• Nataliia (7/5): Сделать нормальный интернет и подключить к нему тв - Останавливалась в этом отеле, т. к. оттуда отправляется автобус на Киев. Неплохой отель, завтрак-шведский стол, все вкусно. Номер комфортный. У нас был ранний отъезд, дали завтрак с собой. В отеле неустойчивый интернет, постоянно отключался. Смарт телевизор подключается к WiFi только через модем в телефоне, что очень неудобно. А на ресепшен сказали, что телевизор как смарт вообще не работает, что не соответствует истине.

• Emilbek (6/5): If you're looking for a place to stay overnight, this is a good option, but not for a long stay. - Near the bus station. Nice staff. Good breakfast. My window faced a busy highway, and it didn't close properly. Because of this, I had to sleep with headphones on. Quite clean, but not everywhere.

• Andrea (10/5): Clean, lovely staff, walking distance to Istanbul Europe. - Close to Istanbul Europe. Clean. Lovely staff. It is in an industrial area and while it is walking distance to the bus station it involves climbing up and down steps that go over a major road which could be difficult with heavy luggage. The hotel is quite difficult to get to with public transport and you really need a taxi or uber to get the last bit from Fatih. Unless you really need to get close to the bus station the night before, it might be worth staying in a more touristy area of Istanbul and then ubering to the station early enough for catching the bus. But if the bus station isn’t an issue- the hotel itself is completely fine.

• Roza (4/5): - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. One of the best parts was the breakfast, which I really enjoyed. There was a good selection of food, everything tasted fresh, and it was a very nice start to the day. The hotel also has a good atmosphere, and some parts of the stay were comfortable. Although there were a few things that could be improved, I still appreciated the positive sides of my visit. The breakfast especially left a very good impression on me. Overall, I can say that my experience had positive moments, and I am grateful for the good service in some areas. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The only thing I really liked was the breakfast. It was good, fresh, and enjoyable. However, the room did not meet the standard of a five-star hotel at all. From the beginning, I felt that the hotel did not look the way it was presented online. The bathroom was in poor condition: the tap handle was broken and even fell off, which was quite shocking because it was heavy. The shower was old, and the water pressure was very weak. There were also dark marks around the bathtub, which looked like mold or dirt. The bathroom did not feel clean, and the overall condition of the room seemed old and badly maintained. Another serious problem was the large gap in the bathroom door, which affected privacy and was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Overall, apart from the breakfast, I was very disappointed. In my opinion, this hotel does not match the level expected from a five-star hotel.

• Amna (9/5): - Everything was so good from receptionist to cleaning staff, everyone was so welcoming. Hotel is near the Otagar station that's another plus point. We received everything we asked for thanks to Esea and Ishak's assistance. Couples should be given specific timing for spa services.

Персонал усміхнений, розбудили вранці як я просила і в дорогу дали ланчбокс, так як виїзжала рано зранку. В номері були вода, чайник, пакетики чаю з цукром, все чисто і охайно Трохи шумно, але це мені не заважало спати. В номері багато різних ламп, але всеодно якось трохи темно, світла мені не вистачало

• 202mahe (2/5): Health Hazard: Smoking Everywhere, Zero Guest Care - Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Smoking is allowed everywhere, in the rooms and even inside the restaurant. The air is thick with cigarette smoke and triggered my asthma. Rooms are tiny, dark, and disgusting. Staff don’t care, no rules, no discipline. If you value your health, stay far away from this place.

Die Reinigung war super, sehr sauber.Turgut Bey war der sympathischste und hat gerne geholfen. Die Lage und das Hotel kriegen von mir ein OK. Wir waren im ersten Zimmer und hatten schon einige Sachen die undicht waren und nicht funktioniert haben. Wie z.B. der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und die Toiletten Tür ging nicht zu. Ebenso waren die Fenster so undicht, dass Kälte rein kam und wir alles im Zimmer hören konnten, wie die Menschen und die Autos. Als wir uns beschwert hatten, hat uns Turgut Bey ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, welches im Hinterhof war, wo es leiser sein sollte, hier genau die selben Probleme. Fenster undicht alles mitbekommen und Zimmernachbarn total laut und Toiletten Tür ging nicht zu. Hat man was von Zimmertelefon an der Rezeption angefordert , wurde man ignoriert, man musste jedes Mal runter.Spa Bereich als Damen nicht nutzbar , da es sich nur Männer dort aufhalten und man sich nicht wohl fühlt

The area around the hotel itself isn't brilliant and my street facing room a little noisy with the traffic on a busy road. Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. Room was comfortable, clean. WiFi worked well. Tea making facilities. Bathroom in good order although there were disposable little bottles of shower gel and shampoo when many hotels are now using dispensers. A very good buffet breakfast (from 07:00) with wide selection of hot food, cheese, cold meat, salad etc. Overall, this hotel was well priced.

• Ni (7/5): People are very nice and friendly. If you have any issues, they will try their best to help. Even though the hotel is on - The staff are very nice and friendly. Whenever you have any issues, they are always ready to help. Even though the hotel is only about an 8-minute walk to the metro, it’s quite far from the main tourist attractions — you need to take 2–3 transfers to get there. The room near the road was very noisy; I could hear traffic most of the time, even at midnight. There was no air conditioning at the end of October. It might feel cold for local people, but for someone coming from a place where 20°C is considered summer, it was quite hot. The swimming pool was not very clean. My kids got small cuts or scratches on their hands after swimming.
