Roelof (10/5): Great stay at the Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is very spacious and the room cleanliness is excellent. Everything needed is present in the room: plenty of storage space, a very large bathtub and a very large (rain) shower, a smart TV, a handy Bluetooth speaker, an electric sunscreen and electric curtains, a small fridge (which also serves as a minibar), coffee and tea supplies and daily replenishment, as well as the replenishment of two bottles of water. The staff is particularly friendly and present in large numbers at the excellent breakfast buffet. The breakfast offers more than enough choice: rolls, many different types of cheese, a salad bar, hot dishes, cold dishes and desserts, fresh fruit, cereals, several juices, and a number of different types of coffee, such as cappuccino, espresso, and lungo. In short: a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Oya (10/5): Excellent stay - Great location, just footsteps away from Levent Underground station and bus stops to Besiktas. Nice city views of the skyline. Very friendly and kind staff. Room was very clean and neat and breakfast has a wide selection + lots of extras you can order come for free as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again. That's a detail but the lobby area is very small - it would be nice to have a seating area with armchairs/sofas, where you can read, or meet a friend, or if you come as a group and need a gathering space to spend time together.

It is very close to the Levent Pazar where you could find many restaurants, supermarkets, liquor stores, pharmacy etc. Breakfast was delicious. They have an open bar plus you can order free extra dishes like Turkish menemen, eggs benedict or omlete. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom and a great view.

Sevgi (8/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, super gelegen. - Die Mitarbeitenden beim Hoteleingang sowie an der Reception und explizit ein Mitarbeitender beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr grosszügig gestaltet. Teilweise waren die Mitarbeitenden beim Frühstück nicht sehr aufgestellt und freundlich (bis auf einen). Es gab wohl eine zusätzliche Karte, bei dir wir Eierspeisen und weiteres hätten bestellen können, leider hat man uns darüber erst zwei Tage vor Abreise informiert. Weiter hat es fast nie geklappt, dass es Einweg-Servietten auf dem Tisch hat. Wir mussten immer bestellen. Auch standen zwei Mitarbeitende im vorderen Bereich - sie kamen nicht regelmässig im hinteren Bereich vorbei.

Don’t be deceived by the exterior , Clam modern inviting interior with amazing fresh flowers in reception . Our room was modern and had everything we needed ,sofa was used for our daughter to sleep on it was very comfortable and versatile, the room did get quite warm through the night ( we should have asked how to use the heating system to allow a cooler temp) great view over the main road and the metro city shopping centre . The traffic didn’t disrupt us in any way whatsoever so ever . Spa facilities were amazing and the hot beds helped relieve our stress from hectic days , the pool was to cold for us to use but the hotel was very quite due to Ramadan celebrations and we thought that maybe they didn’t want heat due to this . Next stay if it’s the same we will definitely mention this . All staff are very friendly people who will always make sure that your needs are attended too. This included from front door throughout. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and great views watching the world go buy . The bar was amazing also with lovely food and a modern atmosphere. We can’t wait to book to come back to Hyatt Centric Levent ! Keep up the hard work 👏and don’t change a thing 😌

Алцек (9/5): - The room is perfect. Clean and warm during the winter season. Very good breakfast. The cleaning staff is very responsive. I would recommend improving the soundproofing. The conversations from the neighboring rooms can be heard quite loudly. Also, the table that is built into the wall is somehow connected to the table in the adjacent room, and when the person in the other room was using it, it would move on my side as well.

СПА неплохой. стандарты обслуживания, персонал, ужин отвратительный. Мне принесли черствые профитроли и даже не извинились, когда я пожаловалась. Категорически не советую брать ужин (обед) - это сет меню с блюдами типа лаваша с курицей или мясом. Стандарты обслуживания не соответствуют 5 звездам и тем более не соответствуют стандартам Хайят.
r0anne0 (10/5): A hotel that ticks many boxes - As a former resident of Istanbul, this hotel is my go-to accommodation whenever I visit, which is at least 3 times a year. Very large rooms with a sleek design and fair pricing. It’s in a great location, connected to many important roads, with convenience stores 24/7 and a metro stop around the corner. As central as it is, the area is absolutely safe. I never had a problem walking my dog at late hours. Nearby are office towers where many global companies are located, opposite to 3 large shopping malls and adjacent to a metro stop with a train line that takes you to old town Istanbul for sightseeing. On the ground floor, Gold Bar & Restaurant offers a comprehensive menu (also fairly priced). The service was great. Our waiter Muhammet was very attentive and kind. I would strongly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Maysam (8/5): - Location was conveniently located adjacent to Metro Station. The staff were friendly and attentive. No ramp at entrance, so we had to ask for assistance to staff every time we came in or wanted to go out, since we had stroller. Although having said this, the staff were very attentive to this matter and they would immediately assist upon seeing our arrival. The breakfast was not bad, nothing extravagant or fancy but decent and fresh. The room we booked was supposed to be a King suite but it was really good sized room and the bed wasn’t a king.

Mahir Dogan (8/5): Wenn ich Istanbul bin werde ich nur noch hier übernachten - Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch super, da viele Geschäfte in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar waren. Das Zimmer war mega gross und sauber.

NADIA (1/5): Untrustworthy. - Rooms are very spacious and has more than enough space. The staff are extremely rude, when you ask for anything it is is like you are asking for something out of this world. They have no sense of hospitality. I had a checkout for one of the rooms at 506 and forgot an expensive jacket on the bed. I called them 30 minutes exactly after checkout to inform them I have forgotten it and they did nothing about it. Just kept saying sorry it wasn’t there. That just shows they’re not willing to go the extra mile to check and question their housekeeping staff. Further to that, housekeeping decide to clean the rooms at the time they feel like doing it. And when they come and it’s not convenient for you she will full on swear in Turkish.
Alper (9/5): foarte frumos - Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, central, chiar lângă gura de metrou. Hotelul este curat, îngrijit, camerele sunt spațioase, micul dejun este bogat și variat. Trebuie eliminat depozitul în bani solicitat pentru produsele din mini-bar. Calitatea produselor de toaletă trebuie îmbunătățită.Apa din piscină este rece.

Owen (10/5): Excellent real 5 star hotel, very close to Metro with good service. - Excellent location, staff very helpful, quality of the rooms and areas, exceptional. The tiny Maitre D, was particularly welcoming and attentive. This is a very minor moan, breakfast staff were t always in places to provide coffee and take orders for food (like omelettes). This happened a few times but could be improved, otherwise service from staff was very good.

kartashilov (3/5): - Spa и номера отличные Невероятный шум ночью. Музыка играла так громко, что пришлось спуститься на ресепшн чтобы понять что происходит. На телефонный звонок не ответили. Все что мне предложили сменить номер. В час ночи. Решение с выключателями света очень спорное, чтобы что-то включить или выключить, нужно двадцать кнопок нажимать.

Aktar (10/5): Absolutely amazing. - Absolutely fantastic location and the hotel was very clean, the staff were amazing and catered for all your needs great place to stay There was nothing that i did not like about the hotel it was an amazing hotel overall
Gleb (9/5): Overall good place for a short layover with tasty breakfast and cozy room. The stuff spoke our language and helped a lot - We liked the cleanness and hospitality of the stuff the most. The spa area was really spacious and transcended the “Hyatt” feeling . The navigation in the spa area was a bit complicated as the illumination was too dimmed and it got hard to read what was written on the golden sign plates. We nearly got lost with my little son but hopefully found Hammam in the end. Also the massage price 170 was too high for a short 1hr regular massage .
