JUN (8/5): 快適でした。 - 洗濯機の部屋を選べる事がバンコク滞在中の快適度を抜群に高めてもらいました。1年では1番暑い5月では外出して戻れば汗グッショリですが洗いと乾燥ができる洗濯機は重宝しました。持ってくる衣服も洗濯機がある事で予め最低枚数で済みました。また、最寄り駅近くまではshuttle三輪車が便利で毎日使わせてもらいました。スタッフも皆さん素晴らしいと思います。来年も楽しみにしています。PS: 冷蔵庫も大型ですのでまとめ買いできてこちらも重宝しました。古さは感じますがそれなりに清潔にされていると思います。

Cassie (3/5): Misleading pictures, very dated and smelly. Would not go back - We liked the pool and a large comfortable bed Tried to charge us again at check in, did not have a third bed prepared for our friend who was also staying (I had messaged on Booking.com to arrange this months prior). The room was very dated, not very clean at all. The whole “suite” we were upgraded to was just awful and old. Could tell the room had been smoked in for years and the aircon unit in the kitchenette was dripping and smelled like foist / mould. The balcony was small with a safety net over (not very aesthetic!!) and taxis took a while to get to the busier more tourist attractions so location wasn’t great either. Only booked this to be closer to embassy but still took 30 mins! Overall very disappointed as the reviews looked ok, but everything else was dirty, smelly and old. Even the cupboards and wardrobes smelled awful! The camp bed which was set up was very uncomfortable and the quilt they covered up was stained and awful. Would not recommend staying here

che-hao (4/5): - Some staff will nice to help you , you could wash and dry your clothes in the room. It is perfectly for long term visitor. 1. They told me the gym will be close 10:00 pm , all the lights are closed on 09:45 pm. It is very dangerous for people who are excerising. We feedback that to the staff on April 11st night , she said sorry and will improve it. 2. It is happend again on April 12nd night , staff also said sorry and will improve it. In the fact that I am very disappoint about that and I do not want to use that anymore. 3. Your free shuttle bus can be used till 10:00 pm , I can not find any staff help us on April 14th 09:30 pm. When I asked the front desk staff , he just told me close on 10:00 pm. I said that current time is 9:30 not 10. He told me that "OK,OK go to outside check". Then I saw a person come from the front desk door. It is make me feel annoying. I can accept the staff go to toilet or take break for security , but the front desc staff responsed is not suitable. 4.We are very sorry for leaving some cookie crumbs on the floor while having a snack the other night. When we come back to hotel that the cookie crumbs still on there. We even left a tip, yet the basic cleaning wasn't even done.

Lyndsay (8/5): Great value hotel but ask for tower 1or 2! - Overall the hotel was great. It had everything we needed as a family of 3… including a bedroom for our son so he don’t have to sleep in the room with us. The bed was comfortable compared to other Thailand hotel beds which tend to be rock solid. I slept very well. Housekeeping was daily and done well. Bottled water was always plentiful. Staff were pleasant and tuk tuk always there to take us to the top of the soi . Oh, the washer/dryer got plenty of use too. The location wasn’t the best. Lots of noise coming from Soi 4 as we were in tower 3. The walk down the road from the station was long in the heat. We never did mange to get the tuk tuk back down road after a long day. But I think we would stay there again as the positives outweigh this.

Andrija (9/5): Excellent stay in a prime location with only minor drawbacks. - The stay at the hotel in Bangkok was excellent with almost no complaints. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The pool was clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly, and the location on Sukhumvit was perfect. The only minor issue was the WiFi, which was occasionally slow or unstable. Otherwise, everything was at a high standard.

La piscina sul roof molto bella e funzionale come il resto dei servizi offerti, palestra, sauna, ecc. niente.
silvan (8/5): - Die Räumlichkeiten waren äußerst sauber, und es wurden frische Handtücher vor der Tür bereitgestellt, falls kein Reinigungsservice erwünscht war. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, und die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war unzureichend. Des Weiteren wurden Moskitos festgestellt, obwohl die Fenster durchgehend geschlossen waren.

cedermark (7/5): Got a great photo on the sunset from my balcony - Det är väldigt bra och nära till terminal 21 om man gillar shopping. Det var väldigt kallt pga AC och kändes lite för typ svenskt när man var där. Om man är på business trip är det perfekt men om du är där som par skulle jag rekommendera ett annat boende. Poolen stängdes också helt plötsligt från ingenstans pga lite duggregn. Men utöver detta var det ett helt ok hotell

Zaya (6/5): Central location, friendly nice staff - The location was pretty central, close to the Bumrungrad international hospital, you could even walk. There were lots of restaurants, fast food and shopping mall in the vicinity. The hotel provided a free tuktuk shuttle to the main street. The staff was exceptionally friendly and were always ready to help, thank you once again from the bottom of my heart. Breakfast was also pretty decent. The property in general was immensely rundown. The room was not clean on a closer inspection. It had nothing to do with the cleaning staff, she worked hard every day I’ve seen that. It’s just that the facilities were really old. My room had a pretty strong stench of mold which bothered us a lot. First I wanted to change the room but then figured other rooms may probably have the same unpleasant smell and decided not to.

CELINE (3/5): Je n’y retournerai jamais - À part la piscine et l’emplacement… rien, clim bruyante, la quasi totalité des prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas, la douche et l’appartement était sale, on a trouvé un cafard un matin dans le lavabo, le petit déjeuner vraiment basique. Pour trouver la bonne température dans la douche ce fut une bataille. Personnel pas agréable après s’être plaint à la réception et sur booking… on nous a donner une chambre moins bien après s’être plaint de tout cela. Je conseille pas cet hôtel désolé

Anthony (9/5): - Excellent location, close to both night life and all the shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady on the front counter. Would definitely recommend. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open in the evenings, but there's plenty of dining options a short walk away.
Joannes (8/5): Fijn verblijf. - Goede locatie op loopafstand van enkele hotspots. Bij aankomst bleek dat in de kamer naast ons verbouwd werd kregen we gelijk een upgrate, helemaal top! Heb eigenlijk geen negatieve ervaring.
Igor (8/5): - Отличный номер. Есть стиральная машина, кухня, смарт телевизор. Выход на две улицы. Клёвый бассейн, доступен до 22 часов. Очень уютно, душевно. Можно воспользоваться бесплатными велосипедами. От отеля до главной улицы, где метро BTS ходит бесплатный шаттл, по запросу может довезти обратно. Отель несколько староват, до главной улицы пешком далековато - минут 10-15, но есть шаттл-тук тук!
Cheryl (9/5): - We had a comfortable, nice sized apartment. Good fresh breakfast was included. Loved the gym facilities, ping pong table, pool , roof garden and free yoga class. Staff was friendly and helpful. For better or for worse, the street the hotel is on is a red light district. But it is super close to Bumrungrad Hospital which is why we were in Bangkok.And the elevated train line is nearby.

Lasse (4/5): Skuffende ophold - At rejse derfra igen, det var virkelig ikke det som jeg ser andre score her på ratingen Vi var virkelig skuffede. Vi rejste en dag før planlagt fra hotellet. Bilelderne svarer ikke til virkeligheden. Måske var vi bare uheldige at få et ikke-renoveret værelse, men det var virkelig skuffende. Fugt var slået igennem i loftet, der lugtede og ikke var særligt hyggeligt.

Nonostante abbia fatto presente la situazione, hanno mandato un manutentore senza risolvere il problema. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina in quanto hanno pochissimi lettini. La cosa più sgradevole è stata al momento del check out perché in attesa del taxi sono dovuto risalire in stanza con il receptionist perché non aveva visto l’asciugacapelli in bagno.
