Molto noiosa questa situazione. Però, fin da subito per im problema della mancanza TV e dei lavori in corso, ci hanno offerto la colazione gratuita, che ammetto abbiamo apprezzato per la qualità e abbondanza.

- SCHAERER C (4/5): Déception et surcroît - Nous avions réservé cet hôtel et payé sur Booking 2 mois avant notre départ sans remboursement possible . 3 jours avant l'hôtel nous contacte pour nous dire qu'ils étaient pleins et qu'ils nous placaient dans un hôtel partenaire. L'hôtel partenaire était bien placé au centre ville mais sans parking. Nous avons du payer un parking public à 60 € par jour, ce que nous avions pas prévu dans notre budget.

Служител на хотела направи неуместна забележка за посоката на паркиране, доката бариерата от входната страна беше блокирана от микробус за дълго време, а друг служител ни уведоми, че може да се влезне от и от другата страна.

- Carolyn (10/5): A lovely hotel that offers great service. - I really liked my room. It was recently redecorated. Very charming and inviting. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The hotel is quite lovely. The price is a bit steep.

No se sintucimos mala suerte, pero fueron pasando pequeñas cosas (una luz imposible de apagar a la que tuvieron que poner esparadrapo; una ducha que se inundó y que obligó a cambiarnos de habitación; una tele que no funcionaba y que nadie pudo arreglar).

Tijdens ons vorige verblijf hadden wij een klacht over de kamer en dat is uiterst serieus genomen en ruimschoots vergoed. Echt top! We stayed in the newly refurbished rooms & they were amazing. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. - Ximena (8/5): - Habitaciones pequeñas, pero cómodas. El desayuno mejoró mientras estábamos ahí e incluyeron más opciones de comida, sanas, ricas y diversas. Hay estaciones de tram cerca del hotel por lo que es fácil conectarte al centro y a zonas de museos. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca y supermercados por si se necesita cualquier cosa La frecuencia de limpieza de habitaciones hizo todo un poco más complicado.

- K1980H (8/5): Good location and service. - Good size room with high ceilings. Good sized Terrace. Breakfast was good. Plenty of restaurants around the area and good connections into the centre. There were very loose paving stones on the terrace. There was construction noise from the floor above during the day. We did complain about this as there was no notice of construction when booking the hotel or upon check-in.

- Almuth (8/5): Lage , Ausstattung und Frühstück gut und bequem. - Gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber, Gute Verkehrsanbindung ( tram) , geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nettes Personal; Entgegenkommen wegen Defekt der Heizung war vorhanden , nach Rücksprache . Recht laut ( Strassenverkehr) , am Wochenende. besonders auch in der Nacht , wenn Zimmer nach vorn. Klimaanlage heizte nicht ( Zimmer 2 Tage ca 17-18 Grad) , ein Defekt. Parkplatz vor dem Haus recht kostenintensiv, aber bequem .

- gabriel (7/5): Great location, lovely place - Great location, stunning place and friendly staff. The room was very nice and modern and quiet. There was paid parking available. Bathroom shower is poorly designed and it’s extremely easy to flood the whole bathroom. Additionally the shower wasn’t draining properly.
- Josko (7/5): - Kind staff. Clean, quite, large rooms. Tram station in front of the hotel. No slippers and bottle of water in the room. Avarage hotel breakfast, very expensive.
