eyemask. ❌ The mold : in the shower and in the AC system... Like, when you turned on the AC, especially in the living room, it smelled like mold... So it was either that, either sweating all the time from the 34 degrees outside. ❌ The wifi : It basically didn't work. They share 2 wifi boxes for each floor, so everyone uses the same one. And pretty much everytime you try to connect to it, it doesn't work or is really bad. So I had to get an expensive E-sim, as I needed to be able to work on my computer.

Williette (5/5): Not worth it - Location I first got a room with no TV. I informed the resepsjonist that TV was advertised on their website. She had an attitude about changing my room, but did changed my room. I got an apartment size room. The AC in the room worked, but not the one in the living room. Even with the room door opened. The living room was hot. Clearly they don't understand place clean my room sign. Hung it up every day and no one cleaned it. They hung a plastic bag with water on the door. The trash got full, and I had no clean towels. I had to ask the resepsjonist twice befor my room got cleaned. My room was cleaned once during my 6 nights stay. The wifi is a joke. But that was expected.

wirajith (8/5): - The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to rest.
