• Jose Raúl (9/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación es excepcional. A dos pasos del metro y si querés andar a pie también lo podes hacer porque está relativamente cerca todo. Muy limpio y el personal muy amable. El baño y la ducha son demasiados pequeños.

• Alicia (7/5): - L'emplacement était super ! Assez central pour quasiment tout faire à pied. Mauvaise isolation sonore (des boules quies sont fournies). La porte de la chambre était vitrée, pas une très bonne intimité, même si un store pouvait être descendu.

• Лидия Петрова (9/5): Нощувка в делукс стая с балкон - Посетихме Рим за първи път! Останахме очаровани от местоположението на квартирата! Метрото линия А е на минута разстояние, хранителен магазин Carrefour също на 1-2 минути, магазинчета със сувенири на добри цени са до входната врата. Има много хубави малки закусвални със страхотни кроасани с крем, малко ресторантче за паста на 3 минути от мястото, също така на 5 минути от други два ресторанта, които готвят божествено, джелато също в много близък периметър. Стаята ни се почистваше ежедневно. Комуникацията със собственика беше отлична. Хладилника не работеше, но се надяваме за следващите гости да бъде поправен. Вратата на терасата не се отваря нормално, трябва да я бутнеш в горния край над пантата и тогава да дръпнеш дръжката, в противен случай тя просто увисва. Имаше малко мравки по пода. Балконът беше прашен и няма гледка от него, а от ресторанта под него се чуваше нон стоп дрънчене на чинии и се носеше вкусна миризма на готвено. Стаята е в един апартамент с още три стаи с гости, които се чуват постоянно като влизат и излизат, и когато не се съобразяват с останалите. Стаята, която наехме беше Делукс стая с балкон, а леглото беше разтегателен диван! Мисля, че за такава стая трябва да се постараят малко повече. За 4 нощувки се преживява при положение, че излизаш рано и се прибираш късно. Можеше да е и по-зле, но със сигурност очаквах повече!

• Alma (7/5): - Locatie is echt fijn om de stad te verkennen, tegen Piazza del Popolo aan, dichtbij het oude centrum en letterlijk om de hoek van de metro. Kamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, fijn bed, veel voorzieningen. Een klein beetje onhandig dat bij het algemene 'keukentje' geen wasbak zit, maar er is wel koffie/thee, etc. Kamer is ruim en prettig. Bed is fijn en meerdere kussens aanwezig. Contact met de eigenaar was prettig, omschrijving voor Check in was duidelijk! Appartement is vrij oud en daarom wat luid, je hoort de deuren dichtslaan van de buren en de geur van iemand die rookte kwam onze kamer binnen. Locatie is top, maar er is wel veel geluid van buiten (mensen, verkeer, herrie), wij vonden dat prima, maar houd hier rekening mee als je een lichte slaper bent. Hygiëne kan echt beter: kamer kan beter schoon gemaakt worden. Er lag veel stof en viezigheid onder het bed. De badkamer blijft erg vochtig (luchtsysteem was ook uit uitgeplugt), er zat schimmel op het plafond en in de douchecabine. Dit moet echt beter gereinigd worden. De douchedeuren sluiten slecht en is wat krap, maar wel een fijne waterdruk en goed heet water. Fijne grote spiegels ook!

• Marta (6/5): This is a good place to have a comfortable sightseeing on Rome, but take the important things as you go out - Localisation was great, just by the Popolo Square, close to the centre, the metro station, bus and tram a minute from the building. 50m to Carrefour, nice trattoria by the corner. It was clean. The room with a kitchenette was quiet. In the corridor there was fridge, refridgerator, kettle and coffee express available for all guests. If we didn't experience the last evening before departure tyle overall note would be 9/10. The host is available in case of a problem and tried to make the stay nice for us. When we got back to the room on the last evening before the departure we noticed a strange cleaning happened. Our things were reorganized and placed in different bags and on another shelfs, some of our belongings were missing. Private things like cosmetics, medicine and clothes were moved and placed elsewhere. Female sleeping shorts, headphones and sunglasses were missing as well as the phone charger and a cable. Another charger with a pług not applicable for my boyfriend's phone was placed on the table. The missing charger got us very irritated as we needed to charge the phone for the flight to have the tickets available and we were leaving in the early morning. The host came and found the missing shorts in the laundry but the other things turned out to be on the cleaner's house. Eventually the cleaner returned them the next day in the morning and luckily the neightbour from the apartament next door lend us his spare charger. The host acted quickly and I want to belive this was caused just by the careless cleaning. We didn't even wanted the cleaning that day and left a sign not to clean but we were told the sign was dropped on the floor so the preventive cleaning was performed. The missing things were not valuable. We were there for a week, if similar accident would happen after the 1st day I would be afraid to stay there for the whole week. Also the minifridge in the room was not working since the 1st day but the one on the corridor was available so the food storage problem was solved.

• Karin (7/5): - Extrem super Lage, nahe U-Bahn und Altstadt, Restaurants und Geschäften. Self-check in kein Problem. Personal sehr nett. Wir wussten, daß unser Bad am Gang war, es war alles sehr sauber, aber dann doch etwas unpraktisch, aber dafür war es ein super Preis.

Dal bagno emanava un intenso odore di scarichi camuffato con il profumo emanato da un diffusore di essenze, altrettanto sgradevole. Probabilmente sarebbe sufficiente chiudere ermeticamente la piletta di scarico. La zona è rumorosa, ma è normale, vista la posizione. Ci sono tappi per le orecchie a disposizione nel corridoio comune.

• Germano Riccardo (5/5): ottima posizione, bagno da rivedere. - la posizione ottima, si raggiunge praticamente tutto a piedi, e se non vuoi camminare, la metro è ad un passo, compreso il tram sotto casa. le dimensioni della camera buone. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto negativa. Dal bagno proveniva una puzza indescrivibile e persistente, difficile anche da definire. Il profumatore presente all’interno peggiorava ulteriormente la situazione. Siamo stati costretti a tenere il sistema di aerazione acceso per tutta la notte pur di attenuare l’odore, rendendo praticamente impossibile dormire. Un disagio importante che ha compromesso il soggiorno

Locatia amplasata langa transportul in comun - statia de tramvai chiar la intrarea in cladire, iar metroul la 2 minute. Chiar daca se afla in centru si zgomotul orasului este unul imens, inauntrul camerei nu s-a auzit, am avut liniste. Curatenie impecabila, Massimiliano a raspuns imediat cum l-am contactat. La stanza dove ho alloggiato per 4 notti (la n. 4) era pulita e disponeva di un balcone sul lato interno, dettaglio positivo che ha migliorato un’esperienza nel complesso migliorabile La struttura è un appartamento suddiviso in stanze con corridoio comune. Due di queste non hanno il bagno privato e utilizzano quello in comune, situato nel corridoio. L’insonorizzazione dello stabile è praticamente ASSENTE: si sentono costantemente le porte aprirsi e chiudersi, e i rumori provenienti dal bagno in comune. La mia camera aveva, fortunatamente, il bagno privato, ma al posto del letto c’era un divano-letto piuttosto scomodo, dettaglio non indicato nell’annuncio (vedi foto). Definirla “Camera Matrimoniale Deluxe con Balcone” risulta quindi fuorviante. Nel complesso, l’esperienza potrebbe ricordare quella di un ostello. Prezzi elevati rispetto alla qualità offerta. Con una migliore insonorizzazione, il rapporto qualità-prezzo sarebbe più equilibrato.

Un unico bollitore per l'acqua in ingresso per tutte le stanze, per giunta in una zona scarsamente illuminata. Anche tazze e bicchieri non disponibili nelle stanze. Assenza di bottiglie d'acqua.
