• Edouard (8/5): Simple but cozy - The hotel is in a great location and offers easy access to the subway station. The reception staff is very welcoming. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy street, so it can get a bit noisy at night. The rooms aren't very well soundproofed, so there's also a risk of noises with the neighbors' rooms.

• Janet (2/5): Don't do it! - Within about 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from Hammersmith Underground Station Sorry to say, I wouldn't recommend booking this place. 😵‍💫 I actually couldn't bring myself to stay the night; so I walked down the street to the Premier Inn; cleaner more spacious and closer to tube. FYI: Very tiny room. Steep stairs to upper levels - hard with luggage as no elevator. Very hot room in spring - no air conditioning or much ventilation. No fan. I could feel bugs biting me once I sat on the bed!
• Morabito (7/5): Carino ma da migliorare - Ci è piaciuta la zona perché ci eravamo già stati e sapevamo che era tranquilla. Hotel vicino alla metro, si arriva con una passeggiata lineare di 10 minuti. Zona servita da negozi, ristoranti e bar lungo la via che porta alla metro e nell'altro viale opposto ancora negozi vari tra cui lidl, IKEA, H&m. Le metro che si possono prendere so 4 divise tra le 2 due stazioni vicine. Lungo la via ci sono anche le stazioni di polizia e vigili del fuoco, non servono ma non si mai!! La stanza aveva le dimensioni giuste per poterci stare tranquillamente in 4, salvo il lavabo che era microscopico. In compenso la doccia era grande e l'asciugacapelli , anche se piccolo, mi ha permesso di attaccare il diffusore in silicone. Nell'insieme non è male ma potrebbe essere migliorato in alcune piccole cose. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per essere a Londra e per doverci solo dormire. I lati negativi di questo piccolo hotel sono diversi. 1- al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci nonostante il servizio reception è 24h. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare ad un numero lì presente al quale non ha risposto nessuno, ci ha aiutato per fortuna un'altra ospite a rintracciarlo e direi che questo non è normale. Magari era mancato giusto in quel momento ma in ogni caso non è bello che si arrivi e non si trovi nessuno soprattutto dove non padroneggi del tutto la lingua. 2- la stanza ha la moquette, (come magari tutte quelle a Londra) però sarebbe meglio pulirla, cosa che da noi non è avvenuta. 3- Le finestre erano sporche all'esterno e il lavabo era molto piccolo, inoltre non è stata effettuata la pulizia del bagno apparte il cambio asciugamani che però il primo giorno erano solo quattro teli grandi per la doccia senza nessun asciugamano viso, che abbiamo richiesto in seguito. Non erano nemmeno stati riforniti le saponette/bagno doccia. 4-putroppo una sera al ritorno in camera abbiamo trovato tante formiche che entravano da un buchino della finestra e che sono arrivate sulla scrivania, mangiando quello che avevamo lasciato lì per la colazione.

• veronica (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole in questo albergo.carino e pulito.benissimo per un soggiorno di 4 giorni a Londra. - Carina.tipico alloggio londinese. L unica cosa la finestra era difettosa ,non si chiudeva del tutto e non si poteva aprire più di tanto per per cambiare aria.

• Oury Roberto (8/5): - L'alloggio è in una buona posizione, la stanza non è molto spaziosa, ma è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Non ho utilizzato la macchina quindi non posso dare valutazioni sul posto auto. Lo consiglio per chi viaggia da solo o in coppia e non trova opzioni in centro pieno.
• Yenifer (10/5): Amplitud gracias a Vilal. - La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda, con dos camas grandes y mucho espacio para moverse. Lo que más me gustó fue la sensación de amplitud, perfecta para descansar sin sentirse apretado. Gracias especialmente a Vilal por la habitación grande para tantos días. La habitación 13 era cómoda, pero los portazos del pasillo se escuchaban mucho y me despertaban por la noche. Además, la puerta no cerraba bien y daba sensación de poca insonorización.

• Galie' (5/5): Nel complesso abbiamo soggiornato bene, sia per la posizione che per la stanza. Per quello che lo abbiamo pagato ci è an - È il una posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro di Londra e molto altri posti. È una bella zona, piena di locali e caffetterie. La stanza era molto piccola e quando siamo entrate c’era puzza di fumo, che è rimasto per tutto il nostro soggiorno. L’abbiamo riferito alla signora delle pulizie e al nostro ritorno almeno ci ha fatto trovare un profumatore ambienti.

• Ami (5/5): Afraid to say we wouldn’t book again. - The property was in a good location to access the underground and plenty of bus stops, Westfield shopping centre and Shepherd’s Bush Market. Staff were friendly and informative and the price we paid reflected our stay. We arrived and were located an attic room with roof windows. 1 of them had no latch and could be opened by pushing it open. Naturally being on the top floor the room was very hot - there was a large fan provided which was useful. Our stay was early May and the weather around 12-14 degrees so not a hot day weather wise. The duvets were so thick and unbearable with it being so warm in the room. The cleanliness was questionable, lots of dust everywhere and light switches and doors were sticky and in real need of a wipe down. Bathroom in desperate need of limescale remover. I personally couldn’t bring myself to shower here. Also made the mistake of pulling back the bedsheet - the mattress was in dire need of a vacuum. That being said the bed linen itself was clean as were the towels left for us.

The room was incredible hot and stuff even with all the windows open very uncomfortable to sleep asked for a fan but unfortunately wasn't available. Guessed as was top floor heat rises.

• Antonio (2/5): Mansarda deludente, minuscola, acqua incostante, foto ingannevoli, letti comodi - Unico vero punto a favore: la comodità dei materassi e dei cuscini, che almeno hanno garantito un buon riposo dopo una giornata frustrante. La camera, situata in mansarda al terzo piano, lascia purtroppo molto a desiderare sotto diversi aspetti. Già l’accesso risulta scomodo, con scale ripide e un corrimano in condizioni discutibili, in alcuni tratti rotto. Una volta arrivati, lo spazio è estremamente ridotto: il bagno è minuscolo e i letti sono decisamente piccoli, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole. A peggiorare il quadro, le foto presenti sul portale di prenotazione non rappresentavano affatto la realtà: le immagini lasciavano immaginare una sistemazione ben più curata e spaziosa, mentre dal vivo la stanza appare decisamente trascurata. La moquette contribuisce a questa sensazione generale, mentre l’acqua calda si è rivelata un vero problema, funzionando a singhiozzo e costringendo talvolta ad attendere anche ore prima di poter fare una doccia. Nel complesso, l’impressione è quella di una sistemazione ben al di sotto delle aspettative, una sorta di “topaia” mascherata da camera d’albergo.

Le confort des lits à revoir, propreté très limite, réfrigérateur rouillé, évier bouché dès l’arrivé. La fenêtres était cassé à notre arrivée donc nous avons dormi avec la fenêtre ouverte. Malgré la réparation, la fenêtre n’était pas pleinement fermé.. des nuits à entendre l’extérieur comme si on y était.

The room is old and needs updating and wasn't the cleanest There is a mouldy smell. The door doesn't shut correctly and the lock doesn't work great so you have to slam it a few times which sounded like the other rooms were the same with the slamming all night. The noise from the road was super loud, windows weren't great either. The shower didn't work, the cups weren't clean. I asked for an extra pillow and was told "we don't supply them"

Lo que no me gusto es que no teniamos plancha en la habitacion y necessitaba mucho la plancha y ellos tenian solo una para compartir entre todos en los dos hoteles que tenian a lado y venian cada dos por tres a buscarla y el segundo dia ya ni funcionaba la plancha me quedado sin planchar mi ropa y te arreglan la cama solo el primer dia el segundo dia no nos han arreglado las camas ni nos han cambiado las sabanas y tampoco nos dieron toallas nuevas

Dem måtte vi spørge efter Der skulle være køleskab på vores hotel. Det var det også. Men det var ikke sat til. Lørdag var der nærmest intet tryk på vandet om morgenen. Men der kom lidt mere tryk om eftermiddagen. Og en kunne komme i bad. Der var ikke noget vand søndag. Så vi kunne ikke komme i bad. Sengene er meget dårlige at sove i. Hvis ikke man kan li små og smalle trapper er dette heller ikke bygningen man skal booke hotel i.

The shower was leaking the whole night too. No exaggeration in anything I said so far.

Professional staff who looked after us and kept checking if everything was good. Highly recommend. No breakfast but many cafes and restaurants next to hotel.

• Jone17 (2/5): Falta de personal. - Las dos camas de matrimonio. Nos pusieron en una habitación sin escaleras, al llevar un carro de bebé. Que no había nadie en recepción, para atender tal y como nos dijeron. No pudimos dejar las maletas, tras esperar más de media hora. Avisamos a una señora que estaba limpiando, y nos ignoro. El primer día el niño sangro de la nariz y cayó una gota en la cama, y no nos cambiaron ni las sábanas. Y está bastante alejado de la zona turística.

No kettle but there was a cup,spoon and coffee/tea. The fridge was old and smelled bad, I didn’t use it in the end. The mattress had really lumpy springs so I used a pile of towels to stop it hurting my hip. No small lamp. I know this room was cheap but a lot of basic comforts were missing. Smelled, the sheets were clean but the pillows them selves smelled. The remote control was greasy and dirty.
