• Linda (9/5): Very comfortable in a good location. - The accommodation was roomy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The fun fare opposite was noisy until after 11 pm and the bedroom was overlooking the bright lights. The balcony never got the sun.

• Sergio (10/5): ESTANCIA PERFECTA EN ORLANDO - Ubicación, precio y espacio perfecto para la visita a Orlando. Fuímos a los parques en visita express. El apartamento es enorme, muy bien equipado, muy limpio. La recepción amable en checkin y checkout, no precisamos nada más. Insisto, el apartamento tenía de todo y todo muy nuevo. Amenities de buena calidad y con TODO, hasta jabón para la lavadora y el lavavajillas. Supermercado y restaurantes variados a distancia de caminar. Si encontramos tarifas tan buenas como la que tuvimos, volveremos siempre. Haber tenido más días para disfrutarlo.
• Jazzmine (10/5): Homestyle resort - Very clean, gave all the necessities in the kitchen. And in a very good location. There was only two trash cans in the property and they’re very small trash cans. One in the bathroom in the master suite and one in the kitchen.
• Steven (8/5): Unbeatable value for families - The location was great for visiting Universal Studios. There is a small theme park nearby, but we were not disturbed by it. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We had a two bedroom unit, which was great for our group of five. The value was unbeatable compared to other accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked with updated appliances. Washer & dryer in the unit. The kids enjoyed the pool area. The property is pretty well maintained, but it needs a deep clean (dirty vents, worn carpet & the spa tub needs thoroughly cleaned).

• ekurt (10/5): - Excellent location and hotel. For the cost, it was a great deal for several of us staying together for Warped Tour. In fact, I feel like half the hotel was guests attending the concert festival. Rooms and living spaces were quite spacious and well lit, with full kitchen and bath and bedroom, plus master and bath. Master room had a hot tub next to the bed space, but it wasn't the best looking (off pink, and stained), not that you'd use a hotel hot tub anyway.

• FABYAN80 (8/5): Buen lugar, con lo justo. - Bien ubicado y las instalaciones con lo justo para pasar una semana en el lugar. El tema de limpieza y el suministro de insumos deberia estar incluido en las estancias largas sin costo alguno y no a peticion. Deberian disponer en las unidades algun explicativo de las amenidades del lugar y horarios.

Having a full kitchen and laundry available was very helpful. The location was excellent. So close to the Universal Parks and shopping areas. The signage for the check-in office could be clearer/larger. Both myself and another guest I saw had trouble finding the office, which is right at the back of the building down a long path.

And very spacious has a porch and pool to relax at! The room and amenities were great, but it wasn’t very clean. Once we walked in it smelled of animal and the shower curtains smelled like mildew. I purchased my own cleaning supplies while we stayed and cleaned the bathrooms and sprayed the room for smell. The carpets and furniture need to be deeply cleaned or replaced. If clean this location and room would have been great!

While we were there pool was being refurbished which we did know about before we went looks like it will be really nice when complete only slight issue was air con units were outside our apartment and could be a little noisy at times
