• Christopher (7/5): Nice older property with some quirks and staff that needs better training - Location in the city center First room was quite warm. Turning on the AC only made it worse and the windows did not open. Complained to the front desk and they said that the central heating was on and the AC would not cool. They did move me to another room which had working AC plus windows that opened. When I checked in I asked if I could have a late checkout. The person at the front desk said “fine what time”. I said 2pm and he said “ok, all set.” The morning of my last day the front desk calls to tell me that it’s past (regular) check out time and I tell them I have a lake checkout. They said they didn’t have it in their system and I would have to pay 50,000 pesos. I went to the front desk and complained and they did not charge it. But they implied that it was somehow my fault for not “confirming” it. When I asked how would I do that I didn’t get an answer. The rooms were outdated and a little run down, but that didn’t bother me and was charming in its own way. Everything was clean.

Por ahí estaría bueno que ofrezcan más cosas para el room service o platos más razonables como para quedarse a comer en la habitación y tampoco ir al restaurante que es muy alta cocina obviamente es caro pero bueno es así . Pero una opción para la pieza está bueno

• Johannes (9/5): - A welcoming hotel in the heart of Cordoba, within walking distance to the main sights and the Guemes bar and restaurant area. Our room had a beautiful view of the Iglesia San Francisco, which we thoroughly appreciated. The room was spacious and lean, very functional, with comfortable bedding and excellent lighting. The bathroom offered ample space as well, with an excellent rainforest shower. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection. All staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and supportive.

• MARIE-CARMEN (9/5): Très bon séjour à Cordoba - Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville historique de Córdoba en Argentine. Bon accueil. Grande chambre avec un grand lit confortable. Grande douche. Excellent petit déjeuner. La petite piscine en rooftop. Le parking est un plus (payant avec service de voiturier). Il manque des parasols autour de la piscine.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was lovely and a good variety of drinks. Breakfast was plentiful and we had an amazing steak in the restaurant one evening. The pool area is small but tidy and very welcome with towels available. Unfortunately the extraction units are directly onto the roof space by the pool which is a bit unsightly and quite noisy and smelly when it’s on. There are only four sun loungers available. I would have expected complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the rooms; water, tea, coffee etc.

Personale carino e di buona volontà. Una stanza buia con vista su un cavedio orrendo e sporco. La stanza, grande in m2, era però divisa in 4 elementi, per cui nella parte notte non ci stavano né una sedia né la valigia, a malapena il letto. L’albergo a 4 stelle non offre una bottiglietta d’acqua in camera, la devi pagare.
• Luciane M (9/5): Hotel muito bom para ficar em Córdoba - No geral um hotel muito bom! A comida é EXCELENTE. Tanto o café da manhã, quanto as refeições servidas no restaurante. A localização é bem central e isso facilita muito. Ficamos hospedados 7 dias. O nosso primeiro quarto deu 3 problemas, logo na chegada, e tivemos que trocar. O segundo quarto nao era tão bom. Era menor e a janela dava para uma área onde ficavam muitos pombos. Um problema de Córdoba pois a cidade é muito suja de fezes de pombos e penas, especialmenteno centro.. Os pombos ficavam no parapeito da janela do quarto, fazendo barulho cedo! O pior é a sujeira. Não dava para abrir a janela por mais de 10 min. Isso nos incomodou bastante.

The porter did not get his name and Juan, were very professional, provided great customer service and were helpful. I think that the bathroom/toilet in the room need some sort of ventilation like a fan or window to help prevent moisture and mould in the air as there is a slight mould like smell in the shower area

• Bornaccioni (10/5): Excepcional atención y hermoso hotel - La atención y amabilidad del personal, la limpieza del lugar, viajamos con un bebé y nos ofrecieron una cuna extra sin cargo. Solicitamos hacer el chekout 2 hs más tarde y tuvieron la amabilidad de hacerlo de cortesía. El desayuno es para no perdérselo! Volveríamos sin dudas. Estábamos en el segundo piso y por la calle de enfrente hay un semáforo justo en la esquina, principalmente los taxistas a cada rato estaba tocando bocina y se escuchaba un poco lo que terminaba molestando , no es culpa del hotel pero si uno tiene sueño liviano es para tener en cuenta (no es nuestro caso)

Very good in-house restaurant and impressive breakfast (especially for argentina, which doesnt really have a bfast culture). Rooftop pool also very nice, good views! I didn't really ever figure out how the lights worked in the room. There were individual switches and a master switch, but i could only turn off the bedside lamps with the master switch?? And then the bedside plug for charging my phone didn't work. I was quite confused by this, I guess the staff would have helped if I had asked though.
