The door room 405 is broken and hard to open. The key card room is broken cause electricity on off every 5 min. Then, I ask the staff to change the room he said no other room because all room is full due to Songkran. He said wait until tomorrow. I ask for refund he said can not refund. After 3 times going down asking help from the staff then he gives new card key room. To go to the hotel must walk near the Indian restaurant n the road to go inside the hotel is very smelly.

This was the very first time it happened it was my relatives who supposed to have stayed at this hotel they were held up for hours insisting they needed to pay the cash. There was even a WhatsApp to contact bearing a photo of Lady & told my relatives not to deal with them! The worst ever booked in this hotel a complete nightmare never booked in this hotel too scary even the staff! Looks very dirty & rude staff

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at Cozi Inn Hotel, Bangkok, from 28th May to 3rd June 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing for several reasons: Room Facilities Not Working: The air conditioner and TV in my room were not functioning throughout the stay. Excessive Noise: The adjacent room was under construction, causing constant loud noise during the day, making it difficult to rest. Poor Customer Service: When I raised these issues with the receptionist, I was met with an unhelpful and rude attitude. Additionally, the staff repeatedly asked for tips, which made me very uncomfortable. Unhygienic Conditions: The bathroom was in poor condition, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed daily. No Support or Alternatives Offered: Despite reporting these problems, the hotel staff did not offer any solution or alternative room. I felt completely neglected. I had trusted Booking.com for a comfortable and reliable booking experience, which is why I chose to book through your platform. Sadly, this stay did not meet any reasonable expectations, and I was unable to cancel the booking due to the guaranteed reservation on my credit card. I paid a total of 8,971 THB for this stay, but I did not receive a service even close to that value. We were unable to sleep properly for six nights and had a very unpleasant stay. I kindly request a full refund or appropriate compensation for this experience. I trust Booking.com will take this matter seriously and help resolve it promptly. • Yee Oo (5/5): - Cleanliness is poor. Bedsheets are not clean. I can see some black dusts. Duvet cover is disgusting. Pratunum area is great. But location of the hotel is not good. The car or taxi cannot enter the street. The street is so narrow, closes on one end and the hotel is located at that end. When we arrived from the airport, the drive had to try so hard to find the street. I will not stay again.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially the Pakistani receptionist named Zayn, he was extremely helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is excellent. And its very close to Pratunam Market and convenient for getting to the airport. The only small thing WiFi wasn't working well. After complaining the WiFi was fixed later. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would love to stay here again
