La calidad del desayuno esta ok, pero tiene oportunidad de mejora en variedad. Además, el puntaje que tiene el desayuno es demasiado alto para lo que es. El gimnasio es muy pequeño y un poco descuidado.

The rooms look like they had been renovated, but not well. The slope of the shower tiling was such that we always ended up with a pool of water in front of the toilet.

Zimmer sind schön und betten sehr bequem Das Frühstück war nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel angemessen, wir haben in Hostels in Argentinien besser gefrühstückt. Der Spa Bereich und Gym Bereich ist an sich schön, bräuchte aber deutliche Renovierungen. Die Geräte im Gym sind alt, das Laufband ging nicht und es gibt keine Klimaanlage (der warme Dampf vom Spa kommt direkt rüber). Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön, aber da es keine Regeln für die Sauna gibt gehen alle Leute mit nassen Badesachen und ohne Handtücher rein und das Holz ist entsprechend beschädigt. Auf meiner Liege sind Ameisen gewandert und der Pool war sehr trüb.

Cristina (4/5): Not as expected. - The location is great. Nice and quiet neighborhood. This is not a 4-star hotel. The carpets and walls are dirty, the mattresses are flimsy, and the bathrooms are old. The towels and bed linens are worn and overall cleanliness is below what you’d expect. We had specific issues during our stay: bed sheets with holes, a screw sticking out in the shower that could cut your feet, and a bathroom with broken tiles and not clean when we first checked in. The staff did apologize and offered us a bottle of wine and 15% discount, which we appreciated, but we believe it's important to provide an honest review for future guests who are considering staying here.

Si bien no es responsabilidad del hotel, entiendo que se debe de dar aviso al huésped, de manera de planificar acorde.
