The hotel location is also better, away from all the hustle of the street shops but still near to all the important locations & landmarks. The room size was little small for the tariff. The sound proofing could be done better as i could hear any small movement in the corridor, which could be of concern for light sleepers.

I attempted twice to contact the property before arrival regarding airport pickup and they still have not responded to my request. The motel is quite old and grubby with the hallway smelling strongly of fish sauce ? In the park across the road there was some sort of construction happening with scaffolding for a concert being erected. This noise continued till after 1 am. Power points didnt work and I had to prop up plugs in order to charge or use the power. We only stayed one of our two night booking.Definately not value for money.

So bad sleep! At 1:30 am still trying to sleep.... 2/ Some people speaking loundly at the lift (I cannot say more about the citizenship) in the morning time 3/ When I have checked out, I was asked: "where have you left the slippers?": but I had never seen any slippers in the room, I had never used any slippers during my stay ... Very frustrating after a bad sleep (I am not such type of cheap charlie). Hopefully the lobby staff did not insist

• modin2017 (6/5): Our Stay at Aristo Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City - We stayed at Aristo Saigon Hotel for 3 nights and overall had an okay stay. The location of the hotel is very good and made it easy for us to get around . Our room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day out. The staff were friendly and polite, although they mainly did what was required and didn’t really go above and beyond that to help. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for us as my wife is vegetarian and there were not many options available. We also felt the staff were not very willing to accommodate or suggest alternatives. Overall, the stay was fine mainly because of the good location and comfortable room.

Verouderd hotel maar het ergste was te gehorig, we hoorden alles wat de buren deden en alles van de gang. Grootste probleem was de airco, die blaast super koude lucht op je hoofd en lichaam als je slaapt, ook al zetten we hem op 28gr hij bleef even koud, ook op standje minst hard blazen. Dus kledij op het hoofd om te kunnen slapen.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is generous with a good variety of food ☺️ There are parking spaces at the front so convenient for us to get on Xanh taxi/Grab with luggage. We did enjoy our stay, it's good value for the central location, thank you!

• Ralitza (9/5): Great hotel - The hotel's location is great - very central, right across a small park, within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The area is pleasant and you can find many restaurants, shops, cafes and stores nearby. The staff is very polite and helpful, the room is spacious and clean. The price was a bit on the higher side for the city but it was definitely worth the comfort. If it was a bit cheaper I would give it a 10. The laundry service is kind of expensive but it was a good quality service.

• ☭ Hoa Sen ☭ (3/5): - Room and facilities were relatively clean. I live in Da Lat and booked 1 night to take care of some business in HCMC. Checked in, running around all day, got back to the hotel around 20:00 and there was no water in our room. No water was set out on our floor for guests either. I went down to the lobby and asked for water for our room and the reception directed me to the "lounge" area just outside the front doors and pointed to a small cooler with a few bottles of cold water. I asked for two, which they handed to me. I said thank you and started to go back to our room and was immediately surrounded by 3 employees blocking me against the window. One asked 'how are you going to pay for that, sir?' "Seriously? There's no water in my room at all." "Yes" "Isn't there any complimentary water for guests?" "No. How do you pay for this?” Ended up paying 120k for two 8oz bottles (that usually cost me 5k), then they let me go. Total scam. I've never stayed at any hotel here that refused to provide free water for guests. Maybe HCMC is just getting this bad. Electronic door lock didn't want to lock half of the time. Hard to make it work either inside or outside the room. Went to breakfast upstairs at 06:10 for maybe 15 mins. Came back and we were totally locked out of the room. Went down to the lobby to get help back into our room. The receptionist tried to argue we already checked out, which we certainly were not. They had to send someone up to let us into our room again and give us a new keycard. Room felt too small. Beds and bedding were pretty uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well. Not enough towels. Complimentary breakfast had no vegetarian food other than white bread, some sliced cucumbers and steamed potato wedges. Awful. Price was 50% discounted for the off-season so not too expensive for HCMC, which isn't saying much. Way too expensive at normal rate though. I've stayed more comfortably at motels, tbh.
• Dmitry (9/5): - Отель удачно расположен минутах в 15 пешком от центра города. В номере было всё необходимое: телевизор, холодильник, чайник и т.п. Самое прикольное, в стоимость номера был включен ежедневно обновляемый мини бар. Кровать удобная, в меру жесткая. На завтрак надо было поднять по лестнице. Завтрак шведский стол. У стойки заказываете как вам пожарить яйца (омлет, болтунья или глазунья) , а всё остальное набираете сами. В целом завтрак понравился, всё необходимое было. Голодным точно не уйдешь. Из минусов могу указать только на размер номера, достаточно тесный номер. Но учитывая, что в нём мы только ночевали, то это не критично.

The hotel is quite dated, and I had my expectations high as the pictures looked great... but I must say it's a fair hotel. Our shower didn't have proper water pressure, but staff was very helpful and they were able to accommodate us in a different room. Pool is internal and heated, and somehow they heat food in the same area. The steam made it to be constantly smelling food around there, which was not that pleasant to relax. We ended up giving up on using the facilities.

• Chi (8/5): Für Erkundungen ideal geeignet. - Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber robust. Es war relativ ruhig, vor allem wenn Zimmer nicht zur Straße hin waren. Minibar war kostenlos und wurde immer nachgefüllt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und abwechslungsreich. Das Putzpersonal war nicht so laut und aufdringlich wie in anderen Hotels. Der Fitnessraum war extrem klein und die Ausstattung war nicht nennenswert. Der Saunabereich hatte keinen richtigen Pool, sondern ehrer eine überdimensionale Badewanne. Die Masseurinnen wurden einem zugewiesen.

The Spa was very nice. The breakfast room and staff were very, very good. I highly recommend Aristo. Good location and close to several sites of interest.
• Sabine (8/5): - Schön etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, aber alles solide und sauber, bequemes Bett, ich hab mich sicher und wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, ich war im 8. Stock und fand es vergleichsweise leise. Üppiges Frühstücksbuffet mit breiter Auswahl von asiatisch bis europäisch, leckerer Kaffee. Aufmerksames und höfliches Personal. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse zur Straße hin, nicht super schön, aber für eine Pause oder auch zum Arbeiten gut. Top W-Lan überall. Gute Lage, viele Museen und Parks sind zu Fuß erreichbar, viele hippe Restaurants und sehr leckere Straßenstände. Aktuell ist eine Baustelle gegenüber, wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann.

• Shu yi (9/5): 非常滿意且完美的住宿體驗 - 服務人員很親切且處理事情很有效率，飯店地點非常好離市區好近，斜對角有好吃的麵包咖啡店。 浴室因水壓頗弱，會建議安裝手拿式蓮蓬頭。

• Christine (10/5): - Accueil très chaleureux du personnel toujours à la disposition des clients, chambre confortable, beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner inclus (spécialités vietnamiennes, fruits et jus de fruits frais), très bon restaurant sur place. Les principaux centres d'intérêts sont accessibles à pied et il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité. L'hôtel propose aussi des soins Spa pour un excellent rapport qualité -prix.
