- Fatemeh (5/5): Worth the experience - The view on the 6 floor 😍 music and staffs/ breakfast. The room I reserved was selected based on the information and photos provided during the online reservation process. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I did not receive the room I had booked. I was assigned a room with one queen bed and one single bed instead of the room I reserved, which was a high-floor room with sea view, city view, and two single beds. The assigned room was on the second floor, and the window faced a storage/garbage area. The room also had an unpleasant smell. In addition, the room key had issues opening the door. Although the night staff changed the key, I had to go up and down almost three times after checking in very late at night, which was not a convenient experience. Also, the room photos showed tea and cups as part of the room amenities, but these were not provided in my room.

- Domenico (8/5): Una settimana a Istanbul - La suite era in realtà una grande stanza priva del salottino che caratterizza le suite, ma aveva un grande terrazzo con una magnifica vista. Il prezzo era ragionevole. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. La colazione era buona. Eccellente il ristorante sul tetto dell'edificio, sia per la qualità del cibo, che per l'ambiente e per il prezzo. A Istanbul hanno il pessimo vizio di considerare i turisti polli da spennare, e ci sono prezzi assurdi per certi servizi. Il ristorante dell'hotel applica tariffe ragionevoli e offre una buona qualità di cibo e un personale gentile e molto disponibile. C'è anche la musica con un chitarrista che fa del suo meglio per far sentire gli ospiti a casa, con canzoni in italiano, francese e tedesco. Tutto sommato un hotel eccellente, migliorabile in alcuni aspetti, ma le persone sono un valore aggiunto. Un po' di trascuratezza nella pulizia delle camere e del terrazzo. È piovuto una sera e il terrazzo diventa scivolosissimo, sono caduto ma fortunatamente senza rompermi un osso. Invece delle piastrelle lucide, che sono peggiori del sapone quando piove, servirebbe un altro tipo di pavimento.

- Maciej (10/5): - Pobyt w Bekdas Hotel to był dobry wybór, lokalizacja jest genialna - blisko głównych zabytków Stambułu. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i bardzo przytulne. Największy atut to taras dachowy - śniadanie z widokiem na morze Marmara i panoramę miasta. Obsługa jest niezwykle pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Szczerze polecam.

- alex (8/5): Замечательный персонал в неплохом отеле 😉 - Размещение замечательное. Рядом (10 мин.ходьбы) находится метро (M2). Пять-семь минут и остановка трамвая T1. Три остановки и ты в самом центре-Султанахмет. Что касается самого отеля, то хочется отметить персонал. Во первых -Перед поездкой у меня было немало вопросов и персонал отеля максимально быстро давал на мои вопросы ответы. Во вторых-Прилетели мы в Стамбул рано утром и уже в 08:00 были в отеле и нас заселили (у нас было два номера). В третьих-Уезжали мы рано утром (в 07:00) и позавтракать не успели. Но, персонал пошёл нам на встречу и дал возможность позавтракать в день прилёта. В общем, спасибо вам большое 🙂🙂🙂. И ещё-завтраки были не такие разнообразные , но мы всегда были сыты. Спасибо 🙏 большое. Единственный минус тот, о котором здесь много кто уже написал-отель кажется уставшим и требует определённого обновления (как минимум в номерах). И ещё просьба- предупреждайте пожалуйста заранее о том, что в бассейне ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО нужна шапочка

- Iftikhar (7/5): It was very convenient, close to all main attractions and tram line. - The location was really good even though it was on a slight slope, the reception and cleaning staff were helpful and kind. The room was slightly dated and small but it was clean. However, the bathroom had no ventilation and was old and a dusty, it could do with a refurbishment. The spa was lovely and really ideal after sightseeing. The pool was slightly cold but nice. The bathroom had no ventilation and pool was cold.

- Mohammed (8/5): Sehr zentrale Lage und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, aber Schwächen beim Frühstück und teilweise beim Servic - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut – sehr zentral und man erreicht vieles bequem zu Fuß. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere die Bahn, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was in Istanbul ein großer Vorteil ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, selbst ohne ausdrückliche Aufforderung. Insgesamt war es sauber und ordentlich. Man sollte bedenken, dass die Lage zwar zentral ist, aber typisch für Istanbul mit vielen Steigungen verbunden ist – es geht ständig bergauf und bergab, was nicht für jeden angenehm ist. Das Frühstück bietet Verbesserungspotenzial: Die Auswahl war vorhanden, aber eher begrenzt (z. B. nur wenige Brotsorten und kaum süße Optionen). Der Kaffee war leider sehr wässrig und kaum genießbar. Außerdem ist es nicht empfehlenswert, Taxis über das Hotel zu bestellen, da hierfür zusätzliche Gebühren berechnet wurden, was eigentlich nicht zum Service gehören sollte.
- Bibi-Amina (2/5): Plus jamais - Mise à part l’emplacement de l’hôtel qu’il était près du centre. Beaucoup de chose m’ont déplus, j’ai demandé une chambre double j’ai eu 2 lits qui ont été coller, donc inconfortable, la femme de ménager rangeait que le minimum dans la chambre lors du ménage, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, j’ai dit à l’accueil que le lavabo coulait et personne est venue voir et personne a fait le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner rien à voir sur les photos, sauna même pas chaud, piscine froide et jacuzzi froid, j’ai demandé pour augmenter la température et ils sont refusés. Le personnel super désagréable. Navette à l’heure mais ils l’ont commandé à une heure trop tard donc problème à l’aéroport j’ai dû payé une amande car j’ai pas pu mettre ma valise en soute.

We got a Room without a window, which was terrible. How does one even rent “Deluxe” hotel rooms without windows? The rooms were fairly dirty and old as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was ultra plain, same every day with no eggs ( apart from boiled ones), very poor choice of salami and even sweets. We won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending the hotel to anyone. Pool and spa area is also bad, with tiles pealing from the pool wall and bugs floating in the water.

- Степан (8/5): - Отличное расположение отеля до достопримечательностей, в пешей доступности (20 минут) голубая мечеть и айя София, кто не любит много ходить, рядом есть метро и трамвайная остановка. Персонал приветлив и доброжелательный, много кто понимал и говорил на русском языке. Завтраки хорошие. Как таковых минусов не обнаружили. Единственное СПА зона подойдет не всем. Бассейн прохладный (хотя говорят 30 градусов), но освежиться в самый раз. Хамам тоже прохладный, но вот девушкам кто не любит слишком жарко, то пойдёт

- Sabine (9/5): - Es war ein angenehmes 4 Sterne hotel. Es war relativ zentral, wodurch man einen schönen Spaziergang machen konnte, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

- Sarah (6/5): My stay was overall good enough for the purpose of the booking even though i wish it was better. - Breakfast was elaborate but most of the offerings were not familiar. Location had good proximity to my training venue. Language barrier was a major issue in communication Room had minimal leg room despite that we booked a double bed room Power outage plus Wi-Fi outage during the day when it was most needed.

- Milan (9/5): Nice hotel with excellent service - 150 Bekdas Hotel fulfilled the expectations. The staff is friendly and will do everything to make you comfortable during your stay. Special thanks to Ercan, Bahar and Gunes. Loud music can be heard from the rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor until after midnight.
- pavel (9/5): - Все понравилось кроме спа! Очень странный подход в спа зоне, если проживаешь в отеле приноси полотенце с собой! Это было бы понятно, если бы в номерах были халаты. Одел халат, взял полотенце и пошел в спа зону!! Был в двух других спа отелях Стамбула про шапочки для бассейна ни кто не спрашивал, а тут прямо истерика какая-то, не очень понятно, как реагировать!! Хамам вообще был выключен!!

- Khadija (10/5): Heel fijn verblijf! - Personeel was heel vriendelijk!!! Je kon voor alles bij hun terecht! Meneer Ercan was heel aardig en klantvriendelijk, hij zorgde ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden in Istanbul! Bedankt daarvoor! Rooftop was echt mooi, en het eten was lekker! /
- Belma (3/5): - The hotel hygiene was very poor. The beds were uncomfortable, the windows were old and drafty, and the view from the room was very bad. The bathroom was also in poor condition. Overall, the stay was disappointing and the hotel is not worth even half of the price we paid.

- László (5/5): Messze van a delux-tól, de tisztálkodni, aludni megfelelő, elhelyezkedése szuper. - A reggeli egyszerű, de megfelelő volt, közel vannak a nevezetességek (nagy bazár, kék mecset, haga sophia, topkapi palace, cistern). A személyzet igyekezett segítőkész lenni. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A szoba bár tiszta volt, de nagyon ráférne a felújítás (fürdő ajtaja nem zárható, a nyílászárókról a festék lepereg, a hidegburkolat repedezett, a zuhanyzó vízköves), a reggelinél a kávét ne próbáld ki, gyenge, a gyümölcslevek nem túl jó minőségűek.

Bilo je dosta toga pripremljeno, namirnice su bile izvrsne i friške, svaki od nas je za sebe pronašao ono što mu odgovara. Osobno mogu reći: doručak odličan. Za osoblje bih pohvalila dečka koji se zove Engin. On mi je puno pomogao oko svega što mi je trebalo. Njegova pomoć mi je puno značila. Soba je bila malo premala, možda bi bilo dobro da je malo ljepše uređena. Hotel je smješten u dijelu Istanbula u kojem ranije nisam bila, pa sam dosta gubila vremena, za dolazak i obilazak znamenitosti. I ne sviđa mi se da se odmah naplaćuje boravak za sedam dana u hotelu. Znači da se ne vjeruje gostima koji taj hotel bukiraju. To mi nije profesionalno. To je sve. Modić Loreta
- Andrea Lídia (9/5): 2-3 napos városnézéshez vagy vásárláshoz tökéletes - Remek hotel, kedves személyzet. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kitűnő, városnézéshez és vásárláshoz is minden könnyen elérhető. A környék teljesen biztonságos; a hoteltől 3 percre a villamos és rengeteg üzlet található. A szobák kényelmesek, jól felszereltek, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre, a reggeli kitűnő.

Tram line is in two steps, back to metro - in three stops you will find yourself on Sultanahmet sq:) where all famous sightseen attractions, boat trip over Bosphorus - promoters are invite for excursions, bazars, nice street cafe... Breakfast is all right; you will find nice view over Marble sea! later at the evening we're enjoy our dinner, accompanied with guitarist, who sing love songs on Spanish, Italian and French, so delightful! :) Only one thing about breakfast, coffee from the machine tasted like instant coffee. Our room has a locked door inbetween with another suit. Probably it serve for easy combine one - two room suit when requie. But it turn to be a nightmare for us. When guests arrived here, through this door we,d listened definitely each word they are telling...all night long. Hotel stuff can,t provide another room for us, because hoter was packed. Spa in the hotel is not bad, situated in basement, possible to refresh, pool is not big but ok,, sauna, hamam. gim. Bit problem are little change rooms, and my wife found the water in the pool cooler then she'd expected. Later I got few watsap messages from hotel, concerning my feedback, but I'm still sure that they receive it fare and square. My wife, she was reallly upset with disturbance from other guests next door. I hope, hotel stuff will take this in consideration and improve the rooms, same time insist such a noisee people to calm down. As for me, personaly, traveling hard last 15 years worldwide, such a things seems only like a sort of bad luck; hope other guests will find their stay in Bekdas hotel realy nice. Look, before booking Bekdas hotel, I'd search what people wrote about it and hotels nearaby, in this way or that same problems exist even everywhere for equal price level. Wish everybody nice stay in Istanbul, Dmitry.

- Hamza (8/5): Efficient, Affordable and Quick link to main tourist sites - The hotel was very comfortable and good breakfast with super beautiful view from the top floor. It had no carpet inside the rooms which I believed it would have from photos seen online

- Abdulah (9/5): - Great facilities and good value for money. The staff was helpful and polite except one lady from the spa center. The view would be a lot better without old, worn buildings in front. It wasn’t what we expected.
